Po Le has over 30 years' experience in the food business. He is experienced in French and Italian cuisine with an Asian background. Gourmet hors d'oeuvres and banquets for private parties and special events are available.

Po Le is a fine Pastry Chef, having mastered sherberts, ice creams, hot and cold soufflés, cookies, petite fours, cakes and tarts.

We make our own unique ravioli and gnocchi dishes.
Our fresh homemade pasta is made on premises and our fresh fish arrives daily. Don't forget we are a BYOB!

Truly wonderful dining experience. Highest praise for the chef. Every dish the four of us in my party ordered was delicious with ample portions prepared to perfection from appetizers, soups, entrees and gourmet desserts.

After only two days since our last visit, we recommended this great eatery to a friend . To me, that says a lot about Po Le Cucina. The food is simply the best prepared that we have ever tasted time-after-time. This is our 8th visit in less than a year.

Rude desultory service by bored waiters who seem to have lost their way somewhere enroute between Saigon and Ambler. Salad dish was ice-cold; right out of the fridge, must have been made early in the morning. Dressing was harshly citrusy. Bronzino was ruined and tasteless; the gnocchi were chewy. Impossibly too many "specials" for this size restaurant for any of them to be fresh.
Nasty food, nasty service. AVOID.

To celebrate the holidays I found Po Le Cucina on Open Table and am glad I did. It is a small seating area but plenty of outstanding food and service. I was there for lunch and the specials seemed limitless; no less than 5 different fresh fish choices including a whole Branzino which was deboned and the best piece of fish I have eaten in a long time. Other colleagues had the the lobster ravioli and proceeded to consume a lot of bread soaking up the sauce. The 5 of us all had different dishes and there was not a single morsel of food left on anyone's plate. The chef makes all his own pastries including the complimentary plate of cookies that are served, which are for sale as well. The service was first class, no "auctioning" off of the dishes, he knew what each person should be served. Looking forward to sharing this gem with my friends and colleagues.

The food was very good although a bit expensive. I would save this for special occasions. We went for my birthday and even put that on the open table reservation form but we had to remind the waiter. Since it is a small place, there were people waiting for their reservation and we felt a bit rushed to leave.

Veal chop is the best I have ever tasted. Seafood ravioli is wonderful. For appetizers we really enjoyed the calamari and spinach salad with goat cheese. Excellent service!

Would you believe foie gras in Springhouse? Not only delicious but beautifully served. My partner had the lobster salad which was equally well presented with nice size lobster. Main courses were varied but both of us chose fish. Both flavor and presentation were outstanding. Don't skip dessert.

Food was prepared with a deft touch, perfectly seasoned and nicely portioned. Best italian food we have had in the northern and western suburbs. Service was very attentive. Will be back.
