The Pointe In Tyme Restaurant has been a favorite restaurant for Phoenix residents for over 40 years. Located at the north end of the Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort, it has easy roadside access. The beautiful mahogany bar and restaurant has a warm and inviting feel that is unique to the valley. Serving a la carte menus featuring fresh, contemporary ingredients that cover everything from steaks & seafood to pasta, guest are always sure to find something they enjoy. The restaurant is open daily and also serves as the valley's best "19th Hole" as it is situated next to the Lookout Mountain Golf course pro shop. Indoor and patio seating are available.

Awful! Frozen pizza. Really? Very disappointed. If not going to pointe of view do not waste time here. Poor service poor food quality. Honestly would have been better off taking a ride to in and out.

One of the reasons for choosing this hotel was for the GORGEOUS views from there "Point of View" restaurant. We were incredibly disappointed when we arrived that it was closed for a wedding and we could only done at the secondary restaurant. We would have chosen another hotel for our weekend get away. I must say our dinner was delicious. The service was CRAP. The Hostess had to get the server after we had been sitting there for quite a while and not been acknowledged. The restaurant was not busy in the least. When we FINALLY got our first round of drinks they were incorrect and had to be redone which again took awhile. The server never smiled and seemed annoyed that she had to wait on a twosome. Hostess and food get a thumbs up.

Good service, the food & presentation is much better here than at Squaw Peak restaurants. As for the price, is was little high but we expect that for a resort restaurant and the food made it worth it.

We greatly enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the ambiance. The food was very good and well priced. We appreciated the attention paid to us by the waitstaff. We are making it our preferred place for both cocktails and dinner.

The only reason we chose this restaurant for our birthday lunch was its fairly convenient location for me and my dining companion and because of my experience with Different Pointe of View years ago. I expected a similar quality but was extremely disappointed. The wait staff was indifferent and poorly trained. We asked to share an appetizer, but they didn't give us separate plates until we asked. However, I was encouraged by a fresh hummus topped with an interesting assortment of roasted vegetables. After that it was downhill. Our main was delivered before we had made it through half the appetizer. After that they kept asking if we were still "working" on our food, which I find a grating way of asking if we were finished. Speaking of entrees--I ordered a chicken Caprise sandwich and she ordered a Ceasar salad with chicken--they were below par. The bread actually detracted from my sandwich, which had little flavor. My friend didn't complain about her salad, but it wasn't much more than a toss of some greens with some chopped chicken plopped on top. The dessert choices were the usual pedestrian selections. Our shared flourless chocolate cake was served with soup spoons, making it difficult to eat it. Meanwhile, no one bussed our table and the dishes from each course piled up. We just pushed them aside. Classy!
