Best Indian in town. The overall experience is authentic and the food is fantastic
This place consistently has great food and service. Tonight was no different and they helped us have a great Valentine’s Day.
All the food tasted the same: I think they must not be using one source for all.
Friendly, attentive staff, good food and a good place for a group !
The decor is very basic, but clean and quiet. The menu is broad with many good choices of Indian food. Service is excellent and the prices very modest.
Do not park in the overpriced Little Five Points lot next to the restaurant. Side street parking a block north is generally available and free.
The samosas were good, but the shrimp curry was a bit bland and lacking flavor. The experience was ok, but I don't think I'll be back.
Excellent food and service. The only problem was the alarm system emitted a shrill beeping noise every 20 seconds and the staff couldn't/wouldn't do anything about it.
I would go back since the food was so delicious and hope they had solved the alarm issue
Very courteous, attentive staff. The food was really good, with levels of spice to align with any palette. Plenty of food too. Reasonably priced. Surprisingly not too busy either. Would gladly go back.
Awesome Indian food, careful with 5 to 7 on the top end of the spicy scale!
Overall very good experience. Ordered Chicken Kurma as well as the lunch combo with saag paneer and a beef dish I can't remember the name of. This fed two people for 2 meals. Each dish flavorful, and I liked how they actually gave you spicy food if you asked for it!
The food is so good. The flavors are really good. I cannot wait to go back.
It is a real Indian restaurant, you will have amazing meal whatever you order.
Good food. Good service
Really attentive, incredible service from welcoming staff.
The food and service was awesome as usual. Their saag and pasanda are the best around.
Food is worst here. They don't know how to cook . They just mix rice with spices. The rice is not basmati. They don't know how to cook rice.
Always love this place. The food is excellent and the service is very accommodating.
The chicken tikka Marsala is the best!
I have NEVER had a bad meal at PB. I love the flavors. If your stumped on what to order, ask the staff. They always have great recommendations.
Don't forget to wash it down with a lasi.
If this is your first visit, get the chicken tikka masala and cheese naan.
The meals are prepared fresh so expect a little wait for your meal--//you will be happy you did.
Best Indian food in town! All dishes are made to order so expect to wait a bit for your order. That being said, its well worth the wait. Food had incredible flavor and the staff is friendly and will make wonderful recommendations. If you have any special requests, the staff will accommodate those as well. Example, I hate cilantro and asked to have it left out of anything I ordered.
I have had Indian cuisine many times but decided to take my girlfriend out for her birthday to experience it for the first time. This was my first visit to Planet Bombay but it definitely will not be my last. The Shrimp Poori was EXCELLENT!!! Do try this appetizer. It's THE BEST in town hands down!!!!! We had the Meat Entree for two which was filling and awesome.
