Have not been for a while and decided to go for a business dinner as I believed it would be good. The experience exceeded my expectations, food was amazing and the service was first class. Great ambience felt busy with atmosphere but you could still have a conversation. I would highly recommend and will be going back soon!!

Outstanding in all aspects. Highly recommend!!

Particularly good for allergies / dietary requirements. I am Vegan and Gluten Free and the food was exquisite. Nice to be able to have enjoy a restaurant of this standard without the rest of the party having to eat vegetarian too, or me having sub-par food. Very hard to find in London.

A wonderful way to spend a Saturday afternoon! This was my first outing after major spinal surgery and was looked after admirably. The food was a treat and all of the staff were amazing. A huge thanks to the Pollen Street team

This has a reputation as a great restaurant and it is well founded. Excellent service with an menu reflecting the best of British, complimented by a complex and diverse wine list. This is clearly reflected in the price. It isn’t a place to go for a reasonably priced meal but it is a Michelin starred/AA rosette venue, and the food and portions are of exceptional quality. My one criticism would be the background music is a little too loud. Sometimes it was tricky to hear the waiting staff or my dinner partner but it wouldn’t be a reason not to go back.

Amazing food and service
The desert was a piece of art and I felt guilty spoiling it

Food was surprisingly bland and not particularly well cooked (eg Turbot was over cooked and dry). Also surprising was that the sommelier did not seem confident/familiar with the wine list!! Not up to the usual standard this time.

We have been to this restaurant several times over the last couple of years and it has never failed to deliver. The set lunch menu is excellent value considering the extras which are included. This time we had the recommended wine included in the set menu and that proved a good choice. The atmosphere is lively and the staff excellent.

Outstanding value for money in this central London energetic restaurant.

The food was outstanding and the service was very kind and friendly. This must be, at £39, the best value lunch in the city considering you get a large amuse bouche, three courses, a pre dessert and then a post dessert!!
Would highly recommend.

We loved, everything about our lunch. From the first step inside our first Michelin starred restaurant to saying goodbye everyone was so welcoming, professional and most importantly - smiling. The food kept arriving - the pre-starter, starter, main, pre-dessert, dessert, then more - all beautifully presented and all amazing flavours. They definitely get the balance between fabulous food and the overall feel of the restaurant just right and we will look forward to returning.
