El Pier 7 está construido en la pasarela del histórico Victory Shipyards, justo en la renovada zona frente al mar en el área del Lonsdale Quay. El restaurante ofrece almuerzo, brunch y cena los 7 días de la semana en sus dos niveles con mesas frente al mar y patios con calefacción. El menú se distingue por sus mariscos con un énfasis en las opciones del barco a su mesa, así como una oferta de carnes y aves de temporada. La animada área del bar es una parada habitual para quienes regresan a casa después del trabajo en el Sea Bus cercano. We had a great time and experience. Beautiful city view. The Canadian Navy ship docked by the restaurant was cool to see during dinner.

Lobster Cobb salad was amazing! Cheeseburger and chorizo hash were good but the lobster Cobb salad and truffle fires were the true stars. Service was okay but to be fair it was Canada and the area and restaurant was packed.

From the time we walked in to get seated, service was non-existent. No one there to take us to our seats for more than 5 minutes. The restaurant was not busy. They got my order wrong, we had to ask for cutleries. They missed the sauce that should come with my good. They got my order wrong and brought cold coffee at the end. Not a pleasant experience

Overall, was a very nice lunch, although was a little disappointed when they did not honour their brunch pricing on the seafood tower. I had ordered the seafood tower before 2:00pm yet they didn’t honour the brunch discount because they rang in the order after 2:00pm. Makes it seem like they intentionally waited to ring in our order after 2:00pm to avoid honouring the discount. When I had brought it up to the server they just said “I checked my micros it was rang in after 2:00”. If they’re going to base the deal off the time they ring it in instead of the time I order there should be lenience if they ring it in late. Unfortunately, this left me pretty disappointed. I don’t think I’ll be returning due to what feels like dishonest service.

Enjoyed the dining experience at Pier 7. A Friday night, after walking through the Shipyards vendors Market and listening to live music, we booked a reservation through Open Table for 6:30 p.m. Seated at a table with the view of the ocean, Yusaf suggested a tasty Czech Pilsner by Wildeye Brewing and Ainsley suggested the crispy Pacific Cod & chips. The batter covering the delicate fish was light, crunchy and fresh. The chips were crispy on outside and seasoned well. The outside patio was full on a Friday night and had a great view of the $200 million dollar yacht. It was a fun night out! The other dishes that went by that looked good was the mussels and pastas.

The food was excellent! I ordered the lobster salad which was very good! Unfortunately, the service was not. We waited for a good 30 minutes before we could place an order. I waited 35 minutes for a soda, then waited again for a lime, then waited again (10 minutes) for salt. Not sure what was going on for the server. It didn’t seem so busy that we should wait for that length of time. The server managed to get it together at the end. It was disappointing.

Terrible service. Was sitting at table for 30 minutes before someone helped us and took 15 minutes to bring our drinks. Forgot bacon on burger and wouldn’t serve certain lunch options until after 2pm. 1/10 would not recommend coming here.

Made a reservation for a table outside requesting ocean view table. When we arrived I let hostess know we had a reservation. The hostess asked if we wanted to be seated inside. I reiterated what I had requested on the reservation. She took us to a table at the back in the bushes. No view of the ocean. There was no reserved table. When I asked for a table closer to the ocean for a view she said there was none. There were six empty tables we could have been seated at. She asked us to go and wait out front as I was unsatisfied with the table provided. After waiting several minutes she came back and seated us at one of the empty tables. The restaurant was not busy. The food was average. We ordered drinks to start while we waited for the food which took 50 minutes to be served. Medium rare steak ordered. Received 7 oz tenderloin well done. We will not be dining here again
