   The short rib dinner tasted like it was homemade cooking. Bread served was still cold. The server did not come across as someone who wanted to work there. Entrees took about 45 mins to get to the table but was delicious

   Our entrees were well prepared and served hot. Our waiter was friendly and took care of all our needs. We will definitely dine at Pino Bianco again.

   Always a lovely experience! You’re seated handed a menu, poured ice water and brought the freshest warm bread (the ciabatta bread is the BEST)! Then your server comes along (our favorites Jade or Kelly) let you know the specials - never be nervous to try something different - chef Meghan is SO creative- the food is NEVER anything but amazing! Last night I had shrimp Riggies! Creamiest sauce! Starter was a shared house salad (salad is ALWAYS the freshest). Never pass up a chance for fresh shred Parmesan!! A true Italian dinner experience!! We go at least once a week… but we are super blessed!!

   We had Kelly for our waitress and she was absolutely wonderful hopefully the next time we come to the restaurant we have her again

   Wonderful evening with friends. The entire wait staff was inviting. Kelly was gracious and attentive. Kitchen staff was superb and even shared an amazing appetizer with our table. We will definitely be back!

   Very nice place right inside the casino. Get the Utica Greens. The manager and our waitress were both excellent

   It was my mother’s 88th birthday. The waitress treated with much sweetness . Everything was perfect.

   Our server Amanda was the best. Very thorough and friendly. Food and drinks were just the right proportion. Will definitely be going back.

   The Bolognese was very well prepared as was the Chicken Marsela. Jen was the main server, but the entire staff was efficient and friendly. I have eaten here before and will again.
