Piero's Italian Restaurant
Outstanding. Will definitely be back!
Always a great dining experience, Piero's is truly a neighborhood treasure.
My husband and I split the house salad - greens, walnuts, strawberries, goat cheese with a strawberry dressing. Outstanding! He had the lobster ravioli in a yummy cream sauce. I had chicken Florentine, with a light sauce - a very generous portion left enough to take home. The brownie with ice cream was split for dessert.
Make reservations of the weekends as they tend to get busy...wait staff is great and the food is pretty good and consistent.
Great place to celebrate our anniversary! The special was delicious. I recommend the veal meatballs!
Have been here several times. Great food and service. BYOB which is awesome. Highly recommend!
The food was incredible! Service was awesome and the desserts were delicious!!!
Our group of friends had a great time on a Friday night at Piero’s. As usual, it was very easy for me to use Open Table and quickly secure a reservation for our party. The food was great and the server was excellent. We always enjoy it here and would happily recommend it to others! - Tom R.
This was our first time at Piero's. We met our son and daughter-in-law for breakfast. Everyone thought the food and service was good. We all agreed t hat we would return for lunch or dinner.
Staff was friendly but sat for 20 minutes before we were greeted by our server. Attractive interior but the food was disappointingly mediocre.
Excellent food, ambiance and service!
The french onion soup and home made crab cakes were the best part. The mashed potatoes were middle grade and the string beans were fair. Serving size was appropriate. Dessert of the flourless chocolate cake with ice cream was good but nothing to rave about. The servers were nice, the seating was quick.
Great food and service as always. Beautiful restaurant.
Food and service were great! Birthday dinner was a success. Thank you.
Dinner was great
Piero's was a perfect place to celebrate my mom's birthday with a large group. We had 8 people in our party, and we were seated at a large table with comfortable bench seating on one side of the table, and chairs on the other. My mother is handicapped and in a wheelchair, and the staff was very accommodating to our special needs.
The food was amazing - everyone in our group raved about their meal! My mother loved the lobster ravioli, and the kitchen was able to prepare it with some special requests to delete the asparagus tips and mushrooms.
I highly recommend this hidden jewel to anyone looking for a delicious meal with excellent service and a lovely ambience.
The food was delicious from start to finish. The atmosphere and service were wonderful, welcoming and friendly but professional. Excellent evening with friends.
I wanted to love it. Been waiting to go for awhile. It jus didn’t live up to the review. Food was not good at all. Had to send back my appetizer and my dinner was so basic. It isn’t worth the money. Much better restaurants nearby.
Great place to eat. Have been there many times before. Some of the best antipasto I’ve had. The salmon was excellent also.
A pleasant Sunday dinner at Piero's with the choice of our own accompanying wine (because it's a BYOB). We had great Caesar salads and a pasta-shrimp entree. My short-rib ravioli was a bit "off" in the sauce area, but I enjoyed it, nonetheless. We highly recommend this Huntingdon Valley gem!
Always great food and service! Neighborhood jewel!
I always enjoy lunch at Piero's. I often end up staying longer due to the relaxed atmosphere.
It is a good place to discuss business.
Everything from service to quality of food was excellent.
Wow! It was pretty awesome to see so many familiar faces from the community out tonight at Piero’s. It’s really great of everyone to rally around this small family business that has, and continues to serve our community with a great dining experience time and time again. We’ll be back. Great as always—even if it did take a bit longer tonight. It was all for good reason.
The food is consistently excellent. I would recommend this restaurant.
Great food, service, etc. Been going for 6 years now. Some things never change...
Food wasn’t as good as expected. The item I really wanted was on the menu but I was told that they no longer make that dish.
We had a lovely time. The food and service was wonderful! Thanks for an enjoyable brunch.
Had to send oatmeal back. Too salty. Bagels terrible. Omelettes just ok. Brunch food used to be great. Service was wonderful. Hasn’t been the same in last several years.
Always get a good meal at Piero’s. Excellent menu, friendly service and staff and they make you feel like family when you’re there. Highly Recommended.
My wife and I have dined there at least 5 times, having a good experience. However, this weekend was different. My wife had the house salad which was very good. I ordered the crab bisque, which I am sad to say, was terrible. It had the consistence of thick creamed chipped beef, but without the beef. The only "Lumps" in the bowl were lumps of flour, not lumps of crabmeat. A woman at the next table also had it, and I noted that she only ate about 1/4 of it. Both dinners were only OK. I have had better meals at a local chain Italian restaurant at much less expense. I used to look forward to going to Piero's. I will not go back ever.
First, we will say that the food was outstanding.
We went there after hearing about the lack of patronage due to the bridge closing by penndot. We thought we would try it out and maybe find another place to frequent for dinner.
Unfortunately we think they were not prepared for the amount of business that would be generated by the social media and news coverage of the lack of customers because the service was not able to keep up. They seemed unprepared and overwhelmed. Hopefully their business continues to get better and they have enough staff to handle it.
Again, the food was great but the waitstaff was overwhelmed. Wish them the best moving forward.
Very nice food was awesome !
We were looking for a place to go to dinner on Friday. We came across a facebook post regarding this restaurant. We avoid chain restaurants and always try to support family owned businesses. Instead of going to our local place that we usually end up at, we decided to try Piero's. It's off of Byberry rd, a road we haven't traveled down since the bridge was being worked on. The FB post hit home and we wanted to support. We were pleasantly surprised. The food and service were excellent. We started with the calamari. Was lightly fried and perfectly cooked. My wife ordered the Chicken Parm and I ordered the Sausage dinner. Both were terrific. High quality and good portion size. Looking forward to going back in the near future. Highly recommend.
Awesome service, great food. Don’t let the construction signs fool you - they’re still open! Cut through the neighborhood on Heaton Road or cut through the medical complex off of Mason’s Mill Road to get there!
A nice setting for a business lunch or just to talk to a friend. The food is good and the portions ample!
Delicious food and service!! I would definitely recommend Piero's. The staff is also very accommodating and friendly.. Great service!
Another fantastic meal!
We always enjoy our meals at Pieros whether it is a weekend brunch or dinner. This time it was dinner. My spinach salad was delicious! My friends enjoyed their Caesar salads. Since I like spinach, I ordered the salmon served on top of spinach and served with mashed potatoes. Yummy! You can’t go wrong with any meal served here. Our server was very friendly. We will return! (BYOB)
Love the BYOB part, food is alway delicious, and staff is friendly and accomodating.
