The food prices are higher than usual for downtown Toronto.
This is a very individualistic setting in a very (now) iconic ACC Centre.
But the prices are more than justified by the quality of the food in this setting.
If you have an opportunity to eat in this restaurant, do so.
The food and wine list alone will be more that worth it.
Did not have food however there is no option for not applicable. Rated outstanding as not to hurt their rating and their service was incredible.
Great location for Leafs/Raptors games. Limited and pricey menu.
Excellent restaurant with lively atmosphere....been on numerous occasions. Food and service reflect a premium restaurant. Only a couple of suggestions. Menu is somewhat limited, but realize it is due to many folks ordering dinner for between periods so more comprehensive menu would be difficult. Maybe some additions to the menu for people having dinner before the game. Also, the scallops appetizer was lovely but 2 scallops for $31 + tax + tip is not the best value :)
My server was exceptional. John knew how to Help us enjoy our evening.
Food was very good, server extremely polite and pleasant.
I just find the lighting a bit dark, increase the light just by 5 to 10 % would be better
our waiter was great! Chicken was also very good, thanks for a nice evening
If going to the game on business with Platinum Access, this is a far better choice than Harbour 60.
Serving team are outstanding!
have now been here at least 3 times and as always enjoyed thoroughly. the lobster pasta is one of the best in the city bar none and I loved the service. super friendly and attentive without being at all cheesy or in your face. anywhere that has fresh oysters is always a winner!!! will go back whenever the opportunity presents itself.
Great food, service and convenience during a Maple Leafs game.
The cut of the day (prime rib) was fantastic and our server Anna Mae was excellent!
First they couldn't find my rez even though it was booked and confirmed via opentable. Very awkward situation especially as I had a business client with me. Instead of requesting how I booked the rez the decided to question whether I booked with another part restaurant in the ACC. Very embarrassing. I had to insist and then showed them the confirmation email from Open table, then miraculously they found it. Poor customer service at the onset.
Wait for food was very long..too long. common issue with guests around us as well. I won't be back.
Always happening and energetic. Fabulous for people watching and a great spot for pre and post game drinks and dining!
The restaurant is very convenient and the food is good. Our visit was during a ML hockey game so the rest rooms were often lined up. The bar area was congested and difficult to walk through. I wonder if the maximum amount of people allowed was exceeded. You might want to check that. Otherwise a good experience.
Great service ... perfect food... as always
Great food, staff is excellent, friendly and accommodating. Thank you
Server Ann mae? Was exceptional. Much appreciated as we were two women and she gave us respect and attention. Thx.
Great service. Awesome food. Convenient to eat before a game or concert
Excellent service and the food was delicious! The timing of the food with game was like clockwork allowing us to enjoy both at a relaxed pace.
Went for dinner before a Leafs game. Great good, amazing service, will be back again.
Terribly overpriced. Trust me I'm not cheap but you'd be better off eating a hot dog, popcorn, a bag of peanut m&ms and some Hagen Daz for desert. Good concept just terrible execution
We really enjoyed our evening. The price point is very high on wine. Food was excellent and service was very good.
Wanted to have dinner with my wife during the first quarter of the game. Our food didn't come out until right before half time because our server thought we wanted our meal at half time so we missed 3/4 of the game AND we had court side seats. The only saving grace was that they comp'd our food.
$40 Burger a huge overpriced disappointment. The roast beef sandwich courtside is less than half the price, and twice as good!
Only reason to go to the Platinum Club is because the other restaurants near the MLSE are full before games. Very overpriced perhaps trying to emulate a Ruth Chris or other high end steak house. However, it fails badly as the quality does not match the price paid. My steak came cooked far beyond my medium order. Not just once but on many occasions. They will take it back but you will probably be late for the game. Smart diners will stick to a couple of appetizers pre game. Also beware the menu has limited options.
Finally, the resaurant is not conveniently accessible to all Platinum seat holders, especially those who will be in the upper level Platinum seat rows. These seat holders will most easily exit and enter their seats from the main level entrance but must find their way to and from the basement corner location of the Platinum Club. This has been a problem ever since MLSE added extra seats in the upper ailes blocking convenient lower level exit routes. The Platinum Club allows you to use your reserved table between periods but this is not really viable if your seats are in the afformentioned upper Platinum rows. The route you must take will result in you surely missing part of the game.
Conclusion, the Platinum Club is where you reserve at the last minute because you waited too long or forgot and every where else is booked. You will literally "pay the price" for your mistake.
Service outstanding from Stacey, everything great.
Food was excellent as was the wine.
Great day and wonderful staff perfect timing before the game
The food was great and excellent service but it is loud and crowded. It is great before the game as it is convenient but very expensive
