    Good meal. Server could have been friendlier and attentive automatically asking or bringing another beverage when tea/Pepsi were less than 1/2 full. We were also celebrating our anniversary and it was not acknowledged until I mentioned it. Why ask if we're celebrating anything if "nothing" will be celebrated.

    The food quality was horrible. How do you serve Mexican food with no rice? Even at 1:00 the food choices should be fresh. Scrambled eggs had cheese on top that did not melt. The waitress and omelette/Meat server were friendly and sociable.

    The decor was cute but the food offerings were basic and outdated. A lot of the food was not very hot. The dessert station was lacking and not exciting. It was a lot of just sheet cake options

    You would think if you advertised a view you be sure your windows were clean especially from the inside. Unfortunately all of them were very dirty. The food is average but not worth what you pay. Better then a Sizzler but definitely not what I would call a steakhouse quality steak. The service was exceptional and if you can get over $70 per person for dinner and maybe arrive after the sun goes down so you don’t notice the poorly cleaned windows you might enjoy it but don’t expect to see a beautiful sunset thru clean windows.

    It was a great price and time but if you come at the wrong time the line to just park sometimes exceeds 30 minutes so make sure you get there early

    The line for valet parking was all the way down the hill and down the street. I live in Garden Grove and parking took longer than the trip to get to Pomona. The Valet system was set up horribly, and having guests pay for that type of service is ridiculous. Not to mention it made us nearly 40 min late for our reservation. When the other members of my party were seating, we (group of 5) were given a booth, that was clearly too tight to fit us all. When asked about another table that was open and would be more comfortable for my group, we were told we couldn't switch because it was reserved, yet 1.5 hours later when we were leaving the table was STILL empty. Staff could definitely use some training when it comes to accommodations and attitudes, and Valet parking should not be used for busy periods like Sunday Brunch if they can't stream line it. The food was very good, but the overall visit did not meet expectations.

    Menus had food all over them. No spoons both in the settings and not at the soup counter. Table a bit sticky. Otherwise love the view and the food is great and priced reasonable. Service was good even though a bit hard to hear because of the noise level. Overall a great place to dine.

    View was beautiful. However, the interior can use a considerable amount of updating. It’s a shame to say the bathrooms were the most modern and updated part of the Restruant.

    Staff was friendly, our server was attentive. I enjoyed their soup and salad bar, and my family enjoyed their food (although my chicken was on the dry side). There view was very nice. There is no dress code. I dressed up but this place appears to be a casual restaurant with patrons in shorts, jeans and t-shirts. Tip for those in a wheelchair: unless you are attending a banquet in a room in the top level, you need to park and enter the restaurant from the employee parking lot on the lower level. There are steep stairs that go down to the hostess stand from the main entrance and no elevators, so that’s the only way in. Looks like there are several private rooms that would be perfect for private events. It was nice to see that they had a paint and sip event on the other side of the restaurant.

    For $75 per person you would expect a quality of items to choose from. The food looked like something you would get from a cheap Vegas buffet. But what made me leave after being there less than 20min after sitting down was me opening my silverware and it having food still on the utensils.

    Very dirty tables for having brunch all day long. Absolutely appalled. The tables that housed the food was disgusting. Should have taken pictures. Food was not appetizing and picked over. Not fresh. And all for $50?? Service was ok. Waited almost 30 min for water. And to suggest tip percentages on receipt was a turn off. Not worth the money. AT ALL.

    We had a poor experience. No high chair for our baby, (only 8 in the restaurant?) Unrealistic amount for so many people in a special holiday. Valet left and we had to get our own Car. Not classy! Service was sparse. Understaffed for Mother’s Day. We were looking forward to a fine dining lunch to honor our Mother’s and we collectively were very underwhelmed with our dining experience, especially for the price! $$$$

    For the most part everything was ok, expect our waitress kept forgetting our drink orders (alcoholic/and non alcoholic) and also valet! I was their this past Mother’s Day for the brunch and we checked the car in with valet and when we were leaving valet was gone and No seemed to know where everyone’s keys were after about 15 someone shows up with a box full of keys all mixed up and in no particular order. You you had to wait for them to dig through the keys to find your tag number with your keys. It was only one employee and about 15 people who needed their key

    Mother’s Day brunch…. Parking was ridiculous they charged $10 for valet or you had to catch a shuttle down/up the hill. We sat in the banquet room upstairs. Felt like I was at a wedding. Food wasn’t as great as normal for their brunches which I always give 5 stars. This seemed like a factory line at a cafeteria- crab legs- no cracker for them. Seating was squished together. Waitress was nice. Will not go again for a big Holiday Brunch again.

    Host was rude when I called to ask why I got an txt saying my table was ready one hour and a half before my 12:30 reservation. I got a txt at 11am When I called they said if I don’t arrive early! They will give me table away…. I have a reservation. I told them why would they give me table away if I will arrive on time Why do I need to arrive one hour before? Host was a bit rude and overwhelmed

    I went to the Pomona Valley Mining Company for brunch and the food was good. However, the service was less that good especially for the price that I paid. The server was less than attentive to me and my son. I asked for napkins twice. I asked for soft drinks twice. My server apologized every time but it got to be ridiculous! It got to the point where we paid for the meals and left because we were NOT getting the care that other tables were getting.

    The service was exceptional! the food was outstanding! Everything was seasoned to perfection. There was a vast variety of dishes to choose from. I will be returning. Even though it was Mother’s Day i didn’t feel rushed to leave. Bravo!

    We were there for brunch, some food cold, not that great. My shoes stuck to the floor and carpet. Not very clean. Had to wait for plates on buffet line. Had to pay $10 for valet. No self parking. Hostess was not very personable. Our server was nice. Cheap ham, and prime rib was way over cooked. It was noisy kids running up and down isles. Will not go back.

    Great brunch on mothers day. For $50, it's great. Food was excellent and they did good job managing reservation and guest traffic so it never felt overcrowded. Food lines weren't long and everything was easy to access.

    Being Mothers Day we were prepared for delays and poor service. To our surprise we were sat right away, the food and service were great. (Gerardo was our servers name. Excellent service!) The only negative experience we had was the valet line to leave. It was 15-20 minutes before they took our ticket and then brought us the wrong vehicle. It was sorted out in the following 5 minutes.

    Went for Mother's day brunch. Food was seasoned well and ambiance was awesome. They could use a bit more organization from parking to buffet flow. Staff at the omelet station was awesome. Wait staff was not the friendliest and did not explain the process. Difficult to get drink refills.

    Came in with high hopes since I have heard so much about this place. All plates were good, not great, but my 14oz ribeye was garbage. More than half of the 14oz was nothing but fat. $43 to be unable to eat the entire meal. Total rip off. Ribs had a nice glaze and the sauce was good. Fall off the bone though? No. My Daughter did not like her mac & cheese. Great deal for the kids plates. Main course, drink and desert for $10? Can't beat that.

    Food was really nice for a large buffet. Everyone got something they wanted and was good. Service was nice but pretty slow on the champagne refill. That’s the only thing that kept it from being 5 stars. They also only had valet so that’s something to consider.

    Issues all around from valley to the bar to the seating situation. The manager was spoken to and walked away mid conversation. Now I know why there are service issues throughout the l this place. The server was the highlight of the day though. Poor management. Food was ok. Mandatory basket which took over 20 min to get into the parking lot although there were tons of parking spots. Bar doesn't make blended drinks? Poor experience on a special day. Sad place
