Always a favourite. We have had the same waiter 3 times in the last 6 months and he is so fantastic. Always love the atmosphere. Would maybe like a few more choices on the menu, or may e some changes. Love the lemon dessert, would come out just for that!
Would value seeing more vegetarian options or better yet vegan.
Everything was awesome as always!
Excellent meal. Excellent view
We made a reservation.
We arrived early . Were sat on time .
Service was timely/great.
Food came quickly as the lunch time was busy.
Would definitely return and bring friends!
The service was so poor.. all our food came cold, and we were never asked how anything was.. she actually never came back to the table, we had to ask someone else for the bill. The table beside us was also complaining on how cold the food was. Will not go back. I definitely do not recommend this restaurant. Way overrated!!
The whole place was beautiful. The food & drinks were delicious. The gift shop was lovely. We enjoyed seeing the goats & pigs too! Thanks for the experience, we’ll definitely be back!
Usually my best friend and I go at peak times, this time, we had a reservation for 2:00 PM. It was lovely! Had a beautiful table upstairs in an alcove. Our server was wonderful, the food was delicious (as always) and we had a really great afternoon.
Always enjoy our visit to Pineridge hollow. Delicious food and friendly service. Very quaint off the beaten path, Pineridge is situated in/around birdshill Park so it’s lovely for a quick country escape from the city pace. Reservation are not nescessary but are a good idea as it keeps busy
Enjoyed the fried chicken! Very great taste in flavour! The restaurant atmosphere was cozy and enjoyed walking around the shop after.
My experience here was first of all spoiled by the fact that the walk way we chose to get to the restaurant( for purposes of taking the “scenic” route) WAS NOT labeled with signs indicating possible slippery/icy conditions, DID NOT have grit or salt or any form or path rails or mat to prevent slipping and DOES NOT have a rail or rope to help guide along the path if slippery conditions prevent safe walking.
This resulted in what was supposed to be a nice experience starting off with a serious fall along the path that easily could have resulted in serious injury!
Then when speaking with someone (management) about the incident I first of all felt very much like the individual was trying to make us as guests feel that it was our fault for taking that path instead of the main parking lot path that she idnicated is the area that has chipped clear/salted path ways... that’s fine and dandy but why then is your other path open and avail for public to take with no signage no salting and not rails to assist if conditions are less than ideal.
The management did however take care of immediately gritting and slating the path after the fact incident which was nice to see. It just very much felt like a deflecting off responsibility of the situation to it being the patrons fault by insisting we should have taken the other path (of which this was one of the first times coming here so I didn’t even know about the other area)
Food was nothing special dried out Cheerios burger with oily cold fries so for the price not at all worth the trip to experience “finer” dining at a higher price... $18 for a not so good burger.
Would not recommend this to anyone.
Great location. Great spot for brunch. Food was excellent. Kids always enjoy seeing and feeding the goats and pigs.
Great food and great for families. Boutique store and trails make for a unique experience.
Birthday was a great brunch !
We always love going to Pineridge Hollow. We love sitting upstairs and this was the first time we were downstairs. The view isn’t quite as nice from there and there was a large, very noisy group which made it slightly less enjoyable than usual. However we still enjoyed our food and our server very much. Thanks!
We’ve been enjoying great meals at Pineridge Hollow for many years. On this occasion we took friends that had never been out for breakfast there and they really enjoyed it. I’m sure they will now go back on their own.
My husband and I made reservations for breakfast. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted and appreciated the suggestions of menu items from our server. My husband had the early bird selection, and I had the quiche. Both choices were beautifully arranged on the plates, and tasted amazing. We were so happy to be there because Pineridge Hollow is such a special place, far from ordinary. After breakfast, we were very excited to be able to look through the store. I highly recommend this place. The staff are excellent and make you feel special. I have already recommended Pineridge Hollow to our son and his wife as a wonderful place for a date-night. We definitely hope to visit again soon.
We love it here!!!
Moms and sisters birthday
Group of friends out for dinner. Enjoyed the location and great service. A couple of people in our party were not happy with their meal but the restaurant compensated. Overall a great experience.
We enjoyed a delicious family dinner together before all of the hustle and bustle of back to school/sports busyness. From the appetizers to the desserts, all was fabulous. Our server was very kind and attentive. Thanks! Wishing you a fantastic New Year!
Absolutely loved going! It made our celebration all the more special. The staff was fantastic and the food was good
The food is so good. The beet chips are my favourite and they always have new things to try.
My daughters were very excited to share the Pineridge Hollow experience with me & I was not disappointed. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast (the lemon ricotta pancakes were awesome) followed by a browse through the gift shop filled with fabulous local wares & a walk to see the farm animals. I will definitely be back again.
Can never go wrong with the beet chips and mushroom perogies! Service is above and beyond always!
It is a great place to go for a meal and special occasion.
Great food! Nice atmosphere all year round! Reservations recommended as it is always busy!
Breakfast, lunch, or dinner ...never have had a bad experience.
The environment was great and the food was remarkable however, there seemed to be only one server for our floor and so it took a while to get any type of service. I’ve been there before and haven’t had an issue with it before so it may have been a one time issue.
Great service. Very accomaditing with modifications to menu choice.
I have brought many dates here and they all want to return. My family loves the atmosphere and the fabulous tea vegetarian and gluten free options. I wish the restaurant was larger so I would have a better chance to get reservations last minute. Truly a gem.
We introduced our friends to Pineridge Hollow on Friday night. They did not understand why we would need to drive for 45 minutes on a -20C evening for dinner, however by the end of the night, they were talking about bringing their friends in the future.
Thank you Pineridge Hollow for your homestyle cooking, which is always delicious!
We love it here, we get out for date night drive away alone when we can. We love the beet chips, the house salad is yummy. I ordered the chickpea curry this time and unfortunately it was a disappointment, it was not very saucy and the chickens were mushy. It needs more sauce and less potatoes, I barely fished any of it. My spouse got the steak, it was OK. The Rose wine was very nice.
We have had several dinners and they were all enjoyable, the dinner and just everything about the property, still looking forward to our next visit.
Beautiful and restful lunch spot.
I have experienced the food at Pineridge on several occasions. My pickerel was cooked too much, slaw was old, too many fries. I even got the 1/2 order but I was not pleased with my meal. I will go back but it was s special occasion with my sister & niece, I spent over $130.00 with tip. Just disappointed is all. Dessert was lovely but the dessert need to be changed, same ones over & over again.
Enjoyed a very nice lunch with good service and very good food. A Favourite.
The shopping area is always nice- quaint and interesting items
A great place to spend an afternoon or morning.
We have gone to Pine Ridge numerous times and it seems to get better every time we go. It is an amazing experience, the food is always outstanding, and the staff are super friendly, helpful and always go the extra mile to make the experience that much better. Worth every penny!!!!
Great restaurant a little pricey for apps
Good food good service great recipes
Shop attendants were rude bit older didnt engage with us she was a little rough with the things we were purchasing
Pine Ridge Hollow is a family favorite and always a go to place.
Our server was OUTSTANDING! She really made me feel like a guest instead of just one of 500 customers she would serve throughout the day. Food was amazing as always. It was the highlight event of my birthday 😊
