There’s a popular saying in Peru, “Entre Pisco Y Nazca.” It translates to having fun in a social environment encompassing exceptional cocktails. We couldn’t think of a better way to describe our Gastrobar.

The vision behind our newest ceviche gastrobar is one of a lively place serving bold-flavored dishes, unique cocktails and a vast selection of national and international beers. Inspired by top restaurants in Peru and designed by Celano Design Studio, Pisco y Nazca’s atmosphere is casual, trendy and fun with a touch of subtle sophistication. At the helm is Chef Miguel Antonio Gomez Fernández, whose experience and passion for Peruvian cuisine together with an extensive amalgam of ingredients and recipes from various influences brings an exceptional diversity of dishes to the Pisco y Nazca table.

    I have been coming to pisco since they opened and for the first time, the manager refused to honor the happy hour menu on a high top, the bar was full (happy hour price only at the bar). The young manager sitting up on his high horse did not even come to out table to explain, he let the poor new waitress do the dirty deed. I have seen many managers come and go, I will still visit, regardless.

    Service was excellent and food taste was great. Only complaint was that protein portion of the meal for the price paid was not good. Had read this from several reviews and I found it to be pretty accurate.

    I gave this place a 3 star for the margaritas which were very good. However, the food was not what we expected at all, and it was extremely expensive for what it was. I would not go back it was a not worth it at all.

    Extremely small amount of meat and enormous amount of pasta. Seems their meat portion is from the child’s menu and the pasta can easily feed 3 adult guests.

    Everything was perfect - all our food was delicious, our server, Alberto, was attentive and helped us with the menu choices, the ambience was nice but relaxed and the drinks were great! I highly recommend this place!

    The food was pretty good, but the portion was great for the price. Ceviche was amazing as usual, but the whole fish was okay and we found multiple bones in the chunks that were supposed to be ready to eat. The manager gladly switched our plate to the Lomo, and was super polite. The server was AMAZING! Kind, funny and made our experience that much better. We will definitely be back. Ask for Dania!

    The ceviches were amazing. The chaufa rice we ordered was a little burned, but still had good taste. There were some tostones as appetizers that were amazing.

    I havent been to this place since 2017 and went for a friend’s birthday. This experience reminded me on why I havent been back. We went for brunch on Sunday and there’s a 2 hour limit on mimosas and the waitress was taking forever to bring my drinks out. Ended up paying $20 for 5 glasses of mimosas. The food wasn’t that great either. Could’ve spent the money on a better restaurant where the waitress doesn’t give us attitude and blames the owner on why they are delayed. Place wasn’t even that full and trust me there were waiters and waitresses there.

    Everything was exceptional. From seating to food, and drinks. We sat outside which was very nice last night. The music from the restaurant next door is a bit overbearing. I would like to thank our server, she was very attentive, I can’t remember her name. We will be back.

    We dined here because the menu looked tasty and it was close to the love lock bridge where we hung a lock for my parent’s 30th anniversary. Everything was great! The waiter patiently explained the dishes, bc it was our first Peruvian dining experience, and also gave great recommendations. The music was light and not too loud. Nice indoor/outdoor space. Highly recommend.

    I had a Date on the 31 of December to have dinner with my husband. The service was amazing. Even tho the place started getting crowded, we never had to call the server, that means he was attending all the tables so for service I’ll give this place a 10/10.
