Great ambiance. Highly recommend for date night. Elevator is very slow. Stopped at EVERY floor but we came on an event night so it may be different during the week. Love the drinks and food. The oysters were a little bland but they tried to make up flavor with sauces.

The view was amazing, service was good. The only downfall is the portion size , 4 small pieces of steak for 35? Yeah no.

Came to celebrate our birthdays in February and everything was great! From the sumptuous food to the perfect ambience for celebration as this is the only revolving restaurant in Atlanta right now. The only thing missing is although it was specified we’re celebrating this special occasion, nothing was done to make it feel extra special despite the fact that it is mentioned on the reservation. A simple greetings written on the dessert plate would’ve suffice it. Otherwise, we greatly enjoyed the night.

The Polaris is a MUST go!! I have lived in Atlanta all my life and my family always use to go to the Polaris before the Peachtree Plaza was built because it was the tallest hotel. Of course now it is dwarfed by other buildings but it is HUGE in ambiance, food and service. Frea our server was awesome. The decor is very posh, the food great , the view spectacular, menu changes seasonally. It also revolves. The Peachtree Plaza use to be our go to place, we went in August, the bar is still not revolving since the accident and to be honest, looks like a run down tourist trap. Do yourself a favor and GO to the Polaris! The even make their own honey on site and have an herb garden. Pictures are the reflection of the dome in the Coastal States building AND their blue dome dessert!!

I had communicated ahead of time with the manager to have a special dessert and a couple of glasses of champagne ready for our reservation. Unfortunately, even after confirming with me, they did not have this ready for us. It was still special to be there, but I disappointed that they did not come through for me.

Went there for my husband's birthday. It is a classy environment, quiet, however, there isn't a wide range of food options. That was the only down side to it. Everything else was lovely.

This resturant is perfection. The view can't be beat. We love the exclusive feel of it. I also like how they switch up the menu seasonally. Never the same place twice. Fine dining at its best.

Always love the Polaris but their portion sizes have gotten smaller; especially on their desserts. That is the only thing with which I was disappointed! Love Reggie though. He is the best!!

The setting is special with interesting views as you rotate around Peachtree Center. The cocktails are creative and nicely done. The food portions are small (as advertised) but plentiful for normal eating. The desserts are beyond memorable.

We were in town for a business meeting and chose Polaris because of its proximity to our hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised. Often a rotating restaurant at the top of a hotel offers a great view and mediocre food and service. That wasn’t our experience here. Service was very good - attentive but not overbearing. The menu was limited (only around 5 entrees) but both my wife and I really enjoyed them. The steak oscar was delicious with a nice presentation and the squash pasta pouches with chorizo was also delicious. We were stuffed so skipped dessert but apparently they have a good pastry chef as well. Decor is nice, almost a throwback 1960’s vibe. All in all, thumbs up to Polaris.

Our goal is to dine at all the rotating restaurants in the US - so far we've been to 9 and this is one of the best! All have exceptional food and we were not disappointed. The atmosphere at Polaris was comfortable & cozy. We were seated in an area that seemed like a library, nice change from a giant open room. The food was outstanding so many wonderful flavors from the Pumpkin seed bread to the Pork Belly & Brussel Sprouts to the signature Blue Dome dessert.
The presentation was lovely & creative. I would recommend this experience to anyone & everyone. The staff was friendly, helpful & attentive. Kudos

Absolutely outstanding, I ask for a proposal, The staff did an extraordinary set-up/job thanks to all, but the one that stood out was Gary our host. Even though I put the ring on the wrong hand and she said yes, the view of the city made up for the error on my end. Thanks Polaris...
