Extremely slow service. Over an hour for 4 pizzas to come out. Not a good choice for lunch hour.

Having been to the original location on Ossington and the 2nd on the Danforth many times I expected the same quality when booking a table for 9 for my mother’s 70th birthday. While the food was good (save for the burrata pizza which had too much sauce and a glob of runny burrata) the service was awful. Arrived 30 mins early and ordered a bottle of wine. Took them 20 minutes to tell me that they didn’t have the wine I ordered than another 10 to bring it’s replacement. Slow, slow and slow. Took forever to get another bottle ordered and there were very few checks throughout the 2 hour dining experience to ask if we wanted more wine or if there were issues with the food. When I did advise them that the burrata pizza was inedible they took it away and didn’t bother taking it off the cheque. I’ll never go to this location again. I’ll stick to the other locations.

I came here with my family and received absolutely outstanding service! The Server and Bartender went above and beyond to provide a personal experience. Will definitely be coming back

Pizza and wine were great the volume was perfect for a work dinner.

Love their pizzas and beet salad. Had their meatballs at their location on king and they were yummy. Not so much at this location. Seemed dried (or leftover from a previous day) and wasn’t hot. Rather lukewarm. Hard to eat but luckily they had a lot of sauce.

Friendly knowledgeable staff, excellent service, tasty food that was well presented & served quickly. Back of the house had heavy smell of seafood they were preparing. If that’s not a turn off for you then all good.

Pizza, atmosphere and service are great. The two person booths are a bit of a squeeze, but great dining experience overall.

From the host seating us to our servers Fantastic will definitely be back. It was the four of us and we shared everything so we got to try a bit of apps salads and pizzas bang on

Hostess gave us a choice of tables and we settled in nicely in a booth for two, very cosy. Had racks for our winter coats. Our wait lady was great, made sure we had everything we needed. Food was tasty and fresh, we had calamari, the batter was so yummy, presentation very nice. Pepperoni pizza hot from the oven, ingredients fresh and loaded. Venue is bright, clean, loved the floor to ceiling glass windows. Definitely will go back and bring friends and family!

Always great food, always great service

Delicious food.. the arancini are amazing, would highly recommend for an appetizer. Pizza is great as always. It was my first time at the university location, only ever been at the Ossington one where the ambiance is much cozier and enjoyable. This one felt too stark and open. Overall, one of my favourites.

I was really looking forward to our pizza night based on Pizzeria Libretto’s reputation. It was so disappointing. The arugula salad has more nuts and cheese than arugula. Our pizzas we partly uncooked, overly wet and saucy, and not that tasty. Coffee was lukewarm. We gave feedback about our salad when it came. Our waitress agreed with us and said she’d tell the kitchen. But we were charged for it regardless.

Lovely place to relax and enjoy! Our waitress was superb, friendly and very helpful!!!!

It was Friday evening so a little conversation ongoing, but the ambience, service and food was excellent.

Their gluten-free pizza is *amazing*. It does not have the texture that so many gluten-free pizza crusts have; instead it is fluffy and great, tastes just like regular pizza. This is now in my top three of gluten-free pizza restaurants (the others are in NYC and Miami). Good cocktails too.

Would recommend this to anyone, but especially to gluten-free people.

Only real negative was at 12:30 pm on a clear winter day the sun was shining directly into our eyes on one side of the table and the blinds while down aren’t dark enough to block the intense light

Food was amazing but my mom and I ordered one pizza to share and it took 45 minutes to get it... seems unreasonable for such a simple order.

I love libretto but this time a bit disappointed in service. The waiter didn’t really check in on us and my guest and I both had leftover pizza. Unfortunately when we got home to reheat, turns out he gave us the wrong one. How hard is it to give the person their correct leftover? I couldn’t even eat the leftover since it was too cheesy and had like garlic on them.

Took my 5 year old for some zaa before a concert at RTH and he really loved the kids pasta with tomato sauce. I went with my usual - mushroom white pizza. Great service and always delicious food!

It was amazing!

We enjoyed our beet salad and our DIAVOLA pizza. It had a nice spicy. However, it took longer than expected for our pizza to arrive especially after getting our starter so quickly. But we were still able to get to the event we needed to in enough time. Overall a good experience.

A meet up with friends is always a special occasion! Pizzeria Libretto did not let us down! Excellent service, terrific food, a great wine list!!
