The service, the food and the drinks were outstanding!
Piano is a neighborhood restaurant. We sat outside on the sidewalk. Service was excellent. We had the rockfish special and one of the homemade pastas. They both were excellent as well. Great experience. We will visit again.
Great to be back to in restaurant dining and I am glad to say they have not lost any of their touch with the food and service. They like all restaurants are suffering staff problems it did not show the night we were there. The outdoor seating is a definite plus.
Great to see that they maintained their great restaurant.
We loved our 1st time at Pino's. The service was wonderful. Everybody was welcoming and friendly. The food was delicious. Just the way we like our pasta. The bartender was the best. Shared some special recipes with us. Thanks for a great night and we will be back.
We absolutely love dining here. Everything is top notch and scratch made. Delicious food in a comfortable friendly atmosphere!
Super quaint, warm atmosphere on a really cute street.
Great food. Family owned. Love the pasta bolognese. Specials. Really everything is good.
We had dinner outside. The food was great as the server. Inside was completely filled and the noise level was medium. The Veal was my choice. Muscles, calamari, beet salad were very good. The French fries were not crispy and the server brought new fries immediately. We will be back there in the future even though the restaurant is 45 minutes away from our home.
Excellent swordfish dinner! Always a treat!
Once again great food and drinks with great service.
Nothing short of wonderful. Great new find.
As usual, the food was excellent. We had frites with roasted garlic, steamed mussels and broiled salmon. The wine and beer offerings were very satisfying. Plan on returning next week.
Wonderful dinner, Joe and Jen are consummate hosts. Food is outstanding. Can’t wait to come back
Amazing food so fresh, service a little slow but amazing at atmosphere very welcoming chef 10/10 would go again
This restaurant is one of best Italian in City.
We've been here about 25 times in past several years. During pandemic, we just did take out so this was our first time dining in. They've expanded outdoor seating into the street, but it's blocked of nicely. The sidewalk gets a fair amount of foot traffic and dogs (vet) from next door but it's not disruptive. The inside doors/walls fully open giving the wine cafe an airy feeling even indoors! This is perfect for cautious dining. I think you couldn't go wrong eating in or outside (specify what you want in reservation). The pasta dishes are a tiny bit pricey BUT we hear the pasta is homemade in-house so can't complain. We found it tasty and my child was happy. There are a fair amount of families with kids early but everyone was quiet and well-behaved. Adult-only diners came in after 7PM. The wine specials (not in price, but profiled) were very good. Value is my only ding but its small, neighborhoody and service has improved from many years ago. I think they are doing it all very well here and would definitely return again. Hint: You can order take out pizza that is different then what you would get in house. I think the place is worth a try and now that I find Point Brugge next door typically too crowded and the menu staid, I'd recommend coming here almost equally as well now.
Awesome everything!!! Our first time and will definitely return.
Ordered pasta with jumbo shrimp and scallops in lobster sauce. Got exactly one scallop and 2 shrimp! Not very filling.
Such a cozy, comfortable spot with upscale food...delicious food! I live on the North Side but will trek over the East Side anytime for the experience. Great wine list as well. Excellent ambiance.
Pino's has a good basic menu of Italian staples [pastas, pizzas] and daily specials depending on what the chef liked when he shopped. We enjoyed a hearty Moroccan soup, the lemon chicken and a nice fish preparation. Their wine list is has lots of good wine by the glass and more famous Italian wines for special occasions. I've never had a bad meal there - so I warmly recommend a visit soon!
We love Pino's! We unfortunately hadn't been since pre-COVID, but when our best friend mentioned he wanted a new-to-him Italian place for dinner, we knew exactly where to go. As always, the food was delicious and the service was fantastic. We've spent all morning talking about how great everything was and we can't wait to go back.
Waitress was attentive and knowledgeable.
I enjoyed dinner with my husband, daughter, and mother on Friday night at Pinos. We haven’t been here for years and a friend reminded me how delicious it is. She was correct, there is nothing better than truly homemade pasta! Our server and bartender were so friendly, helpful and patient. We wanted to spend some time visiting and enjoying cocktails, we were given privacy and time to relax and talk. Both servers were very helpful, they explained the menu and helped us to make decisions. Although the portions were large, they were not overwhelmingly large. A good portion with a small leftover. Although the sauces were amazing, the fresh handmade pasta stole the show.
My daughter is a tiramisu critique. It’s her absolute favorite dessert and Pinos did not disappoint. Although no one else got a taste.
I Can’t wait to return, Pinos is a fabulous, small neighborhood gem.
Chef’s new roasted San Marzano sauce is incredible! The wines are outstanding, and Mary can always help you to make the best choice to go with your dinner.
The food was delicious and the service was great! We enjoyed walking around the beautiful neighborhood before dinner.
Great service/food in a cute neighborhood restaurant!
This was my 2nd visit. I plan to return soon. Great place, good food and great service
Great place. Great food. Good music, nice ambience, calm.
Great food with a great atmosphere. Well spaced out tables and very cozy ambience. We will be back for dinner soon.
We were able to eat outside so that was a plus. Food, drink and service was excellent!
Always a pleasant experience at Pino's! Food is fresh and delicious!
I’d give Pino’s 6/5 stars if I could, the pasta is that good
Always a great night out at Pinos! Everything was delicious, I highly recommend the artichoke appetizer!
great place, amazing food, and wonderful owners! !
Consistently great food wine and service
Always amazing !
Our last-minute decision to eat at Pino's instead of somewhere downtown was well- rewarded. The chef accommodated my need for GF pasta so I had the special cuttlefish sauce on GF penne. It was rich and tasty and fresh. Dining partner ordered the salmon done well so it was seared nicely to seal in the juices. Looked great. The owner and servers were all delightful and as happy to be there as we were. I certainly will return!
Food was fantastic. Service was exceptional. The chef takes pride in all his food.
Joe makes the best sauces no matter what you order.
