Chicken Parm was good as usual but the portions seem to be getting smaller. My wife order the Lasagna and it was terrible. It was an overcooked pile of mush that tasted like SpaghettiO's.

Once again - we visited Pino Bianco for dinner as myself, wife and daughter stayed at the Lodge at the Turning Stone just after Christmas. Once again, we were very satisfied with the dinner and service. We were promptly seated, the service was very good (as it always is). We had Greens as an appetizer as well as meatballs. I had a Chicken special (Scarpiello?). Wife had Pork Chop and Daughter Riggies - so we had a variety. Everything was served hot and was well done. Also - a nice wine list with a number of wines by the glass. We will continue to return and recommend Pino!

Out of our four meals, one was totally unacceptable. The eggplant parm was greasy and cold. They prepared another one that was just as bad. We finally ordered pasta with a bolognese sauce that was really good, but by then the other three of us were finished with our meals. The one person with the bad meals just had hers boxed up to go. It was very dissapointing as they were guests of ours from Alaska. And there was never any compensation for our bad meal - no drinks or desserts offered to make up for the wait. Very dissappointed.

This was our first visit, but it will definitely not be out last. We decided while eating that this will be where we will ALWAYS have our Christmas dinner. The staff is fantastic, and the food was OUTSTANDING!!

This is the second time my mom and I ate here. The first time was fantastic. This second time, I ordered the lobster/crab special linguini. The crab was served inside the shell which was totally unexpected for this fine dining restaurant. No shell cracker was brought to me, and the tiny fork to get the meat out was brought only as an afterthought when they saw me struggle with a normal fork. I sent the crab back to the kitchen but it was returned with only a few extra cracks in the shell. My mom cut her finger trying to help me get the meat out. The dish was tasty, but hugely disappointing to fight/work to eat the very pricey crab meat; for this setting, it was inappropriate for the kitchen to serve the dish this way and their assistance in getting the meat was inadequate. Will be trying other restaurants before returning again.

The waitress wasn't knowledgeable with the menu, the pricing and the wine list. She brought out one more wine then was ordered during the meal and charged for it. A server came over with the wrong meal and showed no apology for his mistake. The for when it came out as cold.

Dinner was delicious. The Antipasto was so authentic and delicious! The potatoes roasted in duck fat were the best potatoes we've ever had! The big downside was the drinks. A single malt scotch tasted like it was fermented. We also ordered 2 pomegranate martinis and I don't think they were shaken OR stirred. They were very sweet with no alcohol taste. The waitress left a small glass the she said was a little extra that was made. I took a sip and it tasted like pur vodka. Very disappointed in that. It wasn't too busy for 8pm on a Saturday and the speed of service was just right. Not too fast or too slow. The waitress was adequate. There was nothing to set her apart. She was kind and did her job.

We were both disappointed with our veal Parmesan dinners. The veal was way to thick. We like the veal to be thin medallions. On a scale of 1-10 I would give you a 5!!!! The bread was amazing!!!!

We have eaten here many times. This time I had made a reservation a week in advance even though it was a Wednesday night. I had requested a booth inside and not at the Chef's table.
When we arrived the hostess immediately started taking us to the Chef's table and I told what I had requested. Even though the restaurant was not even 25% occupied she took us to a small table that was just beside where the waiters made their bills, etc. My husband (gentleman that he is) took the seat facing the wall and had to listen to the waiters talk all evening. Although the meal was excellent and the service was good we were not impressed where we were seated. It was not even that the restaurant was booked for it was still only 25% occupied when we left.

Dined there last Saturday night and I had the chicken parm and my wife had veal parm. Both were very good and fairly large portions. Service was excellent. The only down side is the table are so close together you feel you are sharing tables with the people sitting next to you.

Great food, generous portions, friendly and terrific service. Restaurant was noisy with kitchen open to dinning area - authentic for awhile but created a noisy background, only so many times you want to hear what orders are ready in addition to the other yelling back and fore.
This may have been enhanced by the fact we were seated right next to the kitchen and the path were all the kitchen travel occurred. Should have asked for a table away from this once we realized there was going to be all this activity but we had show reservations and were a bit time constrained. We recommend the restaurant but be sure to get a table away from the kitchen unless those activities make if feel more like home for you.

We had reservations for 5 pm. We arrived at 4:55 and there were a lot of open tables. As the very thick accented women was seating us at an indoor (very tight quarters with other guests) I asked if we could have a table for two outside ( we passed 3-4 coming in) I was told in a very stern voice they had a lot of reservations tonight and this was it! I did make the reservations at least 4 weeks in advance. My wife's fish dish was excellent. My veal parm was over cooked and very dry (not good). There seems to be a disconnect between food server and the bar. It took way too long to get a drink. I asked for a chilled glass for my beer and got a room temperature water glass. I have been there several times over the last few years but no more.

We were sat right upon arrival. The tables were odd to sit, felt like we were positioned to stare at the people across from us as we were sitting in a 1/2 round booth. It was very loud. There was a table of very drunk people and they were very boisterous. Food was ok, nothing special. Service was good, we had asked for a bucket of ice to keep our wine in and he never brought it.

Nice ambiance food was very good the only downside was that it took a long time for our food to arrive however the waiter made up for it by constantly apologizing for it and gave all 4 of us a complimentary glas of wine . We were not in any hurry so it was not at all a convenience.
The prices are reasonable for where Pino is located. Nice atmosphere we had a drink at the attached bar before dinner.
It was a very pleasent experience.
