Very good pizza and live music in a mixed race, casual setting.
Inedible shrimp and pasta dish, only took 2 bites and asked waitress to take it away due to poor taste. She did but still charged full price.
Venue too small for large multi piece bands. Painful volume.
We ordered the bbq chicken pizza , spaghetti and chicken parmigiana ...food was really good ! We got the dinner that includes Garlic bread and salad ! Service wasn’t the best but the food was really good ! Will come
Our server Miriam was so amazing. The environment was wonderful & I enjoyed that we could listen to music & watch the baseball game all at the same time. The food was nice & hot & the flavor was very good. I will recommend to friends & family. And I will also be returning. Thank you.
Everything was exceptional the portions of food were too large but that's OK we had leftovers for the next day or waitress the next night job her name was Flor.
Service was slow. They appear to be short staffed.
We decided to go out to dinner and tried Pinocchio's for happy hour. The Lasagna was awesome and so was the shrimp pasta. We have dined there several times now and haven't been disappointed. We will definitely be back.
The server needs to pay attention to what the customer is ordering!
Very fresh, very good food!!! Call for the band performing and enjoy!
While the food was great upon arriving I learned that the restaurant does not look at open table reservations. I had a party of 9 with me so naturally I made reservations; which were never received by the restaurant so we had to wait for 30 minutes for a table. Waitress took a long time to come up to table to take order and food took equally as long. Luckily the food was delicious once it arrived and my party was extremely happy. Overall I would give the restaurant an A for their food and a C at best for their service.
The calamari tasted like chicken, the pasta dishes had thin weak sauce, one got sick on the lobster ravioli, and my marsala chicken dish was very oily. Do you have a new chef? I won't be back!!
Good pizza. Mellow environment. Easy to get in and out. Love the live music.
THE BEST SPAGHETTI AROUND! This is our go-to place whenever we are in the area.
The live jazz every Saturday is fantastic. No cover charge or minimum number of drinks. My server Luisa takes great care of me.
Great live music place, no cover charge to listen. Great, reasonably priced food. Neighborhood feel, everyone friendly. I can go there alone and feel right at home.
Place is ok, but in the case of my visit, food came out slow and wasn't anything to write home about. Seems like a good place to take kids, and it has a distinct neighborhood feel. If I lived near the establishment, I would give it another chance.
Good food, service and value! We will definitely be back and we will certainly recommend!
This place was so much fun! My husband and I went to the grooming expo and couldn't decide what to eat, I picked Pinocchio's. The best pasta I have had in quite some time now. The live band Detweiler was awesome! The service was great, we didnt wait long, and people kept coming in after us! Overall we had so much fun..I said we have to come here again even if we live all the way in San Bernardino lol. Amazing place...
Dishes are more than plentiful and tasty. One main dish feeds two. Two dishes easily feed 3 or 4. Pizza is also great.! If you want best sports TV viewing, ask for lounge seating on reservation.
We decided to try Pinocchio's and watch some college football. Will definitly be back.
The food was very tasty and came out hot! Also the staff there are friendly and very attentive. Place was clean, nice decor and was perfect for families with children. My daughter loved it! We will definitely go back. We had pizza, lasagna, and pesto linguini. Omg delish!
Waitress was very nice given the limitations she was working with: 1) handling too many things at the restaurant (serving her customers, answering the phone, etc; 2) we got there early (5:30pm) and they were out of some dishes?!;3) half our party had to switch dishes and then got wrong things; it was a birthday meal for a friend and was very disappointing.
Had open table reservation, had to wait. Salad swimming in dressing. Pizza almost little ceasers. Wine was good. Service friendly.
Pasta I ordered (Penne with salmon in a light cream sauce) was very good. The only issue is that there was a live band there, and they were a bit loud, and their music sounded like elevator music (jazz flute, sax, etc.) But the pasta and also the garlic bread was good.
The food was pretty good but not outstanding. But what made the evening worthwhile was the music combo playing jazz and the blues on Saturday night.
That's really why I went. I love the Sat.night jazz band, don't even know their name but they're great!
wish they had gluten-free pizza, it looked good but I'm gluten-free. more and more people are and restaurants too. it's not hard.
noise level is very, very, very high in there.
We've been there twice and both times we were met with poor service and attitude from the servers. Special requests were not met
and the servers do not check in on you often. You have to keep asking for missing food or they take too long in serving. Armen has major attitude with the customers, I'm not sure if he's the manager or the owner, but he needs to learn people skills. It would help in making you feel like you would want to return. I've given this restaurant two chances, and bith times I was unsatisfied. I will not return here nor will I recommend it to anyone.
We had a party of 20 on a Saturday night and both the food and ambience was good. Our server, Victoria, did a wonderful job!
Love Pinocchio's!! The live music that have is an extra treat. It's comfortable and has a pleasing atmosphere.
