Was so glad we found POMO while
on vacation with our family. Great atmosphere, kid friendly and fantastic food. I’d recommend reserving a table as we waited for 40 mins the first time we went and it was on a Monday night. Would go back again!
We dine at many different Pizza Restaurants. POMO Pizza was fair to middling: the crust was tough, and too salty, not enough sauce to cover the crust, and the cheese was sparse. Not much flavor. The Basil was fresh, so that was good. The service was slow and the noise was loud, even though we went at 3:00 PM.
Always delicious and great service.
Food was delicious and service was great -friendly and attentive. Ambience inside was quite noisy and at times made conversation difficult. We've always eaten on the patio, so that might be the difference noticed on this occasion.,
our table was not ready when we got there so we sat at the bar and had a nice time till the table was ready for us....everyone was service minded and we enjoyed the evening very much....
We were quickly seated and served our appetizers. The food was fresh and delicious.
Pizza is fantastic. Good inexpensive wine list. Excellent desserts. Don't miss the cars in the lot!
Love Pomo but Saturday was horrible. Had a reservation, waited for over 30 minutes to be seated, and then didn’t get seated in the nice dining area, instead they sat us by the new gelato area. Bright, noisy, uncomfortable chairs, just terrible. Very disappointed.
There is no better place for pizza in the east valley. The atmosphere is clean and modern, the patio is spacious and inviting, the service is always first-rate, and the food is wonderful. Pizza, salads, pastas, dessert. I have never had a bad meal. I highly recommend it.
Good spot for families
Girls at the front have a little bit of attitude
Great place for a casual dinner. Food, service and ambiance proved 4+stars.
We've been to the restaurant before and enjoyed it. This night was not good. Perhaps because it was Valentine's Day and was very busy although that should never be a good excuse. What really spoiled things was our waiter. He was not very nice. He seemed like he's much rather be taking care of someone else. He said he would bring things and he didn't. We asked him about desserts and he didn't explain correctly. He simply wasn't pleasant.
Also, a small point but none the less important. Please get new menus. They are dog eared and need to be replaced.
We probably will not return and can no longer recommend the restaurant.
Glad we had a reservation as there was a wait if over an hour for a table. Really enjoyed the evening
Quite delicious and our server Liz was terrific !!!
Disappointing after several great lunches and dinners there. From the hostess to the food. Ernest, the server was very good.
Great food, service and prices
Great food, fun place. Nice patio
It's one our go to places. Good food and good service. However I wish they would have new additions to the menu and more specials. Maybe they can put sandwiches on the menu like they have at lunchtime. They need to be more creative.
We like Pomo because of the ambience, service is very consistent and the food is fresh pastas and the napoleatan pizza is always very good. Menu & prices are reasonable.
Excellent food , atmosphere & service . Outside dining and always consistent food . Never disappointed with the quality of the food. Only issue I have is that they charge you for bread which is irritating.
First time here while visiting. Our meal and service was outstanding. We had great recommendations from our server. Hope to visit again
Always excellent food and outstanding service. Great for sharing.
The food is very authentic and delicious here, and they have the best gluten free crust I have ever tasted! We love coming here and eating at the bar. They have a wonderful wine selection, and lots of yummy specialty drinks as well. The meatball appetizer is to die for.
Great menu choices, delicious pizza, very professional waiter. What's not to like. It is, though, a bit of a drive from south Scottsdale where we were staying.
Always a pleasure to dine there
Love the lasagna. Service always good and servers pleasant and attentive.
Food was good, but nothing knocked my socks off; tried an appetizer, pasta and pizza. Service was very good and nice ambiance.
We found your restaurant on line, the reviews convinced us to give it a try. We live in Peoria, it was well worth the drive. We took a dear friend of ours out for her birthday. It was an amazing experience. Would recommend to our friends and family. Thank you for the amazing food, service and creating a wonderful environment.
Most of the Food was excellent service horrible. Was asked if special occasion on website and replied yes had two birthdays. When arriving at restaurant let hostess know also about 2 birthdays. Crickets meant nothing to them. Took forever to get a beer or wine or our water constantly in search of waitress to get anything and was not even half full.
Not worth paying Uber fair to get there would only go back if in the neighborhood.
Had lasagna and gnocchi - neither one was great - just ok. The noodles/pasta were tender.
Heard later the pizza is the better choice.
