Welcoming and attentive staff. Clean and comfortable atmosphere with many different seating options. Varied menu but not over whelming. Overall a pleasant dining experience. Respectable craft beer selection (flights available). We enjoyed nicely shucked fresh oysters and other tasty starters. Fish entree special was very good as was sides.
Food is just okay. A bit pricey. The noise level is high. Decent service.
The charcuterie plate was good, although the pork terrine that was part of it was fatty and gamey. The steak I had was underdone and the dipping sauce tasted like an odd version of a sour cream and onion chip dip. The lamb was mostly tasteless and the chickpea side dish was flat. I have had good meals at this restaurant, but this was very pricey for the quality of what was served.
Once again, an amazing experience at Pig & Prince!!

Pig & Prince sells you on its ambiance. Venue is absolutely stunning and reminiscent of the beautiful architectural detail that was evident in many of the train stations of many years ago. I have had delicious meals here, and some that were just so-so. This last one was of the so-so variety. The chef seemed to have developed a love affair with goat cheese, which showed up in many of the sides. I'm not a fan, so was resigned to eating just the lamb chops, which were delicious. Libations are always good there. Hats off to all the bartenders. I'll come back - and hope the menu will have changed again by then.
Very Sunday night experience. Food was worth the indifferent service. I get it, it was slow so why bother? Still, entrees arriving with apps not cleared. Not informing us of "86" items when ordering... Price is approaching the level where the nonchalant attitude is a concern. My wife and I have the disposable income to eat out 3 or more nights a week but will not frequent establishments that are doing us a favor. We'll be back, everyone has a bad night, but we have dined here before and had better times.. .. Still love the food and the creative spirit behind it.

Ambiance is beautiful - high ceilings, bright open light, beautiful chandelier. Service was fine. Our server was readily available when needed, yet gave us privacy. The food was delicious - best bacon I've had at a restaurant! The portions were excellent for the price and our drinks were just right. I recommend Pig and Prince for brunch with family, friends or a date. :)
Great ambiance as the restaurant is in the old train station with plenty of parking. Our meals were outstanding with farm to table ingredients. Plenty of cocktail choices and recommendations. We finished with the most amazing bread pudding dessert......need to return for more deliciousness!!
The food was just so salty. I ordered salmon and couldn't eat more than couple bites. I sent it back and asked for chicken instead. Again very salty...ended up only eating couple of bites of that too. The corking fee is $25...a bit steep if you ask me.
Dining in this historic, well preserved, and elegant (yet casual), restaurant is always a joy. The food is interesting and delicious, the wine list respectable, and the ambiance is always pleasant.
This was my second visit. The food is great and the best local ingredients are used. The menu is small with a good variety. It is changed based on what's available. The service is great too. I will be back many more times!
A beautiful walk way toward the entrance, passing the restaurants vegetable/herb garden. I thought, wow how great. We finally enter the restaurant being greeted by not so happy to be there hostess. Dissapointed with the initial welcome. We were escorted to our table, due to the tables being so close together I could not fit through to get to my booth seat. My husband had to push the table so i can pass through even as little as I am. With much delight here came our waitor Jaimie, he was welcoming and very well versed on the menu and the history of the restaurant and where its name came from. He was warm and pleasent. We ordered 2 appetizers burrata and artichoke and mushroom on a toasted bread. They were delicious. We ordered 2 dinners which were the rabbit stew, which was good but very small portion for the price. We ordered the hamburger with fries, it was okay but make sure you order the pickles because they stole the show. Throught our dinner our waitor Jaimie was terrific, he ensured we were doing ok. Our waitor convinced us to get dessert, we ordered chocolate crunch, it was delicious. Overall it was ok, loved our waitor, loved the decor, loved the farm to table concept... but as a foodie i needed more.
It was great. All items were exceptional. Service was excellent. Colin was our waiter. Ask for him. I'd go back tonight!

Good food however zero customer service. Took almost 20 mins for a waiter to come. Service was poor the entire evening. No hospitality at all. Would have been better off going behind the bar to make our drinks and going into the kitchen to make our food. Do not recommend.
We have been to Pig and Prince several times in the past and the food and ambiance were always very good. To our geat surprise and disappointment, the food was terrible last night - the pasta was bland but salty, the rabbit was a mushy mess and the chorizo risotto was only fair. The creme brulee was cold, more like pudding, and not tasty. Except for the brussel sprouts, which were excellent, the appetizers were also just so-so. The service was slow, but that was because a waiter went home sick and they were short staffed which is understandable. The overhead lights were too high and there were no candles on the table making it feel more like a cafeteria than the unique ambiance we remembered. I hope the restaurant was just having a bad night, or perhaps the chef has changed. I hope it's the former.
It took a while for the waiter to get around to speaking with us, and it took even longer for our wine to arrive. But the food, as always, was delicious and very creative. For starters we had the ostrich tartare, mussels in carrot and ginger sauce, and calamari with hot peppers. Our entree, the Coquille St Jacques, was not the outdated bay scallops swimming in white sauce. These were four luscious unilaterally seared local Diver Scallops served with a potato pave. Very Nice!
This was my second time dining here. The interior is stunning, but we decided to sit outside and enjoy the weather. The outside dining area was a little drab, but the food was excellent
We have been to Pig and Prince before but this time they were in over their heads. We did arrive early at 1:50pm for a 2:15pm seating. We sat at the bar and at 2:25pm I went back to the hostess to see how much longer we would wait. She was clearly not sure who we were and seemed panicked. She then said just a few more minutes. Exactly 5 minutes later, she came to us and seated us. This was a buffet brunch however no one came to our table to tell us this or get us any beverages or even water. After 15 minutes I asked one of the bus boys if we could have water and a waiter. 25 minutes later we had water and our drinks. The buffet was good but the lack of service was rather impressive.
Mothers Day Brunch worth going to
Went for the Mother's Day brunch and everything was fabulous. We did need to wait to be seated even with a reservation but the weather was nice out so we got drinks from the bar and sat outside to wait. That's the only issue even though my mother was loving the whole slow vibe of it all

Great drinks; great service; great appetizers. The main courses were a little lacking. I will definitely go back -- for drinks and a bunch of apps to split with the table. The restaurant is in the old train station and it's a very cool vibe.
The service was the real drawback of this place. The interior is beautiful and the food was good overall, though a bit pricey. Our party had: lamb loin chops; atlantic cod; scallops; steak frites. My husband was not satisfied with the lamb dish--he said it wasn't great, and there wasn't enough to eat. The other three dishes were satisfying.
It took the waiter 10-15 minutes to come over to our table, and the place was half empty. During that time, no staff member spoke to us, brought us water, brought us a bread basket, or in any way acknowledged our presence. When the waiter did finally arrive, there was no mention of /apology for the wait. He couldn't answer basic questions about the wine list. He brought the steak and the lamb chops without steak knives. While inattentive during the first part of the meal, he was overly attentive at the end when it was clear he would like to be done for the evening. So... not a great value. Beautiful interior, maybe sit at the bar for drinks/appys.
I have been there many times and enjoy the food. But last night a mouse ran up the wall next to our table. I told the waiter who completely ignored us. Are there many other mice in this restaurant???
The chef was extremely heavy handed with the salt on almost everything. It took away from the dishes. The deconstructed watermelon salad was tasty but the tomatoes were hard. After questioning, the waiter said the kitchen said that's the way it was intended. When they saw my wife wouldn't eat it and disagreed with their statement, it should have been credited, although an alternative was offered. The mussels in garlic and wine were tasty but oversalted broth. The chicken was exquisitely prepared but again the skin unedible due to salting as was the greens. Potatoes were excellent. The lamb chops were superb, cooked to perfection but not enough (2 small pieces). The chickpeas with it were very good but oversalted. The service was sketchy and not very attentive. It seemed like it may have been inexperience as the waiter only took one table at a time and did a lot of walking around. When another waiter saw we were looking for server, they just kept walking by. It was a bit pricey so probably won't go back again based on above. As a side note, we couldn't understand why there were so few pork dishes with a restaurant name of "Pig & Prince" and the dishes shown on the TV review show were not offered. Missed opportunity...
This was the first time at pig and prince. Their Sunday brunch was awesome!! The piggyback flight was unique and delicious!! Can't wait to go back for dinner!
I have been on a journey to find a great pork chop and I'm glad to announce that it exists at Pig & Prince. Besides the pork chop, everything was excellent they have a great selection on their menu from appetizers thru desserts. Ambiance and service combined with the food make this a fabulous choice for any occasion! This was my first time, but I will definitely return.

We always have a great meal at the P&P. And the cocktails are very good. The wine list is reasonable. We had a nice Malbec for under $35.
Pleasantly surprised with the food - from the appetizers all the way to desserts. If this was in Disney World, this would be considered a Signature restaurant (the ones that would charge 2 TS in the Disney Dining Plan per person). I loved the carrot ginger with lobster sauce used with the clams. We had Ostrich tartare - nice flavors & combination of textures. I definitely recommend this place. We dined on a Thursday evening - noise level was low in the main dining area (away from the bar area).
Wonderful pork loin with red cabbage - we thought it was a little pricey - but I do think I'd go back and would recommend.

Chef & Owner had a TV segment promoting his resturaunt and showing how he prepared his Tomahawk Pork chop with Potatoe Rissortto in which neither was on the menu..... Very disappointing. I asked 2 servers about the Tomahawk chop and was told it is rarely served. I asked when would be the next time in which both went to the kitchen to ask and I was never given a definitive answer. They kinda tiptoed a no answer...... I settled for the steak and fries. Steak was average and fries were not fresh made and were cold. Still the atmosphere and setting with music was relaxing and trendy
It was a good thing we were in high spirits, so the series of mishaps didn't affect our night out. When we arrived we were told that the reservation system was down and that we could hang out in the bar until it came back up. When I saw a bunch of people being seated, I had to go and remind the hostess of our existence. Our waitress ignored us for a long time. We had to wave to get her attention. Our orders took ages to come out even though we had ordered and were seated prior to other tables next to us who got their food before us. The appetizer was delicious but we had to ask for bread. My steak was over cooked when I had asked for medium rare. The desert was good but unimaginative. The staff was very pleasant but clearly not in the zone. :-(
Good food. Strange that they didn't have mint leaves when I requested a side. Space is an old train station which is cool, but can be cavernous and loud for lunch. Works better at night for a drink. I had special strawberry pancakes that were good, but needed some fresh mint and/or orange zest for interest and to balance the sweetness. I'd possibly go back for the food but the daytime ambience is weird and not welcoming.
I've dined at this restaurant before and the food is always enjoyable. However, I find the service has gone a bit south since my last time there. When I first checked in with the hostess she went off to get our table ready. I wandered back to the bar to finish my drink and hang out with friends. After a few minutes, I thought she may have forgotten about us so I went back over to her to check in and she seemed surprised we hadn't been seated yet. She apologized and seated us immediately. Then our waiter replenished our cocktails and left us to look at our menus. It was another 45+ minutes before he returned to take our orders. We had 7:30pm reservations. I ran a few minutes late but estimate we were finally seated at 8pm. We didn't get our food until 9:30pm because it took so long to order. It's possible that the waiter felt we were so engrossed in our conversation that he didn't want to interrupt. Still, we ended up leaving around 11pm. I will continue to go back because the food is good, the cocktails are delicious, and the decor is nice. I wish they had more of a menu selection but what we did get was tasty. I particularly recommend the chorizo risotto and the sausage fonduta. My atlantic cod was also very delicious. They do need to work on their service. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area that are similar in price range but far superior on service.
Cool first impression! But the space is noisy. Great drinks. Very good food and proper size portions. I'd go again.
