Pizza Rock - Downtown
We are excited to bring this unique concept to Downtown Las Vegas. Pizza Rock features gourmet pizzas in a variety of styles, hand-crafted artisan cocktails, an extensive wine list, and over 30 craft beers on tap and in bottles; all served up in an artistic and energetic atmosphere.
Do yourself a favor and check this place out! Hands down, best pizza I've ever had. The Margherita pizza was to die for. I am a foodie and have been wanting to try one of Tony's pizza joints for a long time. So glad we ventured off the strip and got to Pizza Rock during our Vegas trip!!!
Pizza Rock is HANDS DOWN the best pizza in the Vegas Valley. The awards well deserved. We try to go
there at least once every other week. Definately when family comes in that is our go to place.
Pizza was very good. Pricing is a little high, $98 for 4 drinks and two pizzas.
Love this place. We go every year for mother's day.
Pizza Rock is a great place in Downtown Las Vegas. It has tasty food, fun atmosphere and a kind staff. We enjoy it for lunch and dinner.
Pizza choices are set in stone - no room for changes. Pizza was good, but not great. Not sure what all the fuss is about, except for great music selections.
Pizza was good. I’m from NJ so we know and experience a lot of pizza in the area and I would say Pizza Rock can compare with the best. They offer many different styles and options from pizza crust types to toppings. My family and I enjoyed the Detroit style the best. We ordered 5 different pizzas and not one complaint. If you go during happy hour they offer many different options for food as long as drinks at a great value. We also love the shirts and bought 2. The candy skulls with pizza eyes are a great touch.
This is a fairly average restaurant, not bad just average. To be fair, I didn’t have any pizza. I did have garlic bread, a salad and dessert, all of which were good. Service at the bar was attentive.
Delicious Naples style Margherita pizza, not quite as good as the real thing but definitely one the better American attempts I’ve had. Great spot for lunch when it’s slower and early enough that they haven’t sold out of the Margherita. Bit of a hike from the strip but right next to Fremont street.
Great place for a birthday get together! The pizza was A+
Meat lovers was gross very greasy.
Awesome calamari!!! Even better pizza!! They are huge!!
Awesome gluten free selection
Greatest Pizza, we ve ever had. Definently 1 Place 2 visit in Vegas.
It was great - food and value, a great night of pizza and beer!
4 person visit. Caesar Salad for family, Meatballs, Neapolitan Pizza! Beignets and Gelato for dessert. All was great but the meatballs were the star. Service was outstanding and overall visit was very good.
We were really looking forward to this meal as we researched before we came away the best restaurants in downtown. We ordered the ‘award winning’ margarita pizza and some chips to share.... to me there was nothing award winning about it. It was a Luke warm soggy base with tomato purée and then dollops of mozerlla spaced sparsely around the base. The chips were lovely but this is meant to be known for its pizza..... service not so engaging and air con far too cold. Overall I sadly wouldn’t recommend.
Enjoyed the classic, the New Yorker and the detroit style “big red”.. they were all delicious. Staff was attentive and friendly. We will be back.
Best pizza on the planet! Always a must do when in Las Vegas!
Pizza was delicious! Great meal with the family. Would dine here again.
One of my favorite restaurants in Vegas!! We have gone when there was a huge crowd....now we try to go early AND have reservations!!
The food was fantastic, while the service was not good. Had to go to the bar for a refill and had to go find waitress for a box and our check.
This was a surprisingly good pizza spot. As a New Yorker I am very hesitant to eat pizza anywhere but NYC but this restaurant came up on multiple sites as the place to have pizza. We got the Neapolitan pie because I prefer thin crust pizza and it was actually very true to Neapolitan pizza. The crust was thin and chewy because of the temperature its cooked under. The sauce was good, maybe a little sweet for me but tasty. And the cheese was great. It was so simple but very delicious. Additionally, we got the fried string beans which are not battered which at first disappointed me (the waitress did warn us) but they were SO good. They were flavored with garlic, oil and salt. Highly recommend getting these too. Its also worth noting that the service was great. We were in a rush and they were very accommodating. Also, the waitress sent back our pizza before we even got it because she felt it was too small for us to share; it was a nice pro-active gesture and I really appreciated it.
Great place. Amazing food. Good atmosphere and very fair pricing
Pizza Rock is right nearby to the Fremont St experience. Friendly staff, great food.
Great pizza. Lots of choices, esp the award winners.
Good beer selection.
Our only suggestions...don't seat people under the speakers...hard to hear at times.
The place was very lively! Our waitress was super nice and the pizza was great!!
The best calamari I have ever had. I don’t really have a refined palate so the fancy pizzas don’t do much for me but if you like that kind of stuff I’m sure you will love it. The beer was cold and we were seated 5 min before our reservation time.
Great food in a vibrant setting. Service was good as well. Menu can be a bit tough to understand for a first timer, (At least it was for me). This is where the servers knowledge of menu and cooking styles can really help. Nice variety of beer and a very nice happy hour food selection.
On 4/15/19, I tried to make a reservation for 12 online at 6 pm but 10 is max online and site said I had to call the restaurant. I called and the hostess told me two times the reservation system was down. I sensed some annoyance in her tone since I called her back twice as she told me to. On the third time she rudely told me the system was down yet again still told me there were no more tables until 10 anyway so she couldn’t accommodate me. I told her the online system is taking the reservations so she is wrong and her customer service was appalling. So I booked a reservation online for 10 hoping to add a few chairs. Meanwhile the preferred slots got filled so we moved to 5 pm. Food was not what I experienced first time a month prior and on one occasion when we asked for refills the waiter looked at my daughter and said I’m not your server and abruptly walked away rolling his eyes yet took the tome to yap with the other servers in the back. I had one beer in two hours because never was I asked for another refill. We had to wait three times for plates and silverware. They took rolled silverware off of the adjacent table while it was undergoing cleanup from previous guest. Yuck! Oh yeah, I wasn’t asked for box to take leftover pizza and had to go get one at the bar. Worst part was at least 10 open tables. I will never go back. I tend to post my experience on Yelp too. I took my French friends there to experience the best pizza in Vegas. The travesty besides one beer in two hours was they paid the bill. They were not impressed none the least.
We loved Pizza Rock!! Excellent dining experience!!
The food was delicious. We will definitely be back.
The Honey Pie was one-of-a-kind and extraordinary! Great ambiance at a private table for a special dinner with my wife!
Totally in love with the Michigan av pepperoni.....love youre pizza and pasta. Awesome quality and nice staff👍🏻
My must stop in Vegas. I’m a New Yorker who likes a well made pie. This place has not only the pizza in Vegas but the entire menu “rocks”
The Stout pizza is not to be missed. One of the best pizza's I've ever had.
We have visited Vegas for fifteen years and this was the first time we have eaten here. Will definitely be making this stop each visit. The pizza was delicious and the spicy pomegranate margarita was delicious. Thank you!
The pizza was very good. Almost as good as pizza I grewup to in Chicago.
The service was very good. We met a number of people who were from out of town. We tried their pizza and they tried ours.
I will return for more.
Loved the Detroit Pizza & the sangria was delish!
