The whole overall wxperience was amazing. It was very romantic and the pizza was very tasty. Really worh the price. I will be back again
Our first visit to Pitrelli's with friends. The food and service were outstanding. We had a great time and will definitely go back again.
Great- love Pitrelli’s!
The Meatloaf, Caesar Salad and Pizza was excellent! Service was fast and friendly. Dave did a terrific job taking care of our table. Highly recommend Pitrelli’s to friends and family.
Food was amazing.
Was really impressed by this family owned restaurant tucked away in the old Mason area. I have Celiac disease and their homemade sauces with gluten free noodles were fantastic. Will definitely be back when in the area again!
Excellent down home , family restaurant. I have never had a bad experience here!
We thoroughly enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere. The prices were reasonable.
So disappointed by this restaurant. Went for the first time with a reservation. Got seated on time but it took 10 minutes for anyone to visit our table. That was how the entire night went. It took another 10 minutes to get our drinks, another 10 minutes to place our appetizer order and another 10 to place our order, then another 45 minutes to get our food. We spent more than 1.5 hours there with 95% of it waiting. Maybe it would have softened the experience if the food was good but it wasn’t. Completely over priced for what you get. My wife ordered Chicken fettuccini and it came out absolutely drenched in sauce. It was basically a bowl full of sauce with some hard pasta. Definitely took Al Dente to a different definition. The sauce was bland and the chicken had a strange flavor and texture. My lasagna was the same. Lots of flavorless sauce. We thought maybe just maybe the cannolis would be good at least. They weren’t bad but for $6 we expected them to be larger than our thumb. So incredibly disappointing. $79 spent and an 1.5 hours on a meal that left us starving.
Unfortunately we had a very bad experience this time. My husband and I have been there quite a few times and really enjoyed the food, the atmosphere and the service. This was my daughter’s selection coming in from out of town to take me to for my 60th birthday. We had 6 of us including her 2 young children. I felt like we were ignored the whole night. They forgot my husbands salad, had to ask. We asked for water refills 2 times. My daughter finally got up and got some from a pitcher in the room. We asked for refills of the children’s drinks twice and my daughter finally got up, took their cups into the bar and got them refills. We were there over 2 hours without desert. People got their food before us. Our food was cold- pretty sure it was sitting ready for some time before delivered. Sorry to say, may be the last time I go 😞. Our waiter was David- very sorry to say, I was upset 😡. His tip , given by my son-in-law reflected it!
The food was good. We were happy and would go back again. The room we were in was too small and felt a little cramped.
One of the best Italian dining venues in Cincinnati the price and experience is always amazing.
Lovely local restaurant with welcoming hospitality. Delicious italian food. Wonderful cannoli!
Friendly staff. Pizza took a long time to reach the table and it wasn’t nearly as good as it usually is. I’m going to try again. This isn’t typical of Pitrelli’s. Disappointing.
An excellent experience to just enjoy our own conversation and a good meal.
Great local treasure- will return, lots on the menu to try and 5 dollars off a bottle of wine on Thursday
Birthday celebration & restaurant was busy. Food took a while but was delicious. Our server was assigned to another room so that hurt service although he was friendly and professional.
This was not the fist time our 4 person group has dined at Pitrelli's. We continue to keep coming back for the excellent food (great taste and great presentation), great service, great ambiance and a simply good value. This most recent visit was also great. We were not rushed, had more than adequate time to visit as well as enjoy eating our appetizer, main course and dessert. Waiter was knowledgeable and attentive without "hovering". All in all it was simply a very enjoyable dining experience, which I can tell you we hope to repeat.
Wonderful place good food good location and great waitstaff! Kudos for all!!!
Food was delicious just the service was lacking!! Our server had too many tables
Great place. First visit but will definitely go back
The food was absolutely delicious but took almost 50 min to come out. We will definitely be back but will make sure we come on a day where we don’t have anywhere to be after!
Love the summer menu items. Highly recommend keeping the shrimp and scallop entries on the ongoing menu. This would be an excellent addition.
Great time. Sat at a booth at the bar and had a great meal and a great time.
Family run and it shows in the attention to customers. Crab cakes were excellent which is rare in the midwest. Could use some decorating updating, but i prefer it to chain restaurants where you're just another number.
Celebrated my wife's birthday with dinner at Pitrelli's with our sons and grandchildren. The lasagna was delicious with a few bottles of Luci chianti wine. Everyone was delighted. What a wonderful place to eat and celebrate.
Service was great. The food not so much. We were really disappointed for the price being high and the quality not. It might sound bad, but Olive Garden tastes better.
We had a wonderful meal at Pitrelli's with 3 other couples. The food was amazing and the service was very good. I will definitely be coming back here again.
Always a pleasure to come here. This was the first time, however, that we had to wait a long time for our food. Maybe a little under staffed for a Saturday? Not sure. We'll certainly be going back.
Service was a little slow but I think they had a big group in the other room. Our waitress was very good though.
This was our first visit, and, given our experience, we will go back. We were celebrating our 49th Wedding Anniversary. When making reservations I requested a table in a quiet section of the restaurant. Upon arrival we warmly greeting by the host and seated in the back of a small room that only had five tables, two/table. Ideal!! The menu had many desirable options (there were also seasonal specials but we selected off of the main menu). My wife selected an entree salad, while I selected a side salad and the chicken milanese. Yumm! of all counts. In honor of our anniversary we were treated to a complimentary, housemade cannoli. But, given the occasion, we also decided to split a serving of housemade tiramisu. Yumm, Yumm!! for the desserts. Service was friendly and attentive and well-timed. And the owner made a point of greeting us at our table. As stated above, we will definitely go back.
Very good food and excellent service. Would recommend to friends and family.
The waiter we had was wonderful. The owner checked with us a few times.
All in all it was a nice experience. Food was good as was the service, attentive but not bothersome. Atmosphere was like your family restaurant. Plenty of items on the menu could recommend it to anyone.
Loved the food and the wine of the day was terrific.. Will return next time in town.
We had an amazing waitress! The atomosphere was dim and romantic. We had a great time & would love to come back soon!
The food here is flavorless. I have never been to a restaurant that has been lacking is seasoning this much. Salt... it's not that hard to use while cooking.
We love Pitrelli's! Employees are always friendly and competent. The food is outstanding.
Disappointing experience. Had heard good things but doubt I will return.
Great atmosphere, delicious food, and good service every time!
