    Unfortunately, this was not the experience I expected. I booked this brunch for my mother’s 63rd birthday and we were all disappointed. The bunch buffet is set up in 4 different rooms connected by long, dark hallways. All the rooms were VERY CROWDED. All items were self serve with zero hand sanitizer visible anywhere. Additionally, you had to walk past the hostess station and people standing waiting to be seated to get to half of the bunch items. It was dark, crowded and the food was barely mediocre at best - burnt/ dry/etc. I was really disappointed in the experience, especially at the price point. I really do not recommend. I have been to cleaner Golden Corrals.

    We've come here the past two years that I have traveled to Pomona. The food was not very good this time. My baked potato was cold inside and it was filled mostly with cheese and sour cream, not potato. My salmon filet was raw in the center. It was a disappointing evening and it was not a cheap dinner.

    Our server was good but his back up crew like, refilling water, clearing plates, etc, was not! We had to ask for more water when all 4 glasses had been empty for almost an hour. Like I said, the back up crew didn't notice things. I got the prime rib and asked for medium. It was over cooked and a bit chewy for what it cost. The apple martini was served in a very very tiny wine glass. Where was the martini glass it should have come in for $16 bucks? The beers, wine and my martini were all very small glasses for what they are charging for drinks there. Your dinner will only come with vegetables and a potato will cost you an extra $6 bucks. The best thing about this place is the view but, the food was a bit under par for the prices. Our server was excellent though, nice guy, can't say enough good things about him. He just needs some support from the other end that's suppose to be assisting the very busy waiters.

    Was there to celebrate a childhood friend’s birthday and we had a wonderful time. The food was great. Had the salmon in butter sauce and was not disappointed. The vegetables could have been a little softer but no big deal. They serve this cheesy bread that is sooo good! Our service Alexis was on point. Friendly and enthusiastic and engaging.

    Took 45 minutes to get seated with the reservation. Waitress said they was waiting for the rest of my party to arrive but we had all walked in together.

    Food and service was very good. My wife did have a couple bugs in her drink but it was replaced immediately when mentioned. It was noisy with a lot of people there but was quiet at the end of the night. Soup salad bar was good. Had seconds in the beef and barley soup. The view seems similar to that of being on a cruise. Waitress was constantly assisting and happy. There is a large seating and bar area with a view while waiting to be seated.

    I celebrated my 40th birthday! It was awesome. I just wish they would have read the note on the reservation when it reads if I am there for a special occasion. Lol. They didn't care about me celebrating. But everything else was amazing!

    We have seen this restaurant from freeway for 30 year but never been. Given gift cards so went for our 41st anniversary. Old style, big views south over Pomona, sunset is on the extreme right. Shrimp starter was almost inedible, overcooked lump of coconut and batter with a shriveled something inside. Main course was good, fillet and shrimp, miners fillet. Steaks cooked to order. shared a cheesecake desert that was okay. Service was good, food came out quite quickly, plenty of servers around and our waitress was attentive. Lively when we were there but there was a wedding party in the end room. Main courses pricey (40$+). We still have some gift cards so will go again but after that probably not. The main course tasted good but looked as though it had sat a while before coming out, skin on steak sources and steaks didn't look like they had just come off the grill.

    We were seated early in the evening about 6-630pm. My guest decided on soup and I chose salad. He grabbed a bowl and served himself then stood for what felt like 10m in or more waiting on spoons from the kitchen. Meanwhile, i'm seated and our appetizers arrived, though I felt it rude to begin without him. I waited and waited, while he waited and waited, and several servers passed him by and our appetizers now cold. I finally flagged a server and told her he's been standing there for a while, and all we needed was a spoon. Left a bad taste in my mouth the rest of the evening. You'd think you'd have your dishes and silverware washed and ready for business at 5pm. Poor management.

    My first time there, it was very good. Our server who i forgot his name very tall long hair and glasses was wonderful and attentive. Made a reservation for 7 and got seated at 7:10 it was such a nice view and experience. Thank you for all your kind workers.

    I had not been here in 40 years, used to go when in town on business... this time wad our 45th anniversary, and stayed in Ontario CA overnight... took my wife there for dinner. Still as good as ever! Missed the tin plates that they used to use though.... Good time, good food!

    Overall a good evening out for dinner. The service was very good and we were seated a few minutes earlier than our reservation. The salad bar is very well stocked with everything a person could want. We ordered the prime rib special and it was anything but special! I ordered mine cooked med-rare and it came to the table an off grey color! The meat was flavorless and about as tender as a cheap chuck roast. We will be back again but will avoid The "prime rib". Dennis

    Great experience i had to change our reservation from 4-5 and they were able to last minute and we also asked to move our seat because we had an elderly individual with us and where we were sitting we had multiple steps to navigate and they were very accom dating and switch our seats! Thank you!

    The food was mediocre, at best. And what's up with the bar?? My niece ordered a Moscow Mule which was served in a highball glass. When was the last time you saw a Moscow Mule served in anything other than a copper cup in a bar? My sister ordered a strawberry daiquiri. It arrived on the rocks in a highball glass. When questioned, our server indicated that the bar does not have a blender, so that's how they make their daiquiris. Has anyone ever ordered a daiquiri and not expected it to be a frozen blended drink? Why did the server not let us know about the lack of blender when the drink was ordered? Instead, my sister was disappointed (on her 60th birthday), the drink was wasted, and both the server and bartender wasted their time making/delivering it.

    Dinner was amazing. Loved the views of the valley from our table. Steak was tender, delicious and did not need steak sauce. Cheese bread was so good. Our waitress was extremely attentive. Will definitely be back.

    Should be 4.5 stars but not possible. Cocktail drink was disappointing for $15. Specifically the bland "Strawberry Fields". Almost plastic looking glass and not even a slice of actual strawberry? Really? Also, the garlic mashed potato was too salty very heavy on the garlic. But, service was fantastic.

    Do not like having to make a reservation then getting sent to bar area to wait. Service was excellent Sylvia has been our server on prior visits. When we go out to eat we have to go when my wife's health permits. Her health doesn't give us a heads up, so making a reservation very rarely will work. When nobody answers the phone till open for business, is of no help to customers who want to come in and spend their money when convenient for them.
