We were seated as soon as opening time arrived. Waitress was friendly with no rush to order. Meal was delivered within a reasonable time and well presented. Food was very good, and a small cake brought for my wifes Birthday. Overall the same service and food Pier "W" is noted for--no dissapointments

I thought the portion of Tuna was not worth $36. I thought the quality of the Tuna left a lot to be desired.
I thought service for a first class restaurant was poor, definitely a sign of no training. Beautiful restaurant, poorly managed. My opinion.

Went on Easter Sunday for Brunch to celebrate my husband's birthday. Great food selections and the views were incredible from every seat! The complimentary mimosa and birthday cake were a nice touch. We will definitely be back!

Joy and I love brunch at Pier W. This is the best place to go for a date with beautiful views, delicious food, and a wonderful atmosphere. The live piano is always a special treat.

Buffet service was outstanding and nicely plated by the wait staff (not serve yourself as before Covid-19). Food was kept fresh with a nice variety of dishes and some new tasty desert items. Ambience can't be beat on a beautiful sunny afternoon on the waterfront.

Everything was lovely it was my wife’s birthday and the waitress recognized that and brought her out some cake that was very thoughtful I love pier W we will be back as a black couple we was treated fairly like everybody else that’s what I love the most

The meal was excellent, though we should have sent back a medium rare filet mignon that was too rare. Our seating was not good for this restaurant, and seating is a big deal at this restaurant. We were near the bar and piano and kitchen, and we had trouble hearing one another across the table over the noise. We were on time for our reservation but had to wait at least 10 minutes to be seated. Another couple seated just ahead of us got excellent seating. Our server seemed rushed and hassled and never mentioned our anniversary.

I had a reservation for 7 for a birthday I did not get a seat until 8. We sat at the table for 45 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us!!!!!!! When we did get service it was ok the sever was only doing her job and did a really good job with what she was working with!!!!! I ordered a steak 7 oz Filet mignon med well with a slight hint of pink I sent it back 2 times because he kept cooking it med rare!!!! I am a chef I worked at Hyde park steakhouse downtown so I am in the food industry. My guest ordered food it had shells in the crab they sent that back the waiter was upset that they didn’t like it so he never came back with a menu!!!!!! My guest had to order their food to go... no manager came to say sorry only my waiter. No manger asked if we was okay even after the long wait and horrible service. Overall for the price of the food and nice decor the service and mangers should be way Better....

I took my wife here for our 4 year anniversary of when we met. It was fabulous. The main thing that drove me here was the view, and the food and the service just fell right into place. I loved the piano. Could not have been better! Can’t wait to return!

It was a third date and we had a specatular seating. The waitress was very helpful in letting us know what the specials were. The scallops we excellent and the Big Eye Tuna was awsome. Drinks were pefect.

We love Pier W, service is always very fast. We were in and out within an hour but we weren’t even rushed. Everyone works as a team there and it shows. The food is excellent, the dessert, we tried the Lobster sushi roll and it was amazing.

It was lovely to see small groups out and about and actually having live conversations - no zoom calls (hooray!) and very few folks looking at their phones. We thoroughly enjoyed the piano music, too,... and the lobster bisque was amazing!

Several visits to Pier W & have had top notch service & food each time. Highly recommend. Great for a date night or dinner out with friends to celebrate anything. Everything from host area to food is a 10! Quietly seated and beautiful music playing throughout dinner. Will definitely come back.

If your desire is to have a night of fine dining with a view of heaven then Pier W is your place. Such a transcendent experience as you are lifted by the food, the ambience, and the lake view.

We have dined here many times and will always return. Sam was our server and we had exceptional service! The atmosphere and the food was amazing too!

Didn’t like that restaurant week deals were only for takeout, but the meal (as usual) was terrific

The service is always spectacular. They are knowledgeable and friendly and attentive. The view well not much beats it.

The food was ok. The salmon is sadly not wild.
The drinks are good but $14 is very steep.
