About Pink Taco @ Hard Rock Hotel & Casino
Pink Taco is popular for putting a California spin on traditional Mexican dishes. The menu includes the trademark Pink Taco (Panuchos) with homemade corn tortillas, beans, chicken, salsa roja, pickled onions and avocado. For something lighter, there"s the Tostada Salad − a shredded salad with chipotle vinaigrette that is a Pink Taco favorite. For a sweet finale to a spicy meal, Pink Taco offers Cinnamon Churros – dusted with cinnamon sugar and chocolate cream.
A mega-hip Mexican cantina, Pink Taco is a folk-art bedecked hotspot adorned with classic low-rider bicycles, unique tables that leave guests' feet dangling and an assortment of authentic Mexican craftwork that decorate the dining room. The atmosphere includes music that's pumped up loud with dining also out on the patio as an alternative.

Pink Taco @ Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Ratings and Reviews
An iconic Las Vegas restaurant. Fun decor, good vibe. Food good, not great. Service good. Value good. Varied menu, some good entree options as well as casual fare. Not intended to be a gourmet location. This is a fun spot for groups, parties, not too expensive. Enjoy a drink after work, or a bite before a show.
We were in Vegas over Thanksgiving and, after looking at menus from several places, decided to do something a little less traditional for our lunch. I had the Thanksgiving special and the other adult ordered the shrimp enchiladas off the standard menu (and probably had the better meal). The Thanksgiving special started with a cumin-spiced carrot soup which was delightful. The main course was turkey enchiladas which were just OK, a chipotle cranberry relish was interesting but not something you'd want all the time, the yams were quite tasty (fortunately none of the overly sweet "traditional" stuff here!), and the cranberry cilantro rice was just rather blah (it was their normal rice, just with cranberries added - we thought the regular rice was pretty blah, too). The special finished off with a trio of enchiladas which were pretty good - we preferred the apple and cherry-vanilla to the pumpkin. The shrimp enchiladas that my spouse ordered with very good, but terribly rich due to the creamy sauce - I wouldn't be able to eat them all in a single meal. Portions were absolutely huge - we could've fed both adults and the hungry 3YO with a single entree (especially with the yummy complimentary chips and salsa). Service was prompt and friendly, but they weren't terribly busy - even so, it's never great fun to work the holiday and miss out on being with your family.
4 of us had dinner and drinks at the Pink Taco on a Saturday night. I had the chicken soup which was good but a bit on the greasy (chicken fat) side and the pork taco with pineapple salsa which was delicious. The other girls had an array of street tacos. It was unanimous, they all loved the pink taco taco. The table next to us must've ordered a pitcher of margaritas which came with sombreros and mustaches for all - great photo opportunity.
They took a same day reservation; the tacos and drinks (mojito and a blended marg) were very good, and the waitress was super nice. She recommended our dessert (churros!) which were also excellent. It was a good, afforadable meal is a laid back atmosphere. And, the chips and salsa were great, too!
I have always enjoyed this restaurant. Thy have remodeled and changed the menu since my last visit. The item I always order and was looking forward to is no longer on the menu, which is disappointing. I got the fajitas and they were good. The staff was pleasant and our food came out quickly, hot and correct.
It's definitely a busy place I would recommend you up on waitresses, bus boys etc.... saw a few people waiting for over 10-15 minutes just for water .... there was the Psycho convention so maybe unexpected big crowd.... over all I do still recommend this joint ... great drinks appetizers and the drinks are awesome ... live that the pool is right there so that's a plus! Personally I don't mind waiting a bit but if you do maybe come when it's a bit slower .....
Glad we made a reservation because when we arrived there was a long line of people waiting to put their names on the list. We only waited a few minutes for our table. The wait for our drinks and food was much longer, with a decent amount of time in between visits from our waiter, but they were pretty slammed on the night we visited. The food was good and you receive a decent amount for the price. First basket of chips and salsa is free with an additional charge (about $2) for subsequent baskets. Great atmosphere! And the bar seemed lively. Serves pitchers of margaritas and sangria. Overall it was a good dinner experience before the concert we attended at The Hard Rock.
