Polo Lounge @ The Beverly Hills Hotel

The dinner itself was very good. At this level of dining, the hotel should have done a better job in creating an outdoor experience during safe Covid measures. I truly felt abandoned on some far reaching patio sitting in a children's dining room when the adults had their own areas. I was celebrating my birthday a few days early so i could be at the Polo Lounge as all restaurants were about to be locked down due to an increase in testing positivity. I should have saved my money as the ambiance was not commensurate with the expected experience.

Spent the afternoon on the patio celebrating my dear friend’s birthday. The service is always top notch. The tables felt appropriate socially distanced.

Amazing food and service not to mention the patio's cleanliness.

There was a hair baked into my soufflé which ruined the entire experience. So sad because the Polo Lounge never disappoints and this has never happened before.

I took a friend here for a very special birthday, and the 4 of us just loved the experience. Our food was delicious, all of it, and the staff couldn't have been more considerate and attentive. (the surprise birthday cake's decorations were lovely!)

Our server, Sidney was fabulous. The crab cake was lovely.

Waiter tried to over bill us for brunch.

Visited in November 2020 and was a bit worried because of COVID , but everything was perfect. We were sat outside in a nice corner and a heater. It was a bit chilly in Los Angeles but didn’t feel too cold at dinner. Staff was friendly and professional , our food came out in a timely manner and was DELICIOUS! Celebrated my love’s birthday so we were gifted a very tasty chocolate cake. Overall this has been my favorite experience of 2020, the vibe was fancy, the venue is gorgeous, and from the moment you exit your vehicle and touch the red carpet, the glamour of old Hollywood takes over. I’m so glad I visited and I will absolutely come back! THANK YOU!

Always, magnificent. The patio was gorgeous. My steak was cooked perfectly. I am still thinking about the delicious chocolate soufflé.

Very nice! Delicious food. The waiter was very attentive. Some guests were a bit too loud but otherwise everything else was good.

Things are not quite the same but the patio at the Polo Lounge is almost the same. Lovely environment, good food and gracious service. We just had the club sandwich but it was terrific. So nice to spend some relaxing time in a familiar environment.

The Polo never disappoints. I took a friend for her birthday, and she was delighted. The. always manage to make you feel special. Food, as usual, was delightful.

Lovely outdoor dining. Everyone wore masks, tables were 6 feet apart. Service was good. Wagyu NY strip steak was delicious as well as the wagyu burger, the lobster pasta dish and the mushroom papadella (spelling?) Had a very nice experience at this iconic hotel and polo lounge restaurant.

I took my daughter to the Polo Lounge for her 19th birthday. The service was impeccable, the food was absolutely delicious and the ambiance of the outdoor dining area couldn't be more elegant. Highly recommend this restaurant for your next date or any occasion.

Probably close to the worst dinner I ever paid for.

The hotel and ambiance is cute. But you would expect a hotel at this level be able to deliver a good dining experience.

Tuna tartare was without flavor, the tuna that was used seemed like lover quality.
The burger is unbelievable bad. The bun was dry and def days old, beef was dry. French fries was the only good thing about it.
Salmon was without flavor and the lentils in the bottom was way over salted.

We didn’t order dessert after the dinner cause the food was so bad.

It’s extremely overpriced - expected that, but for the food to be worse than what you get at a Random Diner is unfortunate.

Go there for cocktails and save your coins! Beautiful spot, but they really need to switch up their kitchen!

Even though it was my birthday and I am a regular of Dorchester group hotels, hostess made me and my group wait for 30 minutes despite my requests to be seated.

They were unprofessional, unsmiling and clearly untrained in hospitality business.

Having dined regularly at Dorchester hotel London, and organising private events there I was extremely disappointed that their sister hotel allows such low level of service.

From the moment you step on the property you enter an era long gone... exemplary customer service and a meal that was delicious from start to finish.

We had a lovely dinner and surprise dessert for our anniversary.

Beautiful restaurant with some of the best service I have every had. Waiter was extremely helpful and completed every request that was asked. Food was perfect with no complaints.

It seems that the chef has change . the quality of food is equivalent to a fast food in any local restaurant
I would expect finer food in Polo lounge.
