We met at Pinstripes so decided to have dinner there on Valentines Day. Enjoyed our dinner.
STAFF WAS EXCELLENT AND FRIENDLY...FOOD WAS OUTSTANDING AS ALWASY...
Had not been here in a couple of years. Waited 10 minutes behind one table who did not have a reservation. We did have one. Missed beverage. Short time between appetizer and entrees. Forgotten salad. Appetizers were excellent; entrees very average. Customer service could be much better.
Great Sunday brunch buffet! Sunday brunch has an omelet station and a chocolate fountain for dessert. Also good mix of breakfast and lunch items including salads. Good food quality, good selection, hot, delicious, clean, reasonable.
Super good! Excellent buffet. Outstanding service too! It was a Christmas celebration so it was a bit loud but it didn’t change the fun atmosphere.
The short ribs were tough and overly fatty. Our waiter was not at all attentive
I will start with the the positive...the food quality is very good. Everyone really liked their food. Even though our server was nice, the overall service is not good. They leave a container of water on the table, but when you have 5 people it goes fast. The water was consumed along with all the drinks we paid for in no time. For the remainder of our meal No refills or even back to ask if we wanted another glass of wine or another beer, which they could have made more money by bringing. I will admit the only reason we tried this restaurant out is because we didn't have reservations and it was the only place we could get into.
The happy hour times and menu changed and I’m not pleased. Service was terrible. Had to sit in the bar to get happy hour specials. I won’t be going any longer for happy hour. Other places have better deals.
The food was not up to its usual standard. Very disappointing.
I love the brunch here! Lots of variety and excellent care!
The food was very good (other than the stale focaccia, but it was free). The service was best described as uninterested. The bread service didn't come until the meal and, as was mentioned, was stale. We saw our waitress maybe 3 times, and usually it was for her to realize that someone else had done her job already. I need to mention that, we were there at 5:30. Other than what appeared to be a couple of parties in the outdoor seating, they were basically empty. We were the only ones seated inside whe we arrived and there were only 3 other tables filled inside when we left. The food is tasty enough that they could earn 5 stars if they just made a little effort.
Beautiful evening! Food was absolutely perfect and the service was top notch. Really an extraordinary experience
Great Happy Hour will be back for sure!!
Four of us went for a business lunch. Each having a salad, which were very good, but a bit overdressed. Three of us had the special with the flatbreads with half a salad, all were good. Highly recommend them for lunch.
Everything was fab for our huge group thank u!
Not crowded at all but service was terrible.
staff is always polite and professional...but friendly...like being home with family
Dee and Angel gave us excellent service, as they always do, for our bimonthly ladies lunch and cards get together. The food is tasty, and the decor is modern and inviting with many beautiful fresh floral arrangements scattered throughout the restaurant and bar area.
Yes, it was my first time there and I really enjoyed it. Was able to take advantage of the happy hour for about an hour and it was really nice. Enjoyed the calamari! Will definitely return.
Food was very good and service was excellent.
Amazing food for a buffet. Everything tasted as you would expect if you ordered from the menu.
Family meal. Loved our server! Food above average. Prices a bit high.
We had really slow service and one of our party got her food when everyone was finished.
Glass of water was spilled on another and drinks were very slow
Also got an appetizer at the end
Nice atmosphere. I would like to see drink specials. Drinks were alittle high, But all in all a good time!
The Sunday brunch is really great. The quality of the food exceeded my expectations of what a buffet would be.
I made reservations here because they advertised that they were going to have a barbecue station along with the normal brunch items. However, every time I went to the barbecue area the cook told me they were out of ribs, or hamburgers, or some other item. I did like the cook at the omelet bar - he was energetic, polite, and entertaining. Our waiter left a lot to be desired. One time I told him that there wasn't any cream cheese on the buffet and he told me that the cook had to bring more out because it was in a bowl. In other words, he didn't want to be bothered getting me some cream cheese that was in a little container. I had gone here before and was disappointed but I thought at some point this place would get their stuff together. I guess I was hoping for a miracle.
The brunch was entirely too pricey. They should have advertised the price better. The regular price is $21 and apparently the special occasion price is $28.
A little over-priced for a buffet, but very good food.
We had reservations for an outdoor table and arrived a few minutes early. The hostess refused to seat us there and said those tables were on a first come first serve basis. She offered to sit us at a hightop table in the sun that had no umbrella and no chairs. It was as though she was trying to get us to leave. After 10 minutes of discussion she had us seated & muttered to the lady who sat us that someone was going to be angry with her for us letting us sit there. As we were seated we noticed there were four open tables. For the duration of our stay none of those tables were ever filled to capacity so we never received an explanation as to why even though With a reservation and having availability the hostess gave us such a difficult time being seated. We had the exact same reservation the prior week without any issues. It really ruined much of our dinner. We dine at this restaurant four or five times a month. Easily our worst experience yet. We were never rude or angry and I think she finally sat us because there was a line of people forming behind us waiting to be seated who were being delayed by her choice to not honor our request even though tables were clearly available.
Fabulous food - great lunch deal we all 14 love
Sat outside on covered patio. Such a nice evening with girlfriends celebrating a birthday! Food was great, service was great and patio was great!
Perfect for a girls brunch!
GREAT FOOD AND SERVICE....ALWAYS FEEL WELCOMED...AND WANT TO RETURN
Great menu, wonderful food & great service! Would definitely recommend!
We had out of town guests who remembered eating at Pinstripes the last time they were in town and requested that we return, so we did. The menu does a great job of combining informal fare such as sandwiches and appetizers with full entrees, giving us lots of choice, which we like. We had a variety of meals, which were all memorable, and all of us left satisfied. While we were there several staff members stopped by the table to check on us, which was a nice personal touch. Hint: use the shopping district's valet service as finding a place to park can be difficult.
Very disappointing!!! We were seated upstairs outside on the patio. The table top was old and dirty. A tablecloth would have been nice. Plus, the table was wobbly. The food was not super hot. Our waitress was nice. Don’t know if I will return for brunch.
Food was great!
we were upset that Open Table lists the place as having happy hour on Saturday. restaurant refused to provide that service
Fabulous date night with my husband. We had salads and the lobster bisque was delicious. The house white wine was very pleasant. Our server was a little slow but we chose the table in his already busy section so we didn’t mind. Excellent experience.
1) my request for a quiet out of the way booth was not met.
2) our server was inexperienced
3) disappointing experience
