Pizza Rock - Green Valley Ranch
Pretty cool atmosphere and great pizza selections.
Food was so great and our server Vincent was awesome! We are going back tonight.
I loved our server, Frankie, as well the overall service in the restaurant. To be honest, the food itself was 'okay'; but, not my favorite for pizza.
It is difficult to give this restaurant a rough review I really do enjoy it very much. I waited to try again, and again, and unfortunately with the same results. I love the meatballs and will also order a margherita pizza from time to time, but my go to is the New Yorker, I love it. Unfortunately the last three times I have ordered it, the pizza has been over cooked and the crust burned. The first slice, maybe two are acceptable, but as it cools the pizza crust hardens an becomes a cracker. Between the burnt crust and how it hardens I wont be ordering it again. I really thought the first two times were just an anomaly unfortunately the trend continued.
Love all the appetizers! We were there for happy hour. The fried artichoke appetizer is my favorite!
This is our go-to pizza place. Have not been disappointed until tonight. Worst server we have ever had. The GM took care of us, but he is a detriment to this establishment.
Both the food and the service at Pizza Rock were excellent. The spaghetti and meatballs were just as good as the delicious pizza. Pizza Rock also has a great selection of beers, including my favorite IPA's. I highly recommend the Pizza Rock to anyone seeking a great dining experience.
Vincent is a WONDERUL server. They need new hostesses.
We went to this restaurant for Three Square.
They served a Caesar salad without dressing. We had to ask for the dressing.
The pizza was awful, the crust was soggy.
Personally I would not recommend this restaurant.
Great food and big portions, but the music is pretty loud inside so it makes it hard to talk with the rest of the people in your group.
Our waitress was wonderful😊
The pizza was burnt for costing so much. The service was not the greatest.
We sat outside, so noise was not an issue.
Always great food! Love the Butcher
I am a frequent patron..i usually sit at the bar but made a reservation for a table because i had a group of 4..as usual the service and food were outstanding! its just a fun place to go. i will continue to go, which is just about every weekend..
Great food, service was fast and good.
Calzone came with no ricotta in it and when I alerted the waitress she said she would discount it so she took $3.00 off the bill . Are you kidding me . It was a piece of dough. She should have not charged for it because it wasn’t edible. I ordered a soda and never got it but it was on the bill.
Table was a small 2 person size, barely fit the food and plates, it was up against a brick wall that scratched your arm. Had to ask for water refill.
I made a reservation for 1:15. When I arrived with my family the hostess did not greet me. She looked at me like I was stupid. I told her I had a reservation and she continued looking at me like I’m an idiot. She proceeded to look for my reservation on her computer and then told me I would have to wait because they didn’t have a table for me. Obviously, I expected since it was Mother’s Day they would be busy. Hence the reason I made a reservation. She made no apologies for the inconvenience and continued to treat me like I’m stupid. The food was ok, not special, and pricey. The waitress was nice but even she couldn’t overshadow the poor service from the hostess. Doubt I’ll ever go back.
The only problem was two very young and a little goofy hostess's. I told them we had a reservation after being ignored for a bit of time. We've been before and will again, but they need training.
Came for my 18th birthday, the food wasn’t that great and the service was poor. The restaurant was not that crowded and it took over 20 minutes to even get our drinks, they forgot about my mother’s food and honestly was quite overpriced for the quality of the food.
We waited a while for our table and then they put us at a 4-top with a 5th chair. Not perfect, but it was OK for our group. Our server was great, but very hurried. Our food was decent. We’d go back, but with adjusted expectations.
Service was terrible!!!!
Food was good, we ordered off the happy hour menu, which was a surprise, the speciality pizza was delicious.
My husband was genuinely surprised. Thanks for allowing us to have the dinner there..
Only thing I would change is I don't need you guys calling me three times the date of to make sure we're really going to be there. It was a surprise dinner for my husband. That being said he is always right there so it's kind of hard to keep something a secret. Other than that it was a great night
A great selection of unique items. I love the chewy crust on the pizza and the green beans were so yummy! This is a place where the food doesn't disappoint.
Great place to watch Vegas Knights hockey games. Royale was an awesome server!
We went for brunch for Easter! Harmony was an excellent waitress and the food was delicious as always!!!
Easter with family. Mouthwatering!
The menu is extremely busy and a bit difficult to read. For a place that offers so many pizzas I would expect a better wine selection. Pizza was good, but nothing to write home about.
Few things that were not so good.
1. Paper straws...in Las Vegas???
Seriously...it was a hoax..and do you think I'm going to drive to the ocean and throw the straw in? We're in Las Vegas...I don't think the plastic straws are going to make it to the ocean from here.
Paper straws are annoying and..a drawback. I'll go to Settebello's...or a host of other pizza joints that do not have paper straws.
Banning plastic straws is more scam than science (New York Post) and a host of other journals determined it was bogus - melodramatic - garbage.
2. Service was great. Food came out in perfect timing. We ordered the Michigan Avenue which is a cracker think crust. It is extremely important that this pizza NOT be overcooked...which you then end up with tough - hard crust. Ours was overcooked this time. Normally it is perfect.
Otherwise, everything else was great...but...I drink Water and Ice Tea...with straws. Try it yourself. If you don't get rid of the paper straws...then I can't come there and eat..because I can't drink anything unless I go to one of the other establishments and steal their straws.
Food excellent. Best pizza ever.
Music too loud.
I have been to Pizza Rock many times and my last 3 visits have been so disappointing. The service and food quality is going down fast. It took us an hour to get our pizza after we said something to our server about 45 minutes after ordering it. She told us that they had several to go orders to get out and that our pizza order was coming up. First off I guess eating in the restaurant is no advantage over to go orders and secondly she should have informed us of an hour wait so that we could decide if we wanted to still order. We asked to talk with the manager because this was the last visit for us to Pizza Rock. We kept coming back because we loved one pizza in particular but the quality of that pizza is not the same. They comped our pizza which was nice of them but NOT expected. When we finally got the pizza we could only eat the toppings off of it because it was over cooked and the crust was literally hard as a brick. So sad. Bye Pizza Rock at Green Valley Ranch!
Pizza Rock is always a fun place to go especially during the Knights games. Food is delicious and atmosphere is energetic. Service is always great.
Napoletana Margherita pizza and Italian bloody mary were amazing!
Pizza Rock makes me so happy - from the second I walk in I forget the fact I'm in a casino and just get that delicous pizza joint smell. They've mastered the pizza in so many different forms - it's pretty impressive. I always start with the green beans appetizers - charred with garlic and probably butter, but utterly delicuous. We had two different styles of pizza and a calzone and all were so fantastic. Service is great and the beverage menu on par with a wide variety of craft beers. Highly recommend!
Great food, great service. Energetic noise level because it was an ideal location to watch our Golden Knights in a playoff game!
Great food. Great service. Not your average pizza joint. Fun ambiance!
Service was absolutely amazing. The staff was really kind and fun and got our stuff out relatively fast. However, the food was meh. The garlic bread was really good but the pizza was hard to eat. The crust tasted like ash and really ruined the flavor of it.
Family from Boston was in town and we love Pizza Rick, it’s our favorite place for pizza and delicious appetizers, so we took our company there for dinner!
Average at best. Maybe it was a bad day for this location.
