The price of the meals has gotten way too expensive and the portions smaller. I used to bring home leftovers but this time I left hungry with no leftovers. $33 for chicken franchise is too much. The size of the chicken is about half it is at other places and alot more expensive. Not sure I will come back Our waitress was outstanding as well as Aiden who never let our water glasses go dry!

We were seated in a table near the kitchen and against the wall. Was cramped and uncomfortable and too close to the people sitting next to us. Our waiter came over and we ordered drinks. When he came back over to take our order we were not quite decided on what to order so we ordered our salads and bread and waiter said he would return to get our orders. We ate the bread and salads and then waited about 10 minutes or so for waiter to return to get our orders and then waited another few minutes for our food. I requested a refill on my drink which I never received and our water glasses were not refilled. It also took awhile to get our check. We usually get much better service here - I feel like we were stuck in a corner and forgotten about.

The wine list has been revamped by an enemy of the Diner! Wine no longer pairs well with Italian food if you order off of Pino’s wine list. They used to have interesting and very good wines to choose from. Now it resembles a wine list from low end chain restaurant. The server was very excellent, but the bartender needs to go back to school. I inquired about the ice wines on the menu, I was told they are dry wines; not so per Google. Partner ordered a rum & Coke with just a splash of Pepsi and got a glass of Pepsi with indiscernible rum. Problems with entree were taken care of, but there shouldn’t have been problems. The portions are smaller and the plates are bigger. The prices are ridiculously high now. No value at Pino. I think that’s why they give you plenty of bread to fill up on. What happened to our once favorite TS standby?

Always look forward to dining at Pino Bianco. Food is always delicious. I have never had a complaint, until last evening, that is. I was displeased with the portion size of the dessert. Not equal to the cost. I’m sure hoping that it was a one-time occurrence. Thanks again for a superb meal.

So I received my food I ordered chicken Parm I've had this meal several times always great. Well not so much this time portion was a joke roughly half a cup of pasta and half a piece of chicken waitress went and got me more pasta but she was even shocked totally disappointed!!!

Overall we were very pleased with our experience. The food was excellent. The service was not quite as good as in past visits. The server was friendly, but a bit slow. It took longer than it should have to greet us, take our order and deliver our food. But it was not enough to prevent us from returning. The service was not up to the price and Turning Stone’s reputation.

We go to Pino Bianco often. Lately the Food Quality has been getting worse. I ordered the Veal chop special yesterday and it came out lukewarm with cold mushrooms. My wife ordered the greens and they we just plain cold. A few months ago, there were no issues like this. I wonder if there are new people in the kitchen. Maybe will give it another try, but would rather go to the Peach Blossom which is much more consistent.

My server Lisa remembered me from my last visit. She is a very delightful and polite lady. She also remembered what i had ordered the last time i visited PINO BIANCO. The service was excellent and her recommendations for dessert was delicious. I will be returning in the very near future.

The service was tremendous and the food exceptional. I ordered a steak, which was cooked to perfection. It came with Utica Greens and roasted potatoes, which were delicious. But I wished I had asked to substitute for mashed potatoes and a side of pasta. Not sure if they would have done that for me. The gelato dessert was great.

We had a reservation for 7 but we were able to be seated at 6:20. Very friendly staff and the food was delicious. The mushroom ravioli were spot on and the Delmonico steak was melt in your mouth. We will definitely be returning.

We were able to be seated a few minutes before our reservation time. The service was fantastic. Our meals were good. I’ve been there before when they were phenomenal, but this time I did not get the extra above and beyond reaction that would justify the cost. There are many family run restaurants in our area that I could’ve gotten the same thing at a much better version and price.

The food at Pino Bianco is always very good. I have never been disappointed with the quality of the food. The restaurant was at capacity last night and a bit noisy. I would have given five stars to the overall rating, but we waited almost ten minutes to be greeted by our server.

Food and drinks were delicious. Lots to choose from. Service was excellent. Our server, Chris (?), was very knowledgeable and engaging. We went early before a show so the noise was minimal but even when it was significantly busier, it was fine. It was not inexpensive but you are at a casino so not too surprising. I would go back and I would recommend!

The service is always excellent no matter who we have Jen was great and very attentive I continue however to be disappointed first in the wine selection Not only do you no longer serve Lambrusco but the other sweet red Tutamia is also not available. There are many of us who order these wines and it is disappointing that they are not available most of the time. Also have asked for a pork chop dinner or special or veal chop dinner or special to be added more frequently or as a staple on the menu - have had no response. I am a frequent visitor and speak to many individual who also are It would be a welcomed addition

Two of the four in the group ordered the haddock francaise. One smelled and tasted of ammonia (i.e.: not fresh) and the other was cold. The one that was cold was replaced with a new, hot piece of fish and the other was removed from the bill. Another in the group had lasagna and raved about how delicious it was. I had the atomica pizza that was excellent and the meatball appetizer that consisted of one, very large meatball. The meatball, in my opinion was not very good and one would expect it to be very good at a price of $14.50.

We went for our anniversary dinner. Ordered the calamari appi because we’ve had it there before and love it with the fried olives and hot peppers. Was a bit disappointed this time. While the calamari was delicious, seemed the portion for 18.50 was much smaller, had 3 olives and a couple little pieces of peppers. For dinner I had chicken rigges. While the sauce was delicious,the dish had a lot of undercooked chopped onions. Would be better w/o them. I left a pile of them in my dish with so much sauce left, I was wishing I had a few more rigatoni. We were served delicious bread for the table so that worked. My husband had the same dish but with sausage. He was disappointed that sausage was crumbled and made it hard to separate from all the undercooked onions in the tomato cream sauce. We were about to order dessert when our waitress came over with a delicious slice of cheesecake and wished us a happy anniversary. That was wonderful! We love the ambiance and the service was excellent.
