This is arguably Fells Point’s beast kept secret. At least from me! Certified gluten free, and if you didn’t care about that you would never notice. Excellent preparation and plating. The tuna was sushi grade 1 and seared perfectly per chef’s recommendation. We had an amazing server who was kind with a smile and who seemed to truly enjoy her job. She had a working knowledge of the menu and the culture of her establishment. Very comfortable and so easy to enjoy that we lost track of time.
This place was beyond amazing. We met the owner, his mother and everything. Drag brunch was so much fun. The experience makes me want to go back over and over again. Cheers!
Loved the Restaurant Week 2018 menu!
We went during restaurant week. All three courses were outstanding! Very interesting Latin flare. Nice layout. Restaurant is much bigger than it looks on the outside. Definitely recommend!
Always great food and service. The shrimp ceviche is the best!!
I took my parents to Points South for Restaurant Week and they absolutely loved it. The gentleman who sat us and helped to serve us was so pleasant and accommodating when we wanted to substitute one of the small plates for a vegetarian option not listed on the menu. The minas (sp?) margarita was phenomenal! Definitely will come back again.
Wonderful servers , carefully made drinks and delicious menu!
Food was awesome! Everything was great from tapas to main entrees to dessert. Service was great. Server was very knowledgeable about the menu and was very attentive and friendly. We might the owner, Bryson, who stopped by to see if we liked our food. We love that the entire menu is gluten free!! So delicious! We will be back again and again!
Wonderful hidden gem. Ordered a bunch of small plates to share with friends. Must try the lamb ribs!
This actually a great option for anyone with gluten allergies or sensitivity, all the food is naturally gluten free... so it’s not a substitution game. The staff is great, the lamb shank is amazing. They also have good cocktails. The Sunday “drag brunch” is super fun
Amazing food and great staff.
Another wonderful meal. The crispy cheese appetizer rocked. As did the short ribs. Such a cool place. And a great staff. Loved it!
Food was good but that was not real Latin food. In Latin from Miami and there we have all types of Latin American food and I can say this was not it.
We had the time at Poubt South, we were a group of 9 celebrating our friend birthday party 🎉. The dinner and drinks were awesome. Service was perfect. We are more than happy 😃.
Excellent menu that is 100% Gluten Free. Don't let that scare you. I've been in several times and sampled much of the menu. Everything is absolutely excellent. Can't reccomend this restaurant highly enough. Great option for anyone in the Inner Harbor/Fells Point area.
I love Points South Latin Kitchen, but I had a "first timer"with me and he loved it as much as I do! He would not stop talking about it and wanted to go for brunch the next day (drag brunch was sold out) so we made reservations for the next available show. Always amazing, and I can't wait to return.
This restaurant always delivers. The menu is really inventive, the service is on point and I have never had anything but wonderful food here. This time I tried the ceviche but made the mistake of sharing with others. I'll never do that again! I need to remember to save room for dessert because I'm dying to try the tres leches bread pudding. I'm determined to have it the next time I'm there.
The food was great and we had good service as well. I’ll be back!
The food was AMAZING and I could not believe that it was gluten-free! Everyone from the hostess to our waitress and just other employees were extremely nice and accommodating. I will definitely be coming back here again and again and again!!!! Definitely check out this gem!
Was a nice lunch and good service! Good
salad and my friends soup was clearly home made!
Drag brunch is by far the best brunch I've ever been to!
The drag show was awesome I will return with friends
Their food is amazing. It was sad that the brunch staff wanted to go home more than they wanted to serve us. Maybe they should close between lunch and dinner
We chose this restaurant as we were looking for spanish cusine and this was the closest one we could find. It was quite good as was the service.
Good food, good atmosphere, and the manager is dedicated to making every table's experience excellent.
My husband and I went here a year ago and we honestly weren't happy but we wanted to give it another try since everyone raves about Points South. SOO glad we decided to try it again. The menu honestly doesn't do the food justice. The food was so incredibly delicious and well seasoned. The yucca and beef appetizer, the queso and beef appetizer, and the lamb ribs were particularly fantastic. I can't even begin to describe what eating poached eggs on a Latin corn cake tastes like but it is nothing short of amazing. Loved being able to eat outside and the servers were so kid friendly. We have three kids and they destroyed their food so we ended up having to get more! We didn't even get it off the kids menu; they were licking their plates. We will definitely be going back!!!
All of the staff at Points South Latin Kitchen are so warm and welcoming. My wife and I have visited for brunch several times, which is always delicious, but this was our first time for dinner. Restaurant week was extended and the soft shell crab was so wonderful. The Carimanolas is truly a "comfort food", and one of the best appetizers I have ever had. We will definitely be returning again and again.
First time at Latin Kitchen - during Balt City Restaurant Week. My experience started out not to great. First, I ordered the advertised "cocktail special" of the night that is "prepared daily" by the bartenders. Apparently, they ran out of the "cocktail special!" Than I ordered the spicy crab balls for an appetizer. Once again, they ran out of the spicy crab balls. But, to our surprise, our waitress did somehow managed to scrape up 3 spicy crab balls from the kitchen. We did order the preset Restaurant Week menu and were presently surprised with the unique flavor of our meal. Our experience started out not so well but rebounded nicely because of the food, our waitress and the fact that we were not charged for the spicy crab balls!
Our server was delightful. We were there for restaurant week, so it was a bargain. Regular prices are a bit high. Some food was delish, other was mediocre. The shrimp ceviche was amazing.
Amazing food, attentive waitress, really fun and vibrant atmosphere. Great Restaurant Week deal. I will say we came during week day happy hour time and they wouldn't offer their drunk specials unless you were at the bar area which is kind of silly.
