Great food and service. I was by myself and was catered to
Wife had steak I had crab cakes. Both were excellent. Would definitely go back.
Great place, friendly atmosphere. Would recommend it to anyone who is looking for great meal.
Great Birthday celebration with my daughter!
We have been coming for many years and Saturday was the worst. First my meal was brought our with sauce after I explained carefully that I wanted the fish and vegetable completely dry. They took it back and brought out the same broccoli which was now cold and disgusting. My wife waited for mine to come out and only finished about half so she requested a box to take home her dinner. The bus boy dropped the silverware and the person at the table next to us handed it to him but he placed it right over the food. When we complained to the waitress, she said she understands but basically said it was not her mistake. The bus boy said the customer put it there. No excuses. We should have been compensated in some way or at least had someone come over to apologize. Nothing was said and they both stayed away from us. Needless to say we left her dinner there. Nothing will destroy your reputation quicker than poor service and unclean conditions.
We drove from Bethlehem, and it was worth it. Would definitely go again.
Food and service was excellent.
Couldn’t ask for anything better, from the meal to service
The food was great and the service was prompt and friendly. They have quiet inside seating, a sports bar, and outside seating, so the noise level will vary with your choice. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Spontaneous found a new favorite
As usual, the food and service was excellent! Love this restaurant!
Entree was good, but baked potato was way over cooked and horrible. Next table had small children that the parents did not or would not control; running around the table and bumping into my chair at the next table. The restaurant needs to say something when the parents don’t. I attempted but the adults at that table could care less. The occasion was my elderly in-laws anniversary and this made the evening less than special for them; thank you not.
We went on Father's day. The food was good and the service was good. Nice atmosphere and location. Five minutes from our house. We will go again.
Food was tasty. Prices are all a la carte, no appetizer, no salad, no beverage, only bread.
Great brunch, lots of options with many breakfast, lunch (with carving station), and desserts/pastries. $3 mimosa and bloody Mary's.
We went here for Father's day brunch. It was everything we wanted plus more. The food was better than I could ever expect for a buffet and the service was outstanding. My father is still raving about it!
Went for Father's Day brunch and was blown away. Food was amazing, service was excellent. Will definitely return!
Food was delicious, the waitress was wonderful and did not rush us.
Staff was great from young girls at front to Scott our waiter
We love the energy and the feel of everyone having a good time
Nice bartender. Big guy who is very cool and fun
Hope they stick around for a long time
Anniversary celebration and the prime rib was delicious and more then i could finish took home half. The service was friendly and enjoyed the acoustic entertainment.
Our server rushed out to the parking lot after finding my briefcase that I left on the floor by my seat. I greatly appreciated her extra effort!
Plumsteadville inn is a staple in our house. Food Always delicious, great specials that change every day. Staff is friendly and atmosphere is great.
We had the worst seat in the house, crammed next to a wall in the tavern at a high table. People were side-swiping us and bumping into the table. I asked for a different seat but there was no reply except, "We are busy." It ruined the whole experience. Food was ho-hum ,same food you can get anywhere just more expensive. I would not recommend.
we come here for bruch often (maybe 10 times or more a year) and we've decided this is our permanent first stop on mothers day. The food is always excellent!
Went for mother's day celebration dinner. Food was very good. Good ambience. Service excellent.
I love this restaurant. I go there as often as I can. It has great food and drink, as well as a very friendly wait staff.
Alway a very good meal. Able to dine outside and while on the street, the surroundings were cozy.
The food was good! Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Wonderful atmosphere with outside seating
Got together with a friend whom I hadn't seen in a while for Bucks County Restaurant Week. We've both been to the Plumsteadville Inn on numerous occasions, and when I saw the Inn was participating in Restaurant Week, took the opportunity to catch up and check out the special menu.
We started with a burrata caprese salad and a Buffalo chicken flatbread, followed by entrees of Asian pub steak and shrimp ravioli, and for dessert, apple crisp and a chocolate crème brulee. These were all on the special prix fixe Restaurant Week menu, and every dish was delicious and nicely presented. The service was top-notch and music was provided on the night we visited by a guitarist performing and singing a wide variety of pleasant dinner music.
This was my first visit in a few years, and I was not disappointed; must be why I keep coming back.
We had a lovely lunch for 7 and when an extra grandchild showed up, the restaurant accommodated us without a blink. Service was wonderful, and the restaurant called the night before to see what room we would prefer for our group. They have areas ranging from formal to casual, and all are appealing. Menu items also range from salads and sandwiches through tavern food to elegant. Everyone enjoyed their meal.
First time here so we weren't sure what to expect though reviews were promising. Very pleasantly surprised. The hostess was going to seat us in the bar/tavern area as they were still cleaning up from brunch parties. We asked for a quieter area with a view and had to wait just a couple of minutes. Done. Very nice smaller room with lots of windows and light. Wait staff was very friendly and helped with suggestions. Started with the Fall Festival salad which we shared. Good thing, too, because it was very large. Main courses were Broiled Scallops and Wiener Schnitzel. Both were perfect. Will dine here again when in the area.
Excellent food, the waitress is really good attention, definitely every is good for coming back again.😉😀
I reserved a table for two on-line since I was already looking at your website.
When we arrived, we were greeted nicely and then escorted to a booth at the bar, which we turned down. We saw open tables adjacent to the bar area and requested a better choice, which was granted.
To us, the food was just average and I am sure you can do better. One negative point was the mashed potatoes which looked like cafeteria style (served using an ice cream scooper).
Server was very nice, attentive and we tipped well for the good service.
After dinner, we bumped into the manager asking if our visit was OK and mentioned it was our first visit and he offered a quick tour. The tour was very nice and we appreciated it.
We found that we probably should have mentioned in the beginning that we came to the restaurant for our 35th wedding anniversary dinner, and had we known, requested a table in the back which had a more romantic feel.
We dined with friends to celebrate my birthday. We had a drink at the bar first, my friend and I had watermelon martinis that were yummy! Our dinner was fabulous! Our waitress was excellent and very attentive. We all loved our entrees and our appetizers and we shared a chocolate lava cake for dessert that was awesome! It was a perfect evening! Would definitely recommend for a special occasion or for any night where you just want a good meal in a very nice atmosphere!
I have recently moved to Hilltown and discovered Plumsteadville Inn. Great food, great atmosphere and location, friendly service...in a nutshell we love this place. But...sorry...service is sooo slow!!
I have read other reviews where people with reservations had to wait up to or more than 30 minutes for a table. This seems to be the norm more than the exception in the reviews and sure enough for the past 3 visits we waited about 15 minutes for a table (with a reservation)and once seated another 15 minutes for drinks. And a lot of empty tables. Management needs to figure out the whole reservation thing and let parties without reservations wait. Especially when reservations are made for families with small children.
Brunch was AMAZING! Lots of options and everything was delicious. Definitely will be back.
Visited on March 24, 2018 and one of the specials was Halibut with a Siracha cream sauce with plum tomatoes and lump crab meat. It was absolutely delicious. Fresh and the fish was light and the cream sauce had just the right kick to it. Overall I would reccommend a visit to enjoy the food. Will certainly be back. Our server was very pleasant and attentive to our needs.
Atmosphere is cozy, food was very good. Service was great, drink prices were a bit high, which added an additional 30.00 to the overall bill. All in all I would highly recommend this restaurant. I plan on going back with family and friends
Great Service & Great Food!
We had great food and service
