   We were seated in the corner by the fireplace. This was a cozy and warm and made us feel like we had the place to ourselves. Dalton treated us well. Glad to see him working with a good crew. Bus staff (Matt) was very attentive.

   The bacon wrapped pork tenderloin with sweet corn risotto was the best meal I have had in a long time at a restaurant. The presentation, flavor and balance of the dish was absolutely perfect! Our server, Patrick, was extremely friendly, helpful and professional! The ambiance of the restaurant is lovely with a great vibe & comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend!

   My medium rare steak was overcooked. I chose to keep it so whole table didn't have to wait for my nee meal. The waitress very nice ask if I wanted another.

   Spa mother-daughter getaway concluding with a very nice dinner at Plank’s. Plank’s is DEFINITELY the place to be in St Joes in January, it was hopping! Noise level high. A fellow local spa guest mentioned it was the best restaurant in town. Apparently it was the first day of a new menu so service was a bit slower than usual, but the food was tasty. We enjoyed oysters, caesar salad, sliders w skinny fries, Gouda Mac n cheese, asparagus and a caramel brownie sundae. Our faves were the sliders, fries and Gouda Mac. Delish! Asparagus was a bit too greasy and slightly overcooked. However, overall we were very satisfied, full (!) and would certainly return if back in the area.

    Our waiter, Tom, was excellent, very attentive and accommodating. The food was delicious. Highly recommend! This was a first time visit for my friends. They enjoyed everything so much.

    This dinner was for my bachelorette party! My ladies and I throughly enjoyed the food and the atmosphere! I was sincerely congratulated by the staff and when my sister accidentally left her phone at the restaurant, they were willing to hold it until we could make it back, even though the restaurant had already closed. We had a wonderful time celebrating my second to last day of being a single woman! Thank you for making this celebration extra special!!

    I've been to Plank's several times and had great experiences. This experience was not even close to the same experiences as in the past. The cocktails weren't as described/ordered. While the mussel app had fabulous taste, they weren't cleaned thoroughly enough and were extremely gritty. The Autumn Salad tasted like fish and the "candied squash" didn't taste candied at all, and was uncooked and/or extremely hard. The added chicken didn't accompany the salad, was brought separately and eaten separately. The manager was kind and did replace the salad, but it tasted exactly the same, so either the same salad was sent back or there is a serious flaw with the dish. When we addressed it with the waitress (who was also very kind) after the second salad was provided, she indicated that several people from a large party in the adjoining dining room had also ordered the salad. When asked if they ate the salad, she did not respond. And while the Ceasar Salad was definitely edible, it just did not taste like the traditional salad/dressing, and the menu did not indicate otherwise. While I've recommended Plank's to many people in the past, I'm not sure that I can in the future.

It's very unfortunate that one time can skew your perception on a business. We are a small business and the only restaurant in town that is open for Breakfast, lunch and dinner all year. Of course we could of had an off day and we apologize you were not happy. I would advise rethinking your decision to not recommend us after one negative interaction/experience. Happy Holidays!

    First time at Plank's and it was a winner! We wanted to go early for our anniversary dinner so I reserved a table at 1730. They also honored my request to be near the fireplace. Plank's had an early 3 course dinner and a wine special. We both loved the sesame seared tuna - outstanding value. The service was also excellent and Isabella is a keeper! Will go again

    Such a good dinner! We had sushi as a special for an app and decided for the Trout for dinner and a nice juicy steak! The Brussels as a side were phenomenal too. Overall a great experience and Tom was a fantastic server, very well spoken.

    We have only been to this restaurant twice since we are from out of town (Goshen Indiana) but the food and the service have been excellent! They were very busy on Saturday morning with some big groups of people but our food was served within 10 minutes of ordering. We will come back again!

    Mission accomplished. We needed a semi-quiet place for our dinner meeting. We were placed in a corner table which was ideal. The food and wine were good. Bri (our server) was fabulous. She always is.

    Plank's never disappoints. We went there for brunch after the season ended. From the food to the service to the atmosphere, everything was lovely. Everything was perfectly cooked and the server never let our water glasses go unfilled. She was friendly and attentive. We tend to avoid Plank's during the season but love it October to April!

    The food was excellent, the view was excellent, our server was very nice. It was pretty expensive, $20 for a pretzel is a lot but overall a nice experience.
