We had a wonderful experience at Polaris. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The food was great, everything was beautifully presented and delicious. Lastly, the view was incredible. We would definitely visit again.

One of the best fine dining experiences I've ever had. It was the very first thing we did in Atlanta and it blew us away. The prices are super reasonable for the amount and quality that you receive. We spent just over $120 per person with cocktails and left full and happy. Stunning views, luxury atmosphere, and welcoming staff. Also they have complimentary vallet for resturant guests and that was really nice.

The service was prompt and efficient and delivered in a friendly manner. The quality of the food was superb. As always the view was phenomenal. It was a great dining experience.

Every single person we came in contact with at the Hyatt Regency was absolutely lovely. These customer service is beyond compare. I enjoyed meeting every person at the hotel and restaurant. The restaurant had an odd smell, and much of it probably came from the fact that we sat adjacent to the grill. The focaccia appetizer was fine. My strawberry salad was short on strawberries (which had no flavor,) and long on dressing, which was very strong. The lettuce was bright and fresh. My young guest had the duck and liked it very much. My guest also enjoyed the view, and was delighted with the evening. I cannot emphasize enough, how magnificent the staff was. Every single person. Our server was wonderful, and food came out promptly. Many things going well for this restaurant.

The Staff was very helpful to reschedule our appointment to the wanted date, we are really appreciate of that! The food was overall great, view was nice, would recommend it!

What a great place to enjoy a fine meal and some stunning views. We took 2 parents and an aunt to Polaris. We booked the Dining Room. They seated us at a high table next to the bar (my only real complaint). Downstairs we valeted the car and were greeted at the Polaris elevator by a very nice woman. Upstairs we were greeted quickly and offered champagne (we were celebrating). Our server was friendly and efficient and even had one of the longest-serving waiters come over to say hi. He's been working there for over 40 years and our parents thought it was really cool to meet him since they hadn't been to Polaris since the 80s. Now about that meal. Wow! We started with the charcuterie which was lovely and just enough for the five of us. We all had the filet and they were so tender and perfectly cooked. I have to say, that was one of the best steaks I've had in over 50 years in Atlanta. As good as - if not better than - Rathbun's filet. The Oscar mix of crab and asparagus was delicious. The confit potatoes were perfect and full of flavor. Our cocktails and wines were delicious and the coffee and dessert was excellent. Kudos to all the staff who were nice and attentive and helped make the entire experience one we will be talking about for years to come.

what a wonderful place to dine and reconnect with a loved one. Two hours plus revolving around the top of Atlanta sipping a beverage, consuming fine foods and just plain enjoying the atmosphere! Polaris is a place I will go again. I hope MICHAEL will still be there.
