we always have a wonderful time at Piola’s… food is delicious & the ambiance delightful
The entire menu is great, but the dessert is exceptional !
I am embarrassed I took my date to Piola’s for our Valentine’s Day celebration. The menu was $60/person for a 3 course meal, which at first felt like a great deal, but the food was subpar and the service was just “ok” until the check was literally slammed onto our table after being one bite into desert. The service thing is obviously not exactly the restaurants problem, but I was truly embarrassed to have paid over $150 (120 for dinner + 20 wine + tax 10 + tip 25 = $175) for this meal. I truly felt ripped off upon exiting. After reading reviews now I see that Piola’s may have a Valentines Day issue rather than a restaurant issue because the other reviews seem amazing and the pictures look great as well. These other reviews are what sold me, but I would suggest you save yourself the embarrassment and go somewhere else for Valentine’s Day 2022.
It was our first time at Piola and we enjoyed it. We tried the tomato soup, caprese salad, chicken with pasta and tomato and mushroom sauce, a surf & turf special. Everything was delicious, including the dessert (creme brulee and chocolate ganache cake). The staff was nice, everyone was wearing masks and the tables had a good distance between them. We’ll be back.
We are here for a horse show @ Will Rogers & a friend found this place. ADORABLE restaurant with a serene ambiance. The food was fabulous & the service was great!! We came here twice, it was that good. We will be back next time we’re in Fort Worth!
Great spot for a cozy Italian meal. Give this restaurant a try, you won't regret it.
Service was SLOW.
Excellent ambiance, service and food! This is one of the best restaurant choices in Fort Worth for a date or any other special day occasion.
Love this place!! It’s our favorite date night spot!
Great restaurant! Make sure to book in advance, but worth it!
Really good food , and service , the only thing that made me give 4 stars was because the "polenta" was made with grits , since I am Italian, I got a little disappointed... I thought I would find there an authentic Italian food... but the food was delicious!
As it has been each time my wife and I have come it was fantastic!! Greeted warmly and service was flawless. Everything was clean and tables are safely spread out. Would highly recommend for a date night or special occasion. Best Italian food in Fort Worth!!!
Mediocre in every way. Crowded, noisy, and food just not that tasty, well prepared or served. Very disappointing.
You get so much for your money at Piola. The food, service and atmosphere are impeccable. Wine selection by glass or bottle is good. Started with Giant Calamari. Wonderful. Wife had bisque and I had Mediterranean salad. Entrees were veal lobster ravioli and spicy linguini. Desert was Lemon Sorbet and Cappuccino Ice Cream Pie. The owner (Bobby) is always there making sure everything goes perfectly. The service staff take care of everything. Simply the best white tablecloth restaurant in the city for the money. I can't recommend them enough if you like Italian food.
We were quite pleased with the quality of this restaurant. The service was perfect. My the food was hot when served. Excellent selection of wine. The staff were very friendly. We'll definitely return.
Excellent environment!! And the food was amazing.
We have not dined out for almost a year, and decided to visit one of our favorites. This place is hard to top!
Great Experience overall! Mike is a great member of the team!
Calamari was amazing but the Buffalo meatballs were not as impressive. We loved our salads.
One of my favorite date night spots. Hidden gem of Fort Worth! Best service, ambiance and food around. Cannot beat it!
This is the best Italian restaurant in Fort Worth! The menu items combined with the outstanding service made for a wonderful, relaxing evening!
Cute restaurant. Food was ok but not worth what we paid.
Great meal, love the outdoor seating
This was our first time here and it was amazing! Quiet and romantic restaurant... the service and food was great! Highly recommend and definitely will be back!
Celebrated Christmas eve with my daughter. Was excellent!
Piola was so great for my wife and I last Friday. Service was outstanding, food was perfect, wife had the grouper special and I had the lasagna, with cappuccino cake and coffee. Everything was great, safe, and distanced. Can’t wait to go back!
Birthday celebration and as always felt like being home- great food great service
We enjoyed our dinner on the patio. Great food especially the salmon and lasagna. One of our favorite places
It's just excellent. Been here multiple times and have a great experience everytime.
This place is outstanding. Been there twice. Both times top notch.
The food was delicious, service was great. Socially distanced a pleasant bonus. We'll definitely be back.
Love love LOVE. Feels like home!!!
Absolutely amazing and authentic Italian dinner in such a relaxed venue. My girlfriend and I were literally looking at each other like 🤯🤯 followed by 🤤🤤. The food was hands down some of the best I’ve had in my life, not to mention Fort Worth, I had the lobster ravioli and the vodka sauce was unbelievably delicious and the raviolis were just as good if not somehow even better! My girlfriend had the shrimp scampi with lemon butter sauce and it looked like she was about to pick up the dish and start drinking the sauce after she ate all the pasta and shrimp. Oh! And the calamari was to die for. Not like your typical fried calamari the breading was rich, flavorful and the calamari was cooked to perfection. Never had calamari like that and don’t think I’ll ever find anywhere else that does it that well ever again!! I’m really not the type to write a lot of reviews but this place immediately became one of those “we are definitely coming back” kind of places. All I can say is thank you to the staff and chef and our wonderful waitress, Leandra, for a special night. I cannot recommend this place enough.
I always enjoy the cozy atmosphere and selection of tasty dishes here
It was our first time and we sat inside but they have a nice patio area with heaters. We enjoyed the experience and were treated very well. The downfall was that I expected the food to astound me and it didn’t. It’s obvious the chef puts a lot of effort in the dishes but at least what I tried didn’t wow me. The cappuccino pie on the other hand was amazing, though.
Very nice relaxing atmosphere and great tasting food.
Delicious food & wonderful large outdoor patio that accommodates current Covid-19 situation.
