Food was what we have grown to expect after countless visits average not overwhelming. Service was attentive however lacking in timeliness. Clearing table between courses was slow. We are locals who come for the ambience and brought our out of town guests who enjoyed the evening. A little more attention to the details and perhaps a fresh sheet changed daily or weekly would up your game. Parking can also be an issue on a busy evening.

Always a nice dining experience the music is not too loud the serving staff are very good without being too much because it is more often quiet than other places we prefer it to many other places we used to go to tap and barrel a lot but with the change to farmed steelhead from wild salmon we come to pier 7 it was my partner's birthday it would have been nice to have a little bit of a freebie even at brunch also we would like to see smaller portions for a senior's menu and more nutritious vegan or vegetarian meals for children

we would likely come more often if you had a good fish and chips menu and we don't like the specialty coffees cappuccino etc so I go for a regular coffee there get a top end espresso machine and hire a barista for each shift my partner rarely drinks and I haven't drunk alcohol in over 30 years maybe iced tea iced tea lemonade you are certainly better than most which is why we come there but other local places we go for a few things it's more than 10km to your restaurant from our place so there need to be a lot of draws for us to come there

yes a good coffee well made a top quality machine would be a big plus my partner always has tea there and she loves cappuccino as do I

We came for our Anniversary and sat at a table near the window with a fabulous view, drank wine and shared many appi's which were all very delicious. We had a great time and both feel we picked the right place and we will be back.

Thank you

Our server didn't seem to be all there this evening except with the help of the manager and another server. The restaurant was not busy at all.. We arrived just after 4:30pm.
She forgot one of our appies, she forgot to put our food at the happy hour price, and she mixed a few things on the bill when it was pretty clear what couple was together... There were only two couples...

I don't know if our server was new or not but I was not 100% happy with the service we received this evening esp bringing our friends visiting from Mexico but I do appreciate the manager who helped and fixed everything for her.

We had an exception evening. The starters were excellent , and the main courses were wonderful and the service was excellent. We had a wonderful server with a lovely personality and great sence of humour. She was very knowledgeable on our selection of wine. we will definately be back.

One of the best places I've been in north Vancouver. Since the last time I visited a few months ago the menu seems to have improved and the service is always good. Seafood boulebaisse sauce was the best I've ever had.

I have been to Pier 7 many times but not recently as I was getting disappointed with the food. BUT they have greatly improved the menu and the quality of the items. I was very pleased to see this as it’s a great location with a beautiful view of Vancouver. Their outdoor patio is very nice and does have heaters. I can now highly recommend Pier 7 to everyone! The one drawback, which is not the fault of the restaurant, is parking. If movie people are filming they take up all the parking on the pier. Also, if the Night Market is on you cannot park on the pier at night. I also noted that all around the Pinnacle hotel they have changed the parking fro 2 hours to only 30 minutes which I am sure is a ploy of the Pinacle Hotel to force anyone that cannot walk far to park in their underground lot which is outrageously priced! I wish all the restaurants would band together and making parking in the area easy for handicap people and people that cannot walk a distance.

The ambiance was good but the boil seafood experience was the worse experience ever. Sea food wasn’t fresh at all and shrimps was smelly ,crabs wasn’t fresh and there were no corns!!!!!! They didn’t have all the wines from the wine’s menu (white wine) and we changed our wine order 3times and we got wasn’t the Really worth for money. Not recommend at all !

Two of our entre salads were underdressed and had skimpy amounts of protein. A manager overheard our small talk at the greeters desk and gave us gift cards as a token of apology.
We have had good experiences before and will come back for dinner.

Outstanding location; excellent service; very good food. Definitely a key place to visit in North Vancouver given the now vibrant feeling in Lower Lonsdale. And, if you live in Vancouver, just jump on the SeaBus and you're there.

I will not return despite the best view in North Vancouver. The food was terrible - White scallops and faintly pink prawns served with steamed or boiled white endive and broiled white fennel bulb. Soggy and water-y. All white. No seasoning. No sauce. No garnish. When I asked for a sauce, the server then brought small jars of a nice citrus beurre blanc. The accompanying rice was ok. The chocolate "brownie" was rich & delicious.
Pier 7 used to be great.

I swore that I would not go back to Pier 7 after two bad meals but it was for a friend's birthday and she loves the place. The meal was good and so was the service. I just think that Fishworks is a far superior restaurant in the same area.

We had crab cakes, shrimp and they both were tasteless, the sauce for the shrimp was good but the sauce for the crabcakes was minimal and we never got more after we asked. There was a lot of filler so they were not worth the price. The ahi salad had a horrible teriyaki sauce that over whelmed the taste of the ingredients. Great location and view.

The view was outstanding and the restaurant itself was very nice. There were 4 of us and we enjoyed some of the food but not all. The crispy prawns, bouillabaisse and truffle fries were excellent. The fish and chips were good. We were a bit disappointed with the fish tacos and the crab cakes. But if you go you MUST have the crème brulee...... outstanding !!

We had a lovely experience despite the food coming rather slowly. Our server was very apologetic and explained why the food was slow. She was very attentive and pleasant. We all .really enjoyed out food which was quite varied. Good value for the prices also. The physical space was wonderful with terrific harbor views. I will certainly come back.

The food was very good and the service was excellent. My wife and I took friends to Pier 7 that we hadn't seen for some years. While we enjoyed very good food, it was difficult to talk over the loud music. We started out on the patio but the noise level was such that we had to move inside where it was a bit quieter but, still too noisy to carry on a normal conversation.

Beautiful outdoor seating by the water with amazing views. The view is the best thing about the restaurant but the food is great too. Although I wish the menu was more inventive and interesting they do have good seafood. Wish the staff were less busy as they didn't seem to have a lot of time to focus on each table.
