Even though the food was exceptional, Japanese Ceviche, and the drinks are tasty and have lots of variety. looks like the Service lacks the ability to smile, acknowledge smaller tables and just basic needs.

our Waiter ( i wish he told us his name) ignored our small table of 3 on a busy Fathers Day late lunch. i understand it was a busy day, and he had larger tables, about 2 of them, but he did not once asked if i wanted more water, or how was the food or if we needed anything else. the other tables he waited (must have been about 3 or 4 more) he went over multiple times and because they were larger groups i understand they need more attention, but dang, i was parched! a glass of water would have been nice, i had to literally waive at him to see us and asked for a glass of water.

when he took our order, he wasnt even looking at us, just took it down and didnt even asked if we wanted anything to drink, so i had to even say after we order and to drink my son would like a lemonade and my husband would like a Modelo Beer, then he took off, i guess i wasnt rich enough to get a drink... so water i stayed with, minus the lack of water i actually received.

i would go back again, possibly on a less busy day, and honestly i will ask for a female waiter this time around, i feel like they are more attentive or at least have souls, the one that our waiter lacked.

Love their Sunday Brunch menu with the bottomless mimosa and sangria. Great quality food and wonderful service all at a reasonable price :)

Javier was our server, and to say the least is a total asset to the restaurant. He is very knowledgeable of the menu, and even better the origin of the items on the menu. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys good food.

We have been coming here since it opened. This night was horrible. The amount of bugs, fly’s was too much. We complained to the manager and all he can say was yeah we are aware and that the area where they sat us is the worst. Why sit people there than? It’s a shame but we will be back

This was my third time at Pisco Y Nazca. Each visit there has been great...Great food, and great service. Javier has been our server each visit. He is well versed on the menu, and the wine/beer options. Javier explains food preparation as well as connection to Mayan culture...ask about tacu tacu.
I highly recommend this restaurant. It’s a great change, that you’ll go back to every chance you get.

Despite the fact that it was a little hot inside (maybe bc we were close to the kitchen IDK) we had a really nice time overall, the service, the food, the drinks and the ambience was all good! I’ll definitely comeback.

Very nice experience. Our server, Alex was attentive , knowledgeable and fun to deal with when discussing the food. The cerviches (most of which came with the leche de tigre) were outstanding. Additionally, I had a great tuna tartar side dish. The quantities were excellent considering the high quality of the selections. The deserts were equally tasty. All in all, a positive dining experience for out of towners like ourselves. We always make it a point to stop in to this gem whenever we are in the south Florida area.

Nice ambiance, very lively. The ceviche and the side sauce were not near hot spicy for my wife's taste or mine. The arroz chaufa was not cooked thoroughly and it had too much sauce. It took too long to get us the sauce and the refreshment my wife ordered.

Our server Samantha was great. She made our experience worth it. She was very attentive and always had a smile. We came with a group for my wife's birthday and had a great time. We were in a room that made it more intimate and the food was fun and delicious.
I'd recommend this place.

Great experience. I have been here before and wanted to bring my family for my son's FIU graduation dinner. The waiter Chip was very patient with all 11 of us. We arrived 5 minutes before the end of happy hour so I ordered 4 bottles of wine for the table. The Cremoso Ceviche was so good. It's my favorite! No one was disappointed. Will be back soon!

Not authentic Peruvian dishes. It is practically a restaurant with peruvian cusine influence.
They serve lomo salteado on a soup plate with wedges tomatoes and a lot of soy souce, even though in the menu it is mark a Peruvian traditional dish. Lomo salteado is a stir fry dish, not a stew. The service from my experience was great. I personally will not come back there to eat real Peruvian food, but I may go back to try their signature dishes.
