Our 2nd time in 5 months dining at Pino's (w/ family, friends), and for the 2nd time an outstanding meal and total experience. The food is prepared consummately -- freshly made pasta was perfect, as were the several different entrees and their accompanying sauces, etc. It's very obvious there is much care taken in the food prep, from the combination of ingredients in the sauces/gravies, to the spices used, to the various salad dressings, and the seafood served. We love the neighborhood environment there, and the front windows were opened, along with additional outdoor tables for service. The servers are very helpful -- Allison was wonderful with our table of 6 -- and did not overdo, or under-do, their presence. Overall a fabulous experience !!

Excellent wine list. The owner is so knowledgeable about the wines that she selects. Highlight of the dining experience is having her come over and talk to you about the wines. Food is very fresh and cooked to perfection.

It was very loud. The menu is very limited. Our waitress took over 15 min before she came to our table and was very unpleasant the rest of the evening. The food was hit or miss….some was really good, some was really bad. We were there for approximately 2 hours and there were maybe only about 10 tables in the entire restaurant. I would not go back again.

Guests were celebrating and enjoying themselves. The server received compliments about the food, a generous tip and an apology for one of the guest's behavior by his dinner companions. We always strive to provide excellent food and service. We are sorry you were not happy with your experience.

We visited Pino’s to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary, and it was a great decision. My wife and I loved everything about the place. Food was beyond superb. Our server, Christine(possibly?) was fantastic. The ambiance, perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire visit, and will be returning. Thank you so much for a great dinner celebration!

Pino's is a wonderful restaurant. The staff (especially Sarah) was extremely pleasant, attentive, responsive, polite, professionally dressed, and knowledgeable. The food was terrific with a variety of delectable choices without being overly broad and overwhelming. Our unsuccessful effort of trying everything on the menu in one sitting only guarantees our return for another delightful experience.

This has come to be one of our favorite dining spots in Pittsburgh. The food is great, the chef always visits your table, the service is friendly and efficient, and if it is a nice evening, you can dine outdoors or near the large open doors. We had a great dinner the other night with our daughter and son-in-law; it felt as if we were dining in a European cafe.

Excellent, enjoyable experience. We had been a few years ago and it was good. Pino has upped their game. The appetizers - Brussels sprouts and the artichokes - were terrific. Veal and brisket were also quite special. We will be back.

My partner and I came for a date night and we loved the food so much. The bread and the mussels we started with were not that great but overall a really great experience. I got a pasta and he got a pizza. Both were phenomenal.
