No hemos podido encontrar una mejor forma de describir a nuestro Gastrobar. La visión detrás de nuestro gastrobar ceviche más nuevo es el de un lugar animado que sirve platillos de sabores atrevidos, cocteles únicos y una amplia selección de más de 50 cervezas nacionales e internacionales. Inspirado por los mejores restaurantes de Perú y diseñado por el estudio de diseño Celano, el ambiente del Pisco y Nazca es informal, moderno y divertido con un toque de sutil de sofisticación. En el timón está el chef Miguel Antonio Gómez Fernández, cuya experiencia y pasión por la cocina peruana, junto con una amplia amalgama de ingredientes y recetas de diversas influencias, le llevan a crear una excepcional variedad de platillos en el Pisco y Nazca.

The experience was subpar for the value. The food and service was average. I had been here in 2022 and the place has definitely lost its magic touch. I will not be returning back.

The food was pretty good. The conchitas a la parmesana were excellent. I had the lunch special of half a ceviche and small portion of lomo saltado. The lomo was tasty but was lacking sauce so it was kind of dry. Another person ordered the full Lobo and that one was pretty juicy. The drinks were okay.

The traditional ceviche was great. The salmon roll was also great a nice twist that it was cooked salmon since my parents are not a fan of raw salmon. The only thing was I ordered a pitcher of red wine sangria for $40 and it was mainly ice and no fruit except for tiny pieces of orange. The pitcher only filled three glasses which again were mainly ice. The cost for a glass of sangria $10.50 so for $31.50 we could’ve gotten the same amount of sangria that I paid $40 for. I really thought the pitcher would be more than three glasses, but it wasn’t. First time that ever happened every other place you buy a pitcher to save money but here you’re actually losing money.

Went to this restaurant for their Memorial Day brunch. It was rather empty at the time we went. Only 2 other tables had customers. The food was somewhat greasy and unappealing. The service was not good at all. Our waiter was seated at their bar chatting with another employee and seemed totally disengaged. Had to get up to gain his attention to ask for more water. Wouldn't return or recommend.

I have visited Pico y Nazca in Kendall several times before with my husband, and every time we had an outstanding experience — exceptional service, great attention to detail, and truly spectacular food. Because of those past positive experiences, I made a reservation through OpenTable for 9:00 p.m. We arrived on time, but unfortunately, tonight’s experience was very disappointing from the start. The table we were given was not comfortable, so I politely asked to wait for another table to become available. After waiting, I noticed a nearby table opened up and requested to be moved. The hostess, who was wearing blue contact lenses, handled the situation with a very poor attitude. When I asked to switch tables, she told me we had to wait to see if other guests, who had not yet arrived, would take that table. Even though I explained that I felt uncomfortable, she remained indifferent and dismissive. They said they would “let me know,” but no one followed up. Unfortunately, the bad experience continued. Although we ordered our food soon after sitting down, it didn’t arrive until almost 10:00 p.m. Later, when we ordered dessert, it took another 30 minutes to be served. Asking for the check was another long wait, adding more frustration to the evening. It truly saddens me to write this review because the food at Pico y Nazca is a solid 10 out of 10 — delicious, beautifully presented, and high quality. However, the service we received tonight was extremely disappointing. A restaurant of this level should ensure that the staff welcoming guests are trained to handle situations with professionalism, patience, and kindness. Poor service can ruin the entire dining experience, no matter how excellent the food is. I sincerely hope they address these issues, especially with the front-of-house staff. I would love to come back and enjoy the wonderful experiences I used to have here.
