1st time here, and the experience couldn’t have been better! Food was amazing! Sea Bass, phenomenal, Steak cooked to perfection! Drinks were entertainingly named and as good as they sound! Micheal,our waiter, couldn’t have been better. The table behind us was a little loud, but overall I can’t wait to have another reason to come back.

Antoinette was my server and she made me feel so comfortable as a solo diner. I absolutely loved her. The chefs were nice as well, and I even got to take a picture with them. Overall, the food was excellent. Especially the honey and the peach drink. The portion sizes were Itty bitty, especially the dessert, but still very filling.

We went to celebrate a birthday. Since we were not able to get an earlier reservation, we decided to just do dessert. The dessert was great! Beautiful presentation and tasted delicious. However, our server seemed to be annoyed almost that we were only getting dessert. It made it a little awkward/uncomfortable at times because you could sense they were not happy.

I visited in early April on a Saturday night at sunset. Service was top notch, the gentleman serving me has worked at Polaris for a few decades and is so knowledgeable of the history of Polaris and the menu. The drinks and food were delicious and the view and ambiance definitely added a little sparkle to the evening. 10/10 would recommend and I will be back!

Fantastic service and one of the most enjoyable dining experiences I’ve ever had. The food and drinks were incredible. The sea bass and filet were the best we have ever had and our server really made our dining experience one to remember. Quality food and hospitality.
