I was not seated outside as booked online.
It’s great to get out and dine again. Food so delicious. And I will keep Going Back!!
Asked for patio seating and was delighted at our table right on water. Beautiful. We were there for happy hr and shared some appies. The truffle fries were wonderful . The only suggestion is to have a greater variety of wines available at happy hour prices. There was no real choice to be made.
Not enough waitress
We were seated outside and a table was unbelievably loud, which meant all other tables had to scream to hear their own conversations. Food was really good though and 1/2 off bottle was a great deal (might explain the extra loud table too:)
Visit from family
Hovering over the languid waves of the harbour, savouring fish delights and other from the menu...wonderful!
First time coming to this restaurant . Definitely coming back .
Told them it was a birthday and server mentioned it but.... nonfree dessert for birthday girl.
My first time dining in at this restaurant. Food was good, service was good but I didn’t expect that I get seated to a patio that was so tight and did not even resemble what was on their website. I chose this because we were hoping to sit at the upper deck patio but was closed as per server. Would I dine again? Maybe in the future but not anytime soon.Ambiance was important to me when choosing a restaurant along with food, service etc.
This experience failed me to say that I will definitely not recommend it.
Everything was lovely as always. I am however surprised that you do not provide a gluten free bun alternative for your burgers. The lettuce bun is fine but...
Ordered a med rare $30 steak which it was cooked well. Dry af! Loud teenagers causing commotion. Door host was rude and refused to give me what i reserved for and degraded the resturant by saying downstairs balcony (on the water) isnt as nice as the upstairs one. after requesting the one on the water! I had to practically beg her! No one answers the phone. Was calling to say my bf and i were going to be late because parking is a bish but no one ever picks up.when i left i noticed my server a skinny short indian girl making fun of me with the bartender. Oh yeah the Bellini i ordered was water with no exaggeration. I tipped $10 with no thank you and the resturant especially a teenager should never deserve. The service.food.drink were terrible. I got the door host to let me sit where i wanted by saying i wanted to show this restaurant to my bf. Which is true! Omg what a nightmare if only i could get my $10 back. Teach those youngins to be greatful and appreciative.
The patio at Pier 7 is one of the best places on the North Shore to see the city scape of Vancouver. On a fine day, the view and ambiance can't be beat !! Food is reasonably good, and the happy hour is good value.
Shocking that in COVID times the manager was wearing his mask below his nose, only his mouth was covered.
Food was just okay. Oysters I’m pretty sure came from a bag and placed in the half shell as the brine tastes like water. The Hollandaise was the star of the bennies otherwise it would have been super bland.
Three tables in our area on the patio asked our server numerous times for patio heaters to be turned down or off as we were all sweating. Nothing happened until our bill was given. Too bad as sweating while eating isn’t much fun!
Superb food and view! Had the halibut, we will return for the steak Felt safe in the current dining restrictions
Overall the location and ambiance are great. We used to be regulars, then a while back service and food took a downturn. We have been back twice and things are looking up. Have to give kudos to the manager who was walking the floor, saw we had starters and asked if we needed anything. Our wine had not made it to the table ahead of our appetizers and he went in and brought them out directly. Great to see this place busy and the the vibe is very positive and energetic.
service took extremely long time. even when I reserve 3 days in advance, the table was not the best
Outstanding in all aspects!
Order the truffled linguine with meatballs.....Loved it! A couple of Cold Stella, nothing better for a sunny lunch on the patio!
Great food & beverages.
The only restaurant right on the water with lots of patio space.
excellent value had 3 course meal. weather was bright and sunny. even saw 2 seals.
The salmon was delicious and service was excellent!
Menu was limited music was terrible. They had tables at water front open but they tried to seat us next to a family with 2 loud kids!
Won’t return very forgettable
Fabulous Views of the Burrard Inlet and Vancouver and great food at reasonable prices. Worth a seabus ride to dine here. Gorgeous dining room upstairs and lovely patio.
Good food, good service, great views, decent value.
It was a special occasion and we were given a lovely table and treated really well, our server Laura was really nice and very attentive and the food was delicious!
Beautiful view, great food -carefully prepared and visually appealing. Service very friendly. Great venue for a "date night" with an emphasis on "Surf-and-Turf" and Westcoast cuisine.
Recommended -will not disappoint.
The setting is nice overlooking the harbour. I didn’t care for the pale ale they had. The fish and chips were good . Ceasar salad was just OK.
The lobster tail was very old. It smelled terrible and tasted bad
Great food & service. The patio was awesome for summer
Covered and heated spot outside. Cozy even though it was raining. Food was fantastic, as always.
View and ambience are top notch. The food is okay. But the I'm giving the service a 2 star. As we had a 5PM reservation, though we came 20 minutes early on our reservation and I'm just taking chances to ask the 2 girls at the entrance if there's an available table and they said will text us once our table is ready. So we waited outside and been seeing other groups going in and being given a table, then comes 5PM and a lot of groups been entertained and still no text from them. So I waited till 5:15 and still no text so I decided to come inside and ask again. Once seated, taking orders and serving the food usualy takes a while. Though I would still recommend the place because of the location and beautiful waterfront location.
The steak frites on the happy hour menu is sooo good. The mussels are my second choice...yummy.'
Great views, food was tasty but nothing too special. Went for happy hour and found out they ran out of bubbles. Their cocktails were good. Server and especially the hostesses had an attitude which was disappointing.
Great patio during covid times, really good and fresh seafood. The service was quite good.
The food was great and the view was amazing!
Sauce and potatoes were great but our Benny was meh definitely not worth the price at all barely any crab the presentation terrible and the food time took 35mins so annoying. Waitress was nice but sorry it was an overall awful experience besides our table with the great view. Not sure how the lunch and dinner portions are but not worth it for brunch. The quality of the kitchen staff has definitely gone down since it opened.
Waterfront view is unbeatable. Service was excellent.
Beautiful location . Service good. Happy hour cod very greasy. The outside batter and the fish itself was greasy. Next time I would try a different menu item.
