The hostess responsible for greeting was the worst - didn’t check us in left us just waiting and there were no other customers so it was not like she was busy - but we have an amazing waitress and she was great with my two kids and I felt better.
The staff sucked. And the whole place was disgusting.
No complaints. My daughter (10 yrs) and I go every year before a broadway play and they are always accommodating with making sure we are out in time for the play. The food is good and the atmosphere is lively and friendly. Fun place :)
Ruido insoportable, manteles de plástico horribles, lugar vacio
Quick and easy
Good was over priced and drink very over priced. Good wasn’t great at all.
Our server was angry and very slow people around us were getting the food before we got our drinks even though we sat before them.
There were not a lot of healthy food options. The displays of movie items look tired. There wasn't anything we saw that was from a movie in the last 10 years. The server got my husband's order wrong and he ordered the same meal our son did which was correct. We had reservations which we were early for and they were able to seat us after a short wait. Some of the sinks in the ladies room did not work and lights on the sign outside also did not work so the restaurant was confusing to locate.
underwhelming. bits of chicken in a non-chicken salad, no dressing on another salad, food bleh, grungy, friendly waiter though
I went with my daughter and we both had a great time. After reading some negative reviews I was a little bit apprehensive. However food and service was excellent.
A lot of visuals for the little ones to enjoy
Definitely coming back! The wings , the burgers, and the birthday surprises that they have were amazing !!!
Excellent service, bonne nourriture, pas beaucoup d’attente
Musique très forte
Food was excellent, but service was erratic. Location was kind of run down, needs a refresh.
Food was amazing and service was great with lovely friendly staff
I think planet Hollywood is a fun place for adults and kids to have fun eat and see things that where in famous movies I really enjoyed myself
The movies were inappropriate for children. They were horror films and thrillers. I would not promote this restaurant as family friendly.
The salmon made me a bit sick unfortunately but overall we had a nice experience, and I was the only sick one.
Terrible and old fashioned. No movie memorabilia past the nineties. Awful plastic looking food. We didn’t stay for the mains. Just had starters and decided to leave and go elsewhere.
Have to admit surprised by this diamond hidden in Times Square. We wanted a fun family dinner. Food was proved according to Times Square. Kids meals were good. We had appetizers and great drinks. Server was attentive and super nice. And love that the restaurant was decorated for valentines say!
Visited Times Square with wife and kids to celebrate a birthday. Simple reservation made using Open Table. We managed our expectations knowing Planet Hollywood is known more as an experience than for it’s food. Greeted and seated promptly. Waiter was polite, but service was painfully slow. Food was fair at best except for the massive sundae for dessert that left us in awe. Location is a bit tired and dated, but serves it’s purpose as long as you’re not in a rush.
I ordered the fajitas and they were amazing
Food was mediocre. Server traded off our table mid service, said he was leaving, but came back to tell me he did not put in order wrong, I ordered something else because he was writing it down (so much for the customer is always right).
Went for my 7 year old. Expected to hate
It but was really fun. Not super chaotic and food was decent.
I was there for my birthday and i couldn’t even enjoy it the burger was unseasoned, the best part of my meal was my milkshake. They don’t do happy birthday unless you want to pay when they say nothing is free they meant it. If you going to charge a 18% gratuity at-least do a happy birthday free.
The chicken broccoli alfredo was not good at all - is looked clear instead of creamy it all tasted bland and was cold. the mountain dew tasted flat also. this is a dish i commonly eat at applebees and enjoy and i am always the last person to complain about any meal. i will not go back.
Waiter was fantastic. There wasn’t a variety of appetizers. Food and drink were just ok but way overpriced.
Dated, overpriced and loud. We had a large group so we needed a big space. Our waiter was great, food was limited choices and expensive for less than average quality.
Very cheeze and out dated food cold and wraps not good
I know that it seems like a tourist destination, but it's actually a fun spot with pretty good food. I had the citrus kale salad, the impossible burger with mashed potatoes, and the banana pudding for dessert. I enjoyed everything - and the service was very good. A great place for a fun meal if you're in Times Square.
On Sunday, January 19th, 2020, I brought and treated my wife, Kat & I for dinner at the Planet Hollywood restaurant.
We enjoyed every moment of our dining experience at the Planet Hollywood restaurant.
We found our meals to be well cooked and delicious, and the service provided by our waiter and restaurant staff was superb.
We also enjoyed the many props features in the many major Hollywood blockbuster films!!!
We definitely recommend that everyone take the chance dine at Planet Hollywood!!!
Good food, staff and atmosphere!
Disappointed that they lost most of the space downstairs . It seems to have lost its wow factor!
We took our teenage grandson and a fruit, it was a great multi-generation dinner. Food was great (especially the burgers!) and we all enjoyed guessing where the decor were from and watching the video clips as they explained.
It was clean and the server was fantastic. Fast and good
food was just ok. Salad had too much dressing on it. Service was great, staff was wonderful.
