   Made a reservation for 12:30 PM and wasn’t sat until 1:10 PM. What’s the point of a reservation. Placed our order for drinks and waiting over 30 mins and still hadn’t been served our drinks. Our food order was taken and was served to us before drinks were served to us. Had to mention it to 3 different employees that our drinks had not been served to us. Only reason for 2 star is because the waitress did take them off our bill. I’ve been to Nashville 7 times and always came here because I loved the venue and easily the best espresso martini I’ve had but after today’s experience, I will never come back.

   The server was not attentive to our needs at all. We had to remind her of our order multiple times, try to find her when we needed more items and she was seen taking to other employees instead of helping her tables. I have eaten here on several occasions and the experience was never this unpleasant.

   Restaurant was very good!! We would love to come back next Easter. The waffle was 6 stars!!!

   We were in town to visit our son and his lovely girlfriend for the Easter holiday weekend. Our plan was a fun, little bit more unusual place for an after church brunch. The Pinewood Social really delivered. We were early for our reservation, but were welcomed in right away. Once at our table, the service was outstanding. The waitress who took care of us was kind, attentive, and friendly. All of our entrees were scrumptious. Two of us ordered specialty coffee drinks, and we both thoroughly enjoyed those. We had other plans for later in the day, otherwise, we would have stayed longer, and checked out all this fun place has to offer. We even got to have pictures with the Easter Bunny! The next time we’re in Nashville, we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

   Cocktails were amazing and the service was stellar! The breakfast bowl we ordered was delicious but the shrimp and grits were inedible. The shrimp were clearly overcooked and chewy and the grits were like mush with no flavor.

   Waited almost an hour after order our food and once we received, cut burger in half to eat, one patty was raw. Manager seen the burger and offered a quickly cook another. After an hour waiting for a raw burger, the last thing I wanted was a quickly made burger. So disappointing.

    Dinner menu choices were poor. One of our orders was extremely late and served after the rest of the party was done eating. Wanted to served desert and deliver the check while our last person was still trying to finish his dinner.
