   Food, drinks and service were good; however, we were sorry to learn the outdoor heaters were not on since it was a beautiful evening to dine outside, except that it was a bit chilly.

   Marilyn- The heaters can be put on at anytime, just ask. We only turn on when guests request to sit outside with the heaters on. We look forward to your next visit.

   We had been at Plank's Tavern several times. It was always a good choice. They have a new menu with lot's of new and different choices. We enjoyed it like always.

   I have booked on Open Table several times. But this Open Table experience left much to be desired. OT said Mother's Day Brunch until 3; Plank said 2 pm. They kept it open until 3, but no new food came out. OT had an outdoor reservation, but Plank's did not support or have. Food was luke warm at best, ran out of Prime Rib, ran out of salad, omelets station asked the customer to get cheese off the salad bar and bring back (there was one other customer there at the time.) These are a few examples, but when my wife ordered an Omelets from the kitchen, it took a half an hour. We've eaten at the Plank before, but this was supposed to be a special Mother's Day brunch and it was very disappointing.

   Dan- We are genuinely sorry about your experince. We have been using open table for 11 years and for some reason the special day did not close out property at 2pm like we had set up. This was a record number or guest served for brunch and unfortunately we overbooked and could not handle the amount of guests per hour. We do not operate like this on a normal day, so please give us a try again! Give us a call at 269-408-9101 and we will invite you back on us. An omelet taking a 1/2 hour is a very good time on a day like yesterday, but we fell short in other areas and would like to have you back!

   Erik- This was a record number or guest served for brunch and unfortunately we overbooked and could not handle the amount of guests per hour. We do not operate like this on a normal day, so please give us a try again! Give us a call at 269-408-9101 and we will invite you back on us. We served over 1000 guests for brunch and at times struggled to keep up. 90% of our guests were very happy but understand if we missed the mark with your table and would like you to give us another shot.

   We love planks and come every year for our anniversary. Always great service, ambience, food, and dtinks. The food this time was not good though :( We each ordered the beef filet and it had some bourbon sesame glaze and shitake on it that made it taste like chicken teriyaki and the roasted vegetables were hard carrots and broccolini. In the past weve gotten nice succulent juicy steaks but this was horrible. They were each 56$. Should have been 36$ at the most. So we spent 240$ and still went and got tacos afterwards. They did bring us anniversary champagne and dessert which was very nice. Drinks, service, and ambiance were wonderful

This item has been on the menu all winter, and been very popular; you will be happy to know we change our menu on 5/15 and a new preparation for summer will be on the menu so please give it a try when possible.    Beautiful place. The Easter Buffet food could have been more fresh. It looked like it had been sitting for hours. Would have had an omelette but there was a line. The service could have better. Had to re-ask for waters. One member of our family ordered off the menu and it was fresh and delicious.

   Nicholas- Thank you for attending out Easter Brunch. We served over 800 covers that day, so food was rotated out often to keep up with demand.
