Piero's Italian Restaurant Ratings and Reviews
Only complaint I had this Saturday night was they put us in the banquet room near the door and it was a liltle too cold. We were six people and two were children, 9 and 12. It was a Valentine dinner treat for our son, daughter in law and their children. Waitress was very nice and food was good
Overall poor service trumped our entire experience. The server was not attentive. He never checked in on waters, salad or overall entrees. The entire meal took over 2 hours. We ordered our salads and entrees as soon as we sat down, but it still seemed to take this long. We spoke the manager on duty about our poor service and the delay in food delivery and she said "yes we've gotten a few folks saying the kitchen was slow tonight." No lie that was all that she said. She was not apologetic or ever offered to do anything to better our experience. We will not be back. I would rather support a chain then waste my time here.
We have always enjoyed our meals at Piero's. We have been there several times, food is always high quality, the service has always been excellent. On Sunday evening I had not noticed this server at my prior visits. She was not as efficient as other servers. She never asked us for pepper even our table was next to where it is stored, no grated cheese was offered, we needed to ask for water and bread. This evening was a very different experience, after our early arrival at 5:30, a group of families came in and the children sat at one table and adults sat at another. I don't know who was louder the adults or children, there was not any communication between the adults and their children., This was a very loud, rude and obnoxious group I have ever witnessed in a restaurant. We knew people sitting at other tables and we all said the same thing. I know it isn't customary for the hostess to ask the families to respect the other patrons but in this case it should have been dealt with. I will continue to go to Piero's and enjoy their food unless this happens again
We keep going back to Pieros because the food is excellent every time we go! Jason is our favorite wait person. He consistently offers outstanding service with his friendly personality. He makes us feel like we are part of the "Pieros family".
This last visit was just a last minute decision to go out to dinner. We often dine with other couples and all of us are always happy to meet the next time at Pieros. BYOB keeps the cost down, the salads are creative and delicious, they have weekly specials and the salmon w/ crab is my favorite and is always consistently delicious.
Celebrating Mom's 60th birthday with my husband and 3 children, we all enjoyed the relaxed, no rush atmosphere on a weeknight. I have been to Piero's multiple times with family and friends and the entrees continue to be fresh and delicious. I think I have ordered the lobster ravioli every time I have been to Piero's and this time was the same. The restaurant is a "bring your own" so we all were able to enjoy our favorite wine or beer with dinner. Give this restaurant a try. You will return again and again.
It was a very busy night with a wedding party, but after staff realized we had a reservation, the evening was great. Server was attentive, but allowed sufficient time between courses. I had Piero's house salad which was fresh and just the right amount of dressing. I had veal saltimbocca which was done perfectly, meat was tender and very flavorful. It was served with spinach. We had the typical brownie/ ice cream dessert which was good, but my cappuccino was great. It is a BYOB which allowed us to bring a lovely bottle of Chianti.
It was a delightful evening and we will definitely rerun again.
We love Pieros. We have dined there many times & have always had a delicious meal with great service. Jason is our regular server who consistently delivers outstanding service. We return each time to a lovely restaurant with wonderful and consistent food quality and terrific service. See you next time Pieros!
The service was impeccable. The food came out an hour after we ordered and I could have made better Chicken Parmesan myself. I would give them another shot but would stay away from any of the chicken dishes. My wife had a salad with crab on it and she thought it was fair as well. We also had the bruschetta and I found it a bit stale/hard and very small. I'd recommend going another way with appetizers. If we go back, we'll both try more traditional pasta dishes.
This was our first visit to this restaurant. It's fairly close to us and we had received a gift certificate to Piero's. It's a BYOB. We were immediately greeted by a very personable waiter who opened our wine and provided water and bread. The service throughout the meal was greatand the food was delicious. Very large portions also. We will definitely go back.
