Great food phenomenal view - great service.
Always an enjoyable eating experience. Good food and service with a great view.
Great a spot to take friends and family while they’re visiting. Beautiful beachfront location with a great brunch! Going over to see the dolphins after you eat is a bonus. Many celebrities stay at the hotel so you might get lucky and see your favorite celeb.
Wonderful meal and time with my wife celebrating her birthday. CeCe and Randy were excellent, the service was top-notch. We will definitely recommend this to others.
it was very nice breakfast experience, will visit again.
I love the setting. I think it’s the only beachfront dining in town outside of Waikiki.
I’ve come back to this restaurant a lot since I’ve seen the Asian and local offerings. The old fruit with cottage cheese used to put me off.
This is an amazing location right on the ocean and beach at the Kahala Hotel. The view and atmosphere is top notch, the food is decent to average. They were out of the salmon entree' at lunch when there are only a few to pick from. The waiter described my loco moco incorrectly, but it was very good.
Great service. Had the salad and dessert with the meals. The very best part was the butterfish and the bread pudding. Can beat the setting but it is a bit on the pricy side. Great service this time. Last time our service was very slow but not this time.
Service and ambience are always exceptional.
The Kahala Hotel and the Plumeria Beach Cafe is one of the most special places in Honolulu. Beautiful view and amazing food.
My wife and I really enjoyed the Easter brunch at the Plumeria Beach House. Great food and outstanding service at a very good price. We especially loved the "build your own" omelette and baked ham. Will surely return to the Plumeria Beach House.
They did something new at the restaurant; they created a living room kind of area in the restaurant for patrons who are waiting for their table. Unfortunately this living room was right next to our table and it was very noisy and people milling around you while you are trying to eat. Poor Ambiance.
Denise our server was very apologetic about the noise and the commotion.
The food and the service were fantastic. The drinks are a bit overpriced. It is a beautiful place, however there were little kids running all over the place and yelling, and for that kind of money for dinner, I wasn’t expecting that.
I specifically choose this restaurant for the outdoor venue because we had perfect weather that day. Rather than eating home lunch at our desks at work, I decided to take out two of my managers for lunch. The weather and view was epic! Food was good. Wait staff was very friendly. I'm definitely going to do this again.
We celebrated our friends birthday. The food was great and waterfront view was awesome.
We also had a great service. I would certainly want to return for the Sunday brunch.
Love the brunch menu here, but not impressed with the hostess' service this time. I made a reservation for 9 am, but was not seated until 9:25 a.m. When I asked the hostess why our party was not seated, she said the weather caused the restaurant to lose almost half of its seating that day. Then I asked the hostess what the point of making a reservation was if our party was going to be put on the general waiting list, to which she did not reply.
Very tasty food and great scenery. A great destination restaurant.
Love this restaurant. Had Breakfast and dinner there just about every night while vacationing at The Kahala. Service and wait staff were super friendly and accommodating. Love everything about it. Highly recommend.... Thank you for a WONDERFUL VACATION!!!
Terrific experience all the way around!! Kahala Hotel is a real gem. Terrific staff at Plumeria!
The people were nice and the scampi pasta was really good. However, it was not worth $65 (I had to pay extra because it was St. Patrick's Day). Even though I paid extra, the food was not worth it. They didn't even have oysters, which is one of the main reasons I went there. Did they have other seafood menu besides shrimp and tuna? NO. Maybe salmon sushi, not even salmon sashimi. I desperately wanted my money back.
Great service, Great food....So great we ate there every day for breakfast and dinner.
The ambiance and service were wonderful. The food was so-so and it was on the expensive side. $16 for a mai-tai!
We weren't told that there was construction going on and the noise and mess, made what is usually a lovely space much less pleasant.
Super atmosphere! Great food! Wonderful service!!
I request the hotel quite often and enjoy both The Plumeria Beach House & Hoku’s.
The breakfast meats, veggies, and fruit were great but how about a spiral cut ham sometime? Fresh fish? Poke? The beef at the omelette station fell flat with us, and the soba noodles were overdone. Service was very good as usual and all were friendly and accommodating. Thank you,
We were a table of 4 adults for a 5:30 pm reservation for the Saturday seafood & prime rib buffet.
Restaurant ambiance is always pleasant and we enjoy bringing island visitors here for a meal.
Our dinner was a disappointment. The prime rib was under-seasoned and the meat was tough. The meat was medium rare, which we like. But it had a lot of gristle.
Our guests enjoyed the oysters, but found the crab to be very salty. It tasted as though crab legs have been soaked in salt water for a long period.
Everything was great, but we were freezing!
Great variety on the buffet!
Very good food and wonderful service. Terrific place for lunch.
you need more training to your guest receptionists at the entrance.
No courteous greetings were offered by them not only to us but all of the guests checked in before and after us in that evening we dined.
Everything in the seafood buffet was excellent and the service was outstanding.
My family and I love going there for special events. We always go for the weekend seafood buffet. It’s incredible! And our server was great!
We love there and go often to enjoy breakfast but there are too many birds coming on the table.
I wish they could do something to avoid birds.
Plumeria Beach House was a great location for a casual but special occasion family dinner: beachy without the Waikiki traffic and crowds. We chose the restaurant over Arancino because the varied menu offers something for every taste and appetite level. It was a gracious touch that the restaurant manager came by to greet guests at every table.
My favorite place to brunch! This place has it all!!
