All good, nice food; nice wine ; nice service. Noisy on PCH.
Would be more comfortable with about 5 fewer tables! A bit tight
Always excellent food & service!!
We love Pirozzi.
We have visited Laguna Beach many times and we’ve been here twice.
We had the stuffed, fried olives, Italian meat charcuterie, and the pizza. Everything was excellent.
Our waiter was busy with another table so I asked one of the other gentleman for hot pepper flakes, he said ok, but never brought them.
We had to wait for our waiter to bring them.
We love to sit on the patio and were lucky to get a spot there - really enjoy the super food salad - plenty to share. Enjoyed a single meat ball and the 50 / 50 pasta dish. Great service and great food
Food is amazing. Service is amazing. Location is great. Best Italian food in OC.
The food was delicious! Everything-octopus and salmon was really fresh and our eggplant parmigiana was perfect. The best meatballs in town. Great service, so nice. Will be back!
We brought friends from Washington D.C. to Pirozzi and they loved it. Thanks for your great food especially the Mamma Mia meatballs, ambience, and service.
Food was too salty and the restaurant was very dark furniture was too old
I don’t recommend this restaurant at all.
Not worth the value
It was our anniversary and we went here for dinner. We always come here when we go to Newport. Food is always exceptional the service is outstanding and I just love this restaurant!! Great, wonderful place!!
Greatest pizza. Shared appetizers.
Outstanding service and food. My wife got shrimp and pasta and I had lamb shoulder and pasta. Both has Ceasers salad. Our waiter did a terrific job.
Still top notch restaurant .
One of the best Italian restaurants in oc
Everything is delicious here! The baked ziti, veggie pasta, spaghetti and meatballs, branzino filet... all AMAZING!
Love the prosciutto and melon appetizer! Enough to shate for 6 people. The pizzas are the closest thing to authentic Italy we’ve found in the area. The owner is closely invoved with the experience you will enjoy there. If you ate just 2 people, I highly recommend sitting at the small and intimate bar.
Too noisy, too much traffic noise. Tables too close together
Pirozzi is very loud. We had reserved patio seating and were seated at a high top table. We were told there would be a 15 minute wait for patio seating. Always enjoy the food.
we come to your restaurant from out of town, every year and invite friends. We always enjoy the restaurant and the food. However we always ordered the Chilean seabass and LOVED it! but now its off the menu and the mediterranean Seabass that replaced the Chilean was not as good
Good food and nice choices.
Very crowded and hard to hear anyone talk.
Slow service when busy.
Almost no parking.
Just ok. Not a very nice space. Food was average but priced as if it was exceptional.
My chicken was raw :)
In-house-made pasta is really great! Tho the dessert wasn’t very good.
Booked an early dinner with outdoor seating specifically designated. Hostess said we had no chance of outdoor seating/ no apology and generally unhelpful. We did have a good meal and a delightful server.
Fantastic food and great service. Try the butternut squash ravioli - it is incredible!
Birthday. Food was very poor.
You cannot name this place restaurant. They serve just precooked food placing it onto your dish.
IMHO - its is just fake Italian restaurant where made proper design but missing real food.
Service poor. Noise level off the chart. Tables so close made conversation impossible
Excellent fresh pasta dishes; scampi and pasta and baked ziti. Enjoyed Italian red wines by the glass.
Have been coming here since it opened. The pizzas are the best! They come out of the 900° oven hot with char on the thin crust that is amazing. Don’t miss the Dolce and Gabana pizza. Mamas meatballs are special, and the gnocchi was superb. There’s a neighborhood packed-in buzz that’s fun, and the manager and wait staff are extremely attentive.
We enjoy eating at Pirozzi especially when we can get a table on the patio as the inside tends to get pretty noisy. The servers are all very knowledgeable and as a general rule the service is very quick. The food is consistently good. We love the Super Salad , while pricey, it is plenty to share. The other dishes are also very good , even the fish dishes have an italian flair.
Had a nice experience at Pirozzi, great food and service. It was a birthday celebration and everything went as planned. Busy place, but super fun!
We love Pirozzi! Such a varied menu, and everything is delicious!
Food was good. We had the orchiette, lobster ravioli and the braised lamb pasta dish and chocolate soufflé for dessert.
Service was poor.
Waited nearly 10 minutes to be greeted.
Had to ask for bread.
Had to ask twice to have our dinner order taken.
Waiter took a second round drink order on 1 guest and didn’t ask us other two if we would like another round. (Which we did)
Asked for additional bread which never came.
Felt rushed in the end.
Billed was dropped on the table and we were never asked if there was anything else we would like.
They Cleared the table before the billed was paid and my wine glass which still had wine in it was taken away.
The food has always been good but poor a service experience can just make everything else just blah.
Amazing dinner! Cannot wait to go back
We love the menu. Food is amazing. Only downfall is the noise factor. So loud and tables too close together. We ate outside today. A better option.
Not what we expected. Food was ok but nothing to brag about same with service.
From the moment we walked up, to sitting down, to ordering, was personable, friendly and genuine. They were courteous, and also knowledgeable of their menu and wine. The food was so flavorful and fresh and just tasted AMAZING!
A new favorite for us. We have a list of Italian places to eat and this place is definitely a new favorite.
Great Father’s Day dinner! We love the food and service is excellent❤️
