Neighborhood gem. We especially liked the mushroom empanada. Everything was well prepared and delicious. Service was kind, knowledgeable and timely. We were very pleased with this find of a restaurant.
There were three in our party--of different generations and different tastes and we all enjoyed it so much. The food.was delicious and the service ice.was great. Would definjtely recommend Piqueos for wonderful Peruvian food. A+ for their Paloma cocktail, too.
We loved everything, esp the Seafood Paella!
Every dish was delicious and the server was well informed.
The food was both authentic and very high quality. The music was too loud inside.
So many delicious options on the menu! Had an amazing meal with friends the other night, sharing plates. The staff is amazing and very accommodating.
Delish food, great service, warm blankets for outdoor eating.
Delicious food. Great drinks.
Excellent neighborhood place. The food is great, service very good. Maybe a little too many sweet potatoes but they were tasty. Will be back often.
Love this place. We have not eaten there since last March and just went back to begin our love of good food and a wonderful culinary experience!
I have never had a more soggy Sea Food Paella. The service was OK, we were never checked on once after the meal arrived. I even told the waitress this was a horrible Paella, more like a soup and nothing. I have been all over the world including Cusco and this is NOT how a paella is supposed to be served./
Fantastic meal! I have been to Peru many times and was so pleasantly surprised to find this place that serves excellent Peruvian dishes I love! It might not be authentic but I love how they spiced it up with other flavors, too. Very yummy and will come back for many more!
Such a great place to have a good and original lunch (or dinner). The terrasse was very charming and on a fairly quiet street. The food was very yummy and with diverse options. Service was very good. Will come back!
Great service from their long-time staff and excellent food. Dining on the parklet was fun!
Enjoyed a very nice dinner at Piqueos with friends the other night. A selection of small plates and some nice drinks was just what we needed to fight off the Pandemic Blues!
My favorite restaurant in SF
Always a neighborhood favorite. Delicious food, great service!
Just solid Peruvian cuisine. The ceviche was pretty darn amazing. And their new parklet is fantastic.
We had a reservation at 8.30pm but were told the kitchen had to close at 9pm.
The service was rushed and we did note enjoy our time nor the food.
Too expensive for what it is.
I was so happy to be able to return to Piqueos for another great meal. Both of us are vegetarians and we had plenty of choices so we can return to try more. The outdoor dining space is well-designed and we felt safe and warm with our heater and their sanitized blankets.
I go there all the time. My favourite Bernal restaurant!
A+++ experience every time. The Sangy is great !
Always delicious! The baby octopus was tender, great spice and flavor--paired with their mixed salad was a perfect "lightish" dish. My husband had the finger-licking ribs--so good and the crispy chicken empanadas. The portions could not be more generous. We drive from Marin several times a year because we love it so much! Piqueos did a nice job with their parklet too. Well worth going!
Good food, friendly staff, outdoor dining was spacious enough so we weren't too close to other people.
In the COVID era, Piqueo's is fantastic - they've created a very charming and quiet outdoor dining experience. This was my wife and my first time out in 3 months and it had everything we could ask for. Great ambience, attentive waitstaff, great food. Very happy.
We always love the food at Piqueos, one of our favorites in all San Francisco. For the first time since Covid, we had dinner in the outdoor patio. Nice, comfortable and well decorated. Food was fantastic as usual.
We live in Noe and saw a bunch of people eating there so decided to add it to our list. So glad we did. Food and service were great. It was really cold, windy and in a parklet so that is why I didn’t rate ambiance higher. We will definitely go back.
Over priced for what they offer. I’ve had much better Peruvian at a cheaper price.
Piqueos was a nice get together restaurant but when we got together and sat down I was taken back by $80 tasting menu even on Valentines Day. I realize businesses need to survive in Covid. Didn’t feel valued as a customer when 3 course on a Sunday. A couple next to our table sat faience and got up 10 minutes later when they realized $80 tasting menu. I’m sorry Piqueos but if you wish for returning patrons overcharging is not the way to go.
Excellent prefix menu! Everything was delicious and the portions were massive. Will definitely visit again.
Decent enough Peruvian food, but their pre-fix prices over VDay weekend did not match the quality of what we received.
Don’t go here if you’re vegan, there are no options and the kitchen is apparently unable to accommodate anything. Oh, except the salad with no cheese.
Piqueos is one of my all time favorite restaurants, and the experience is always great. Not only is the food spectacular, but the service is above and beyond. They now have an outside area, with heaters for the winter time, and perfect for the summer time. If you’re in the mood for good Peruvian food, or visiting the city, Piqueo’s is a must!
Great ambience, decor, service, food presentation and taste was great. Good for family sharing
Great food and waiters.
This small spot in Bernal is amazing.
The patio is so cute and the food so delicious.
The service was very friendly
Great location. Lovely and friendly service. Food was unexpectedly amazing. Tapas style, small portions; ordered 5 dishes including dessert for 2 people and a pitcher of Sangria. Outdoor dining during COVID. It was a great experience!
Excellent Peruvian food! We took a wide variety of small plates, one even better than the previous one. Lots of great great food!
Always a special and delicious treat. Wonderful to have the heat lamps in the parklet!
