Pinstripes - Overland Park

We had been there before and had a good experience. This time the food was a disappointment. The breadsticks offered before the meal were cold and not fresh. My husband ordered his steak medium rare and it arrived well done. My salad was somewhat wilted and came with dressing on it rather than on the side as I requested. I don't think we'll be returning.
Brunch is outstanding!! Mimosas' and bloody mary's are great drinks to go with brunch!
Our poor waiter was a little too spread thin. He had trouble remembering to bring the bread we requested. Someone else finally brought it, but we believe it was a partially used basket, since it only had 4 pieces and they were cold & dried out.
I ordered a medium rare filet with fries. They first brought out with vegetables instead. Took it back to correct. Next one was cooked medium well. Manager took back & took a long time to get replacement back to me. The final one was very good, but more rare than I wanted. I didn’t say anything to cause more delay. Fries were cold as well, by the time I received my steak
Waiter was hilarious & all the drinks & food were great
Everyone loved everything
Service was fine. Food was very average. I had the short ribs and they were cold in the middle with the fat white - confirming the lack of heat in the dish. Side veggies were odd and not really edible. Nearly $50 for 2 people - definitely not worth it. Too bad because the place is very friendly and positive.
Joseph was our server. He was very knowledgeable about both the wine and the food. The food was good. We will definitely be returning. Hopefully, Joseph will again be our server.
Great Brunch on Sundays. Not sure about other days
Our server was outstanding!
Chicken club sandwich
Garden salad & service was excellent
Had a reservation, yet was seated out of the main area into what I guess I would call a "patio" type section. Right beside the bocce ball area so we could listen to the bocce balls banging the floor all night and people yelling. My wife had pasta which she said was okay. I had the prime rib sandwich and didn't really care for it. It looked good but had an unusual flavor. My daughter had bbq pizza and thought it tasted funny also. The main sitting area looked nice and I am sure was much less noisy. I just cant rate this very high at all. I know that I have now ate there and it will not be on my list to return.
Pinstripes has a very good happy hour menu! Food is always good. Their brunch is delicious.
The food was pretty good, part of the order was lost but the mgr did comp that part. Service was slow.
Fabulous 2 course lunch for $9
Great place for a nice, quiet lunch. Wonderful Sunday brunch.
Pinstripes is consistently great. The service is impeccable and the food is excellent. I recommend the chicken marsala - it's delicious.
All 15 of us in my book 📚 club loved everything fri soups salads brochette sandwiches hummus plate pizzas
Fab steak & veggies & my chicken Parmesan
We had a great time bowling first then dinner everyone was very nice
It was okay for a meet up in the bar area. Wasn’t seated in the bistro area for some reason.
Overall, a nice place to eat. Food was good. Food and drinks priced fair value to the area. We were on a date and the place was half empty. Dropped right next to a table of 15 having a loud, fun time instead of off to the quiet end. Wait staff appeared to have too little to do so we got stuck for next up table instead taking into consideration the noise level. I know wait staff was over staffed as we were visited every 5 minutes. A little over the top.
After dinner, went over and played bocce ball. Was a lot of fun! Good entertainment and will bring friends back next time.
We were a family of 4 for dinner, great food and waiter was attentive. Appetizers came out fast and we took advantage of half off wine night! They have a great happy hour and plan to take advantage of it on my next visit!
Everything tasted great
Pizza great & goat cheese pasta excellent & shrimp in the marinara pasta was great
Waiter kept on saying inappropriate things to us - not very tactful
Great food and service!
Bocce ball was lots of fun too.
It’s a fav spot for our family!
Homecoming night. Our fault that we overlooked that. Restaurant wasn’t staffed appropriately but staff was very apologetic. We will give it another shot. Short rib was wonderful but would have been better warmer. Great try.
Chicken salad - wraps - soups - everything was fabulous for our book club group of 10 + ladies
The food was excellent (I had the turkey wrap). Our server just got slammed with a couple of parties of 15 (there were only 3 of us)- so service was slow- but that was ok. She was very helpful & explained the situation.
Always enjoy Pinstripes. I go there often on the Thursday evenings when Prairie Fire has live band performing. Make for and enjoyable evening.
Flatbread was flavorless.
Happy hour menu has eliminated best dishes & variety
My son and I went to Pinstripes for lunch and bocce. I had $10 bottomless soup (lobster bisque, as I went on a Friday, and the bisque is the soup of the day on Friday and Saturday) and chop salad. Incredible value. It also came with a nonalcoholic beverage and bread with pesto, but the bread never made it to our table. I also never asked for it because...more room for lobster bisque! The bocce was decently priced at about $5 per person and really fun. Service was attentive with a smile. I recommend it!
My son had a very memorable 16th birthday here including the bowling. We had a blast.
We had dinner in the bistro. Our food was good. Service was good, too. There appeared to be quite a few managers on duty to make sure everything was good. We enjoyed our dinner and will return soon.
We usually enjoy Pinstripes but its difficult when the service gets so messed up. 5 of the 6 orders came out fine, but my husband's SALAD had to be sent back 4 times which is ridiculous. One time they actually brought back the same salad, pulling out some of the gorgonzola (which he hates) and just threw some other cheese over that! AND it was not that busy a night for the restaurant....plenty of empty tables on a beautiful Saturday evening. Sad.
Restaurant was great! Service was beyond good. Ask for Matt! He was knowledgeable and had personality plus!!
We went for brunch and enjoyed it. Reasonably priced for the kids in comparison to other places ($12 for ages 5-12). They had all of the usual upscale buffet items, including prime rib, salmon, omelette bar, waffle bar, shrimp, and the usual breakfast items. The chocolate fountain was fun for all of us.
One of the best Sunday buffet Brunches in town. Prime Rib and Ham carving station. Made to order omelettes and waffles. Salads, Shrimp, and Smoked Salmon. Mac-n-cheese, chicken tenders, and fries. Scrambled eggs, sausage, and bacon lots of bacon!!! Biscuits and gravy, bagels, and bacon. I would prepare for this feast. Go hungry and make reservations early around special events and holidays.
Great $9 Combination
GABE OUR WAITER WAS OUTSTANDING...GREAT TIME HAD BY US ALL
