My wife ordered the shrimp alfredo which was not on the menu, but was absolutely delicious. I ordered the lasagna which was awful. I’m not even sure it was lasagna. It was a bowl of cheese and sauce with no signs of noodles. The waitress took it off the bill without hesitation once she saw my lasagna. Ambiance is great, waitress great as well, just wish the food or should I say my food was as good as my wife’s. Prices high... not an everyday place to go. Good for special occasions. I wouldn’t recommend the lasagna!

Absolutely horrible food. The service was great but the food was horrendous from the salad to the appetizer to the entree none of it was enjoyable. And it was really depressing because it was our Valentine's dinner!!

Service was very poor, food was bad. Had haddock francaise the sauces looked like gravy from the can. The tomatoes sauce was equally as bad. The coors light in the bottle was good. Will not ever return

Four of us ate dinner here. Everything was delicious. Appetizers, main entrees, desserts, the whole meal was delectable. Filet was perfect, chicken riggies were very tasty. Would definitely return.

The past two times we have come to Pino Bianco we have had a terrible experience. In may, we came for my birthday and received very poor service. We were there for almost 30 minutes before a server came over. Last night, we tried it again because we have in the past had great meals. The meals were not the same at they used to be. I got the filet and my potatoes came whole instead of cut in half, which resulted in then not being cooked through and very hard to cut open. The steak was ok. The filet at Pino Bianco used to be on par with the steakhouse and that is no longer the case. The service was ok this time but not what we are used to from TS steakhouse. I suppose you get what you pay for. I don’t think we’ll be trying here again.

The food, service and ambiance was phenomenal. It was my first time there and enjoyed dinner with my mom and Godmother. All 3 of us were happy with our meals.

Enjoyed our meal. Would have loved to substitute the potatoes that came with my entree (noticed that mashed potatoes were offered on the special valentines menu) but when I asked if I could substitute I was told they couldn’t.. that those were only for that special and they didn’t want to run out.... really? No way to replenish a couple of potatoes? None anywhere else in your facility???

Everything was great from the minute we were greeted at the door, until we paid the bill. The atmosphere is 'old school Italian' with red and white checkered table cloths. It was quiet in that you could actually have a conversation without raising your voice to be heard. The wine, while a bit pricey was very good and the meal was delicious. I would definitely go back again.

We sat by the kitchen. It was so loud we couldn't have a conversation. Listening to the cooks gripe was horrible on top of waiting for an hour for our dinner. When it came it was horrible. The worst chicken Marsala on the planet. Stouffers could have done better!!!

Chris our host checked in often during our date and our waitress Breanna was exceptional. Sat at the Chef's table and was sent complimentary apps. Excellent view of the kitchen. Best Chicken Marsala I have ever had. Will be coming back!

I believe great bread and salad set the tone for a memorable meal and this was the case here. Two of us had pizza which was excellent. Great crust. Full of flavor and perfect I had the Chicken Riggies which was a bit rich for my personal taste and a little light on both the Chicken and cherry peppers. Wish I had gone with the chicken parm. We would not hesitate to return. Great service. Ambience. And food.

Awesome experience. We sat at the chef’s table and they gave us complimentary meatballs. Food was delicious and well worth the price. Outstanding server (Herb) who was prompt and caring. Will definitely be coming back because of him alone!

We always enjoy a meal at Pino Bianco before a show. The two types of arancini were very good. Both my greens and the roasted peppers gave a nice bit of heat as described on the menu. The flourless chocolate cake was not as dense as others we have had, but very good nonetheless.
