Dinner was excellent. Have been there many times. In service is definitely better than take out. Always forget something when taking out. Learned to check order before heading to room.
Pino Bianco never disappoints! The hostess happily seated us at the chef’s table where we enjoyed a complimentary treat from the chef…crostini with jam, arugula, and blue cheese. Delicious! Our waitress, Jennifer, was great, attentive, friendly, as well as professional. The lady that brought us bread and water was such a warm and friendly lady. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name. I had the eggplant parmigiana that was the size of a meatloaf! My husband had the veal parmigiana. Both meals were outstanding! Needless to say we had lots of leftovers. Love Pino Bianco!
Very friendly, delicious, fun. Really enjoyed the chef's table and tasting menu. Great moscato with dessert. Portions are big, bring your appetite. Thank you!
Excellent!!!! On all counts. Food, service, That sums it up. We would highly recommend Pino Bianco!!!
Great time watching the Chefs prepare meals. Would definitely come back!
Chris was our server…he was great…
Make sure to have a reservation for ease of seating
Food was great and our server Serena was outstanding. Would definitely recommend and will most definitely be back
Everything was awesome just like every other time we've eaten here. We'll be back again soon.
Great food and service, portion sizes were perfect.
Always an enjoyable meal at Pino Bianco.
Franklin’s prosciutto pizza was outstanding!
Service was efficient and professional.
We will be back!
We celebrated our anniversary that night and the staff couldn’t have been any more accommodating!! Love the staff there!!
The entrees were excellent, heated well and good personal touch. Our server was very attentive. The soup was very good and enjoyed the bread brought to the table.
Dinner is always amazing when I go there. The Waiter was amazing, polite and friendly.
Always outstanding meal and service. We especially like the chefs table. Open kitchen concept. The head chef on saturdays is especially good. Great staff and food is excellent. We are “foodies” so very particular about food and presentation. Never disappointed.
The food was great better than the last time but the staff is not very friendly. The portion size is also smaller than pre-covid.
Waitress was great as was our food, would definitely come again.
We were treated so nicely for our anniversary ❤️ perfect evening 🍸
Ann Marie is one of the best wait staff I have ever had by far The host Claudia makes you feel as though you are special, and takes care of you. Food was great I enjoyed my experience
Anniversity dinner, food was very good, service was even better. Would highly recommend!
Love the clam appetizer and chicken franchaise. Oh the bread good too.
Food and service were excellent!!
Food was very good but a little pricey for what you got
Chicken riggies really went downhill from when sal was the chef
Hello- We’re sorry to hear that your dining experience at Turning Stone was anything less than exceptional. We pride ourselves on guest service and feedback like yours helps make us better. We hope you give us another try soon!
My waitress julie was great. The host Rita needs lessons in customer service everything else was outstanding
A perfect evening with my wife for our anniversary
Very good experience and food. Recommended you request the chef's table.
I now have another server to add to my list of favorites - not that any are bad!- but Chris made our visit so enjoyable! He was attentive without being intrusive and made sure our glasses were always filled. The food was delicious, but again, I’ve never had a bad meal there. I would have done the Tour of Italy menu but I’m not a fan of carbonara. Looking forward to October to see the new selection!
enjoyable meal on a very busy night - great service - favorite restaurant at Turning Stone!
I had the eggplant parm. It was absolutely delicious, crispy and flavorful. I loved it. We sat at the chef’s table and was treated to crostini with crema and arugula. Delicious and thankful. My husband had chicken parm, very moist and yummy. We shared the strawberry limoncello cheesecake. Fantastic! Never disappointed at Pino. Mary, our waitress, took great care of us. We enjoy sitting at the chef’s table and watching the kitchen activity. THEY ALL WORK HARD. Thanks again for a GREAT dinner at Pino!
We went for the Culinary Tour of Italy. This month was Lazio. We opted to add the wine pairings on.
They allow no substitutions, which in general I understand, but my sister has a food allergy so it would have been nice if they would have accommodated that by switching/substituting one thing, especially since they were not busy.
First course was ok, except it said it came with "Grilled Artichokes". It came with one half of an artichoke heart, that was NOT grilled, and obviously came from a jar. There was one small piece of mortadella.
Second course was basically fried arancini. Per the description, it was to be stuffed with cheese that would strand out. It certainly did not. It was not cheesy at all. No glorious stands made an appearance.
Main course of carbonaro was extremely bland. Mostly overcooked spaghetti, with a few tiny scraps of prosciutto. Terrible. For the price paid they could have given a lot more prosciutto and maybe that along with pepper would have helped. MAYBE.
Dessert was ok if you like chocolate fruitcake. Think they could've done something a lot better than hard cake.
The wine was ok except the barbaresco was terrible.
The courses came out really close together, so we were still eating one when the other came out. The place was not busy so the timing should have been better. If the food had been good we would have been rushed through an expensive dining experience.
The food WAS nicely presented but that's among the only good things I can say about it.
We were not asked if we wanted to earn rewards points on the meal so did not give the card upon paying, but asked right after and were told that everything had been closed out and there's nothing they can do. Literally five minutes after we paid. No one at Pino Bianco or the Rewards desk would help. NOBODY could manually add on credit? Bull. Terrible customer service.
Save your $200- take it anywhere else and get a better meal and hopefully better customer service. Total rip-off.
Hi Rosie- We’re sorry to hear that your dining experience at Turning Stone was anything less than exceptional. We pride ourselves on guest service and feedback like yours helps make us better. We hope you give us another try soon!
I had the eggplant parm. It was a bit dry. Needed some sauce with it. My guests were happy with their entries.
We will be back. They food was outstanding best dinner out in a very long time.
Mary our waitress was very pleasant. Opened up my eyes to new dishes and was pleasantly rewarded. Great atmosphere as well.
Great atmosphere, great food very nice experience. Went for my Prom and was very happy.
We were seated within 2 minutes of on-time arrival. Warm Italian bread with a spicy butter and garlic spread and water arrived within a couple minutes. Drink, salad and dinner orders were received in a timely manner. My wife's Chicken Francese was okay. There was a lack of sauce and it was thin. My Chicken Marsala was good; I would have it again. All of the staff was courteous and our waitress, Kelly, was pleasant.
This was our fourth visit, and we hope to eat here again when in the area.
We have eaten at this restaurant twice and the food has been consistently good. I really recommend the Sea Bass. Portions were good without being too large. The server we had was excellent.
Great quality, good portions
Staff very attentive
My wife’s birthday was on 9/14/21 and we had her birthday dinner at Pino Turning Stone. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The staff personnel we encountered were excellent.
The food was very delicious and the presentation was outstanding . We look forward to our next visit to Turning Stone and Pino Bianco.
