Pollen Street Social
Fantastic as ever.
Best feature of our lunch was the muse bouche.
Seafood starters were over-adventurous and disappointing. Main courses were ok although not particularly great and one of our party of 4 had their fish undercooked and had to be done again. Plates were not warmed So the other 3 of us had finished ours by the time the fresh one arrived. 2 expensive bottles of wine eased the pain but took the bill to £1100.
Great place and food. Mains from ala carte menu should be bigger.
We met friends and had a very pleasant evening. From drinks in the bar to the end of our dinner we enjoyed great service, good food, drinks and wine. A great place for a special meal
Amazing food, a great atmosphere and wonderful staff. Will be going again.
From a warm and friendly welcome to excellent service throughout, this was a most enjoyable lunch. Of course the food was the star, fine dining of pheasant and partridge with wines chosen with the helpful assistance of the sommelier. Must get back at the first available opportunity.
Impeccable service. Imaginative and tasty food. Lots of nice treats in between courses. Perfect.
Flavours, presentation and service all good. Sadly my Pork Main Course was lukewarm at best. I should have sent it back. Menu fatigue setting in. Not been for 3 years but pretty sure the menu hasn't changed. Restaurant was quiet, feeling like it's lost its edge. Won't rush back
Not our first time here. Each time we go away happy and well fed. The staff are welcoming and deliver excellent service and avoid the annoying habit of asking if everything is ok u wcat every twist and turn. The food was excellent. And at times it was fun such as the plentiful bon mooches which brought a touch of novelty to the occasion. The atmosphere is wonderful. Only a gentle hum of fellow diners. Had the lunch menu which was varied and excellent value with the wine option - again good value. We will return.
Lovely warm and friendly welcome which continued with wonderful staff throughout our visit. Well done to whoever trains them!! Very good set price lunch menu with delicious “extras” Will visit again
The food at Pollen Street Social was again exceptional. The nice touches were the amuse bouche treats in between each course and a small birthday cake for my wife. On this occasion the waiter service was not up to its usual high standard. For example the waitress bringing our first course forgot which of the selections was which and they were not at attentive as usual. This could be put down to very high number of customers on a Saturday Lunch time; many more tables appeared to have been fitted in than on the previous occasions we have visited. The selection of wines also appears more limited at the lower end of the cost scale with a large jump to the specialist wines. That said the Sommelier's selection was very acceptable. Again due to the high number of customers, the noise level was much higher than normal. At the end of the day it was still an enjoyable experience.
Fabulous restaurant. Fabulous staff. Fabulous vegan taster menu with wine flight. What more is there to say!
Super creative cooking without any pretensions, young engaged staff that really seem to love what’s they do, fun and buzzy West End location. Really felt like a treat.
Incredible value for money, location is perfect and the buzz in the room is great.
Fantastic vegan food but no plant milk available for tea or coffee!
Simply outstanding! Classic food with a twist of genius.
60 Th birthday
Fab food and super service. Definitely would reccomend
They really went out of their way on an anniversary dinner.
Very enjoyable with excellent service
Absolutely top of their game. And the off-menu souffle for the table was a great touch. Well done guys!
Terrific food and great servivce! Made my wife Carol's birthday a very special occasion. Many thanks to all the staff at Pollen Street Socialx
Have been to PSS a few times and always had a marvellous time. The food and service is mostly exceptional.
This visit went well. It was a birthday lunch and the card on the table was a nice touch. The lunch menu on offer was very good value and the food was fabulous. Only niggle was not being offered petit fours at the end. It did not occur to us until we observed all the other diners being offered. Not sure if they just forgot our table. No matter we asked and it was brought to us and quite delicious too.
Overall lovely way to have a birthday celebration.
It was so much great experience in London. Thank you for greeting my birthday. (Birthday cake was so lovely!!!)
And I hope I could visit again someday. :)
