POM is Fantasy Springs Resort Casino"s answer to casino cafes. POM features breakfast, lunch and dinner in an atmosphere that's light, airy and modern.

Reviewers on Yelp.com give POM 4&1/2 stars out of 5 and for good reason. The food here is of top quality. Chef Freddy Rieger even gets herbs used for cooking and garnish from the garden just outside the restaurant's French doors. The food is inventive yet hearty and the service is friendly and attentive.

Patrons can also order cocktails here they won't find anywhere else around Palm Springs. How about a Date Martini or a hand-crafted White Sangria?

POM excites your senses and keeps you coming back for more.

This was the second time we have had dinner at the POM. I ordered prime rib both times and both times it was very tough. I would not recommend it for dinner. It has a good lunch.

Bbq dinner on Thursday nights is really good. The price is right and you will not go home hungry. Its a 3 course meal for one price and you get a variety of food. We love it.

Worst experience ever at The POM one of our favorites. Made reservation thru Open Table. Advised was special occasion (wife’s birthday). Party of six. Confirmed special occasion issue with hostess and immediately with our waiter/server. Waiter /server Gabriel was horrible. Appeared to be in a big hurry constantly rushing around talking way too fast to understand. The group suspected he was on some kind of uppers. Totally mixed up our orders. Food took at least 30 minutes to come to the table. Several times Gabriel rushed by and told us only a few more minutes. He NEVER acknowledged the special occasion or did anything to recognize the fact this was a Birthday. Kept waiting for him to acknowledge the occasion. Never did. Finally in total frustration after he had rushed to give us our check I found the shift manager and complained describing the situation. He apologized profusely and insisted we wait until he got a cake with candle and sang happy birthday. This person saved what was going to be a totally embarrassing experience for me.

My sister and I ate dinner Saturday evening before the Michael Bolton concert. Antonio was our waiter and he was great! Extremely pleasant, responsive, and paced the dinner perfectly. I ordered the prime rib, which was cooked perfectly. My sister ordered the filet mignon wedge salad which was also very delicious. Great night altogether and we will definitely be back.

We got tired of dining here because the menu never changes.......just having a weekly special would at least give us options.

We came on Christmas eve for an early dinner at 5:30 pm. Party of 4 friends. We were seated promptly. The restaurant was a little over half full. We asked for the room in the back which was more intimate than the front room which appeared more like a coffee shop. (Same menu in both rooms)
The menu was varied with everything from "breakfast for dinner" to Prime Rib, steaks and vegetarian options. The seafood pasta special had big pieces of lobster, shrimp, scallops and mussels in a tasty red sauce.
The service was outstanding! We will return!

The menu has a wide variety of food to choose from, which makes it easy for big groups that can’t decide what to eat. Super fun atmosphere and chef Freddy really knows how to make an awesome meal! You better GO GO GO!!!
